Visit John's website Harvey & Lee Home Page John's book "Harvey & Lee" is available for Download. Israelis don't want their name mentioned in the JFK files that were recently released. View files. What Len appreciates is that John understands that Lee Harvey Oswald didn't shoot JFK. Capt. Westbrook, Croy & Fritz were significant in the cover up around Tippet murder scene. The 2nd wallet found at the Tippit murder scene was kept secret, helping to frame Oswald. What happened to the 2nd wallet Westbrook showed at the murder scene? It's disappeared! The 2nd wallet had two ID cards, one was a "Fair Play For Cuba" card assigned to A. J. Hidell. These two ID cards were taken from the 2nd wallet & placed in Lee's arrest wallet. FBI's James Hosty published Assignment Oswald in 1996. Find Here. The very first time people were told of the 2nd wallet was in Hosty's book. How authentic is it? How truthful are Capt. Fritz's notes? Can they be trusted? John doesn't think so. When Dallas Police Archives first released JFK related documents, John found discrepancies. John discusses the two half dollar bills that were discovered with a Dallas Police inscription. Clandestine activities use two half dollar bills to help covert contacts identify each other. We don't know when or if Oswald had a pistol at the Texas Theatre. Oswald denied gun was his. Oswald stated in police station during interrogation that the .38 revolver was planted on him. John does not feel that Lee had a gun at his rooming house in Dallas. After WWII ended, the OSS brought over tens of thousands of Easter Europeans refugees. Many of these refugees were relocated to the New York area, with government sponsorship. The refugees were used in propaganda campaigns against Russia with CIA help. John feels a refugee boy was named "Harvey Oswald" & mother caretaker "Marguerite Oswald". In January 1953 the NY the House of Un-American Activities had a file on a Marguerite Oswald. This information was disclosed in a CIA Office of Security File. Has it since been released? In 1995, the ARRB requested access to this CIA file & request was denied. Why? Mrs. Jack Tippit in Westport, Connecticut was contacted by an "unknown foreign woman". Was Jack Tippit in Connecticut related to J.D. Tippit in Texas? How random was this phone call? The woman said she personally knew Lee Harvey Oswald's Hungarian born father & uncle in NY. Did an Oswald family live near the 77th & 2nd Ave location in Yorkville, New York? Apparently the woman said the father & uncle were unemployed & in "communistic activities". The physical description Dr. Renatus Hartog at Youth House of Lee was he was emancipated. John feels the 1st occurrence of the multiple Marguerites & Lees was in July 1947. Marguerite & Lee were living with Edwin Ekdahl at 1505 8th Ave in Ft. Worth. While at the 1505 8th Ave residence, Lee attended Lilly B. Clayton school. Was there another Marguerite & Lee living at 101 San Saba at the same time in Benbrook? Marguerite worked for the Navy in WWII prior to her marriage to Edwin Ekdahl. Did CIA agent James B. Wilcott help fund the "Oswald Project" (codename RX-ZIM)? Why would the government want to merge the lives of two American & Hungarian boys? In 1952, Marguerite & Lee moved from Texas to New York, driving a 1948 Dodge. Lee & Marguerite lived in Manhattan, while "Harvey" & "Marguerite" lived in the Bronx. John invites you to write in to Black Op Radio with any questions you may have.
In this special episode of TheSquare, we continue our series exploring the intersection of architecture and film. We dive into The Brutalist, a three-hour cinematic odyssey that captures the power, tension, and artistry of design. With our first-ever guest in the Architecture & Film segment, Barak Epstein of the historic Texas Theatre, we discuss what makes this film a compelling portrait of an architect's vision, ambition, and struggle.
The Fellowship is pleased to present our discussion of the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents comic series, started by Wally Wood in 1965. Indie comics were pretty cool back then too. Plus our usual crazy talk, geek news, and tangents
Dick has recently gone live with his new Blowing The Whistle site on the Substack platform! Subscribe to Dick & help support his work. Arctic is under threat as the ice melts, polar bears are nearing elimination, whales etc.. The substack platform allows writers to draft material without censorship from publishers. Dick feels the recent drone scare is another government created false flag. After Dick started writing about the drones, whistleblowers started to comment on his posts. Some of these drones are the size of SUVs. Dropping tennis balls? What is going on? Thousands of reports have been coming in from the East & West coasts, people have been scared! Dr. Steven Greer has been bringing whistleblowers to the fore, exposing lies & secrets. Huge disclosures of government secrets will be happening soon! A team of special forces guys have gone rogue, using Dr. Greer as an advisor. Dr. Greer thinks the drones scare is a diversion. The drones are actually originating from military bases. Bill Kelly, JFK researcher, got a hold of Dick to tell him about the operation he’d participated in. Living in the area, Bill learned how to drop bombs on tanks during these training exercises in NJ. Are the drones searching for a broken arrow? Are they searching for a nuclear weapon? Len & Dick speculate on what might actually be happening. Remember Operation Northwoods? Why isn't the military coming out with some sort of an explanation for the public? Dick met Rob Reiner in 2016 & Rob quickly wanted to collaborate on a podcast project together. After working on this project for over a year, their project became a 10 part series on iHeart. Who Killed JFK? - Apple Podcasts The show was hugely popular with 9.5 million downloads! A lot of young people have no idea about JFK history, but many downloaded the podcasts. Dick first met Jesse Ventura by accident in Mexico, on the Baja peninsula. Jesse & Dick started to collaborate shortly after their initial meeting, publishing 5 books together. Youtube pulled several of the videos where Jesse & Dick discussed JFK assassination information. Len asks Dick to name four possible collaborators of the JFK assassination. Who were Jack’s enemies? In 1975 Dick wrote an article for the Village Voice on Prof. Popkin who stated he’d solved the murder. Shortly after, Dick received an anonymous message about the Nazi General. Was General Charles Willoughby, born Adolph C. Weidenbach in Germany, connected to JFK’s death? Willoughby was in WWI, WWII & the Korea War under McArthur. He was a Spy Master. Willoughby hated JFK with a passion. Len was told that Paul Helliwell was the head of the assassination organization Paul Lional Edward Helliwell was an American lawyer, banker, OSS official, and CIA officer Len asks Dick about his opinion of John Armstrong's claim that there are at least two Oswalds. Dick feels John Armstrong is really onto something! Calls him a fantastic researcher! Doubles are often used in the spy world. Author James Douglass noted there were TWO men who were arrested in The Texas Theatre in Dallas. Employees at The Texas Theatre observed that the two men looked identical! Who was the 2nd Oswald? Paul returned to Quebec from visiting Dallas, TX & gives an overview of his conference experiences! The 2024 conference experience was enhanced by taking the tour of Oswald's 'escape' from the TSBD. Paul was able to visit Lee's rooming house, the backyard on Neely & the Texas Theatre. Following Lee's proposed steps & timeline by the Warren Commission, you realize it was impossible. While there were similarities, witnesses of the Tippit murder refused to ID Oswald as the shooter. Paul visited Jack Ruby's Marsala apartment building, noting close proximity to the Texas Theatre. Lee & Marina's prior home on Neely is abandoned & falling apart. Visit while you still can. Paul is currently reading 'Admitted Assassin' by Brian K. Edwards. Why would Lee's cab driver drop him off six blocks from his boarding house? How many times do we have to prove that Kennedy was shot from the front? Expand your research. Are we seeing the same puppeteers with the historic political assassinations? Len feels there are 2 sorts of researchers, either focused on Dealey Plaza or focused on the big picture. This years attendance at the conference was very low for some reason... Paul encourages Len to hold a quality JFK event perhaps in New Orleans. Len reminisces the Black Op Radio event 2010 at Hawaii, John Armstrong, Mark De Valk, Wes Swearingen attended. Part II - Paul Bleau, Jeff Crudele, Andrew Iler Paul Jeff and Andrew reveal what they discovered at National Archives Their website JFK Chokeholds The Black Vault - Online Document Archive - The Black Vault Mary Ferrell Website In 1992 Oliver Stone's JFK film gained extensive attention & highlighted the withheld documents. The American public were outraged that thousands of records were still classified. 9C3B of the JFK Records Act imposes a ministerial duty on the ARRB to itemize record inventory. The records were specified if they were still to be held as postponed, or with specific release dates. In the ARRB's final report, they were required to set a date for all JFK records being held. Andrew often frequents the Mary Ferrell Foundation & The Black Vault when researching. Internal ARRB memo of June 1997 mentions huge backlog of records, processing 4+ million records. Final determination forms were created for every single record that was archived by the ARRB. Paul, Jeff & Andrew met at College Park, MD to go through archived records before the conference. The men had goals to work together in order to get as many records copied as possible. Andrew went through 12 boxes of archived records without finding any final determination forms. On the 13th box, Andrew was relieved finding it full of final determination forms. These forms are critical because the ARRB was an independent, high level, federal government agency. In essence, these forms are all court orders. Archivists have a legal obligation to comply with the ARRB's final orders. The majority of the records have a release date of 2006, yet they remain behind closed doors. Why? Paul worked as Andrew's research assistant searching up RIF #'s while onsite at the archives. Neither Trump nor Biden has had the power to postpone JFK assassination records! Even the most experienced of archivists have struggles finding JFK documents due to disorganization. There should be over 100,000 of the final determination forms but boxes of forms are missing. Andrew has requested the final determination forms for JFK files still being held from the public. The final determination forms are not indexed, they're mislabelled & actually filed under subject titles. The archivists at College Park, Maryland were all very helpful & professional.
Ted was 8 years old when JFK was assassinated on November 22, 1963. A pall came over the nation when JFK was assassinated, everyone around him was effected. JFK's murder deeply effected Ted, starting his fascination with the investigation. Oswald being shot by Ruby just two days after JFK’s murder seemed too fantastical to be true! Ted has a background in TV reporter & teaches journalism. Ted loves investigative journalism. With Ted's pending retirement, he's looking forward to focusing on his great JFK Youtube channel! Listening to weekly episodes of Black Op Radio helps keep Ted close to the subject. Ted has current FOIA requests in progress with hopes of learning more on the Chicago plot. Ted interviewed Ruth Paine a decade ago! Ted tells why she cut him off from further communication! It was amazing to Ted how Ruth Paine tried to manipulate him. Solving the assassination of JFK's murder is coming down to the hard work of independent researchers. Ted appreciates the determined truth seekers in the JFK research community! Ted's nickname was TV Ted in the television & reporting world. Sgt. Robert Vincent's plane was diverted to Dallas, where they picked up an LHO lookalike! The CIA kept complete oversight over Sgt. Vincent & his wife after the assassination. Ted has concluded the JFK assassination was a CIA operation. Many people associated to the assassination on some level lost their lives or were harassed by the CIA. Len created 50 Reasons For 50 Years short videos to cater to people's short attention spans! Researchers are very interested in the murder of Officer Tippet by an Oswald imposter. Ted really appreciates the Oswald research published by John Armstrong in Harvey & Lee. Len & Ted discuss the multiple Oswalds that started to appear in different states. Was the CIA Edward Lansdale brought in to orchestrate & direct JFK’s assassination? Len believes the reporting of Oswald in Mexico City was a CIA created distraction. Thomas Arthur Vallee in Chicago also looked like Oswald & had a similar military career! Roger Craig saw an Oswald lookalike in Dealey Plaza getting into a Rambler station wagon. There were TWO Oswalds arrested on November 22, 1963 at the The Texas Theatre! The plane with Sgt. Robert Vincent landed at the Roswell AFB after leaving Dallas. David Ferrie was being followed by the CIA to make sure he didn’t speak out about the assassination. Oswald was seen creating a ruckus in multiple locations bringing attention to himself on purpose. The Warren Commission censored what was published in the report, rejecting multiple testimonies. Gerald Ford & the other members of the Warren Commission are guilty of helping with the cover-up. The Warren Commission has told hundreds of lies but ignorant people & shills still promote the report. With the WC claiming Oswald was in Mexico City, then how could Lee be at the Sportsdrome? How could Lee Harvey Oswald defect to Russia, return to the US with assistance & not be charged? Sylvia Odio reported that a Lee Harvey Oswald visited her home with anti Castro Cubans. Oswald arrested at The Texas Theatre seen at El Tico restaurant in a car registered to CIA business. Allen Dulles & The Big Money behind the opposition of Kennedy. NSAM 263 was JFK's initial initiative to start pulling out all troops from Vietnam. Len explains the Golden Triangle. David Ferrie was killed shortly after it was made public he was involved in Garrison’s investigation. Autopsy whistleblower suicided along with reporter Dorothy Kilgallen & Dr. Mary Sherman!

This week I'm talking to a friend here in Dallas, Bart Weiss, about the Ernie Kovacs Award taking place this weekend at the Texas Theatre. This year's honoree is Jerry Casale from the band Devo, and we're discussing his work both with the band and as a pioneer of the music video artform. Check out the links above for tickets to the various events (the screening tonight is going to be pretty fun, I think, as the movie is super-interesting). If you're in the Dallas area I hope you check it out. And if you enjoyed this episode, I hope you share it with a friend!
Check Playlist This episode of The Five Count featured an exclusive interview with musician Gerald V. Casale. Gerald is best known as the bassist, singer and founder of the band DEVO. Known for hits like Beautiful World, Freedom of Choice and Whip It, DEVO has been making music for more than 50 years. During the show he discussed the longevity of the band, the new DEVO documentary, and receiving the 2024 Ernie Kovacs Award. Gerald V. Casale will be at the Dallas Video Fest Sept. 28-29 at the Texas Theatre!During the rest of the show we discussed the new Beetlejuice movie, received a call from a bike rider with hemorrhoids, and considered starting a metal/reggae fusion band. In this week's episode of the End of Innocence- The JFK Assassination, we look at Lee Harvey Oswald's arrest in the Texas Theatre. How does the official story of what happened differ from what witnesses who were there that day say happened? And were there two Oswald's in the theatre that day and was Jack Ruby in the theatre?
John has a new video featuring his latest research on Lee Harvey Oswald on Nov. 22/63. New Video - Tampering of Dallas Police transcripts John is always finding information that no one else has found because he reads. Earlene Roberts saw Lee leave the rooming house in a dark brown shirt. zipping up his dark blue jacket. Lee wore a dark blue jacket when he appeared in the morning at Wesley Frazier's house on 11/22/63. Taxi driver William Whaley also described Lee as also wearing a dark blue jacket. Lee left the rooming house at approximately 1:03 PM. The man who shot Tippet at 1:06 PM was wearing a light colored Eisenhower type windbreaker jacket. Please read John's analysis and description of the Tippet murder on his website, HarveyandLee.net Oswald was wearing a long sleeved brown shirt (no blue jacket) at his arrest in the Texas Theatre. John encourages you to READ the Dallas Police Department dictatape transcriptions from 11/22/63. The FBI edited the DPD transcriptions, changing the time stamps around the Tippit murder. Three Ambulances sent to 10th & Patton - Dudley M. Hughes ambulance, Baylor University & the VA. By 1964, Ely was aware of the many Oswald impersonations happening in multiple places. Oswald shows a Texas State Driver's License to Fred Moore at the Jiffy Mart at 10am. How can Oswald be at the Jiffy Mart when he's pushing boxes around at the TSBD? Oswald seen getting on bus in Dealey Plaza while also spotted getting into a Rambler station wagon. John Hart Ely, 26 year old & the youngest member to work on the Warren Commission. Ely's job for the Warren Commission was to research the history of Marguerite & Lee Harvey Oswald. Seeing obvious discrepancies, Ely started to question Oswald's duplicity in his investigation. Ely talked to the men who were stationed with Oswald in Santa Anna & El Toro. Talked to Sgt. Donald Goodwin at El Toro. Friendly with Oswald, going to the movies together. In 1975, Ely wrote a summary of his deep & complex feelings about the Warren Commission. Mr. Ely, in his own words, recognized there was multiple Oswalds. In April '64 Jenner wrote to Rankin about Ely's records, Ely's research was going to have to be edited. John has wondered for 20 years why Capt. Fritz didn't ask Lee any questions about the Tippit murder. A blue jacket was placed on Tippit's body after he was murdered before the ambulance crew arrived. Witness Domingo Benavides tried to contact DPD dispatch but didn't know how to use the police mic. Tippit's body was taken the Methodist Hospital by the Dudley Hughes ambulance by Jasper Clayton Butler. Although Butler was on site by 1:10 PM, Tippit was declared dead until 1:15 PM? How? Capt. Fritz was aware of the 2nd wallet found at the Tippit crime scene, helping in the cover up. On 11/22/63 the Dallas Police Dept. sent the FBI 225 items but returned 455 items on 11/26/63. John spent 2 weeks at the National Archives searching for DP initials on items in Oswald's inventory. The government offices protect each other, enabling them to destroy & hide assassination evidence. What would have happened if the public found out two wallets at the Tippit crime scene in 1963? Why haven't the seasoned researchers questioned the two different jackets & shirts worn by Oswald. What happened to Oswald's blue jacket? It was missing at the time of his arrest. John first started to seriously research the JFK assassination after attending an event in 1991. Madeline Brown's attended the JFK event, bringing her son, who is the spitting image of LBJ. Was LHO in N. Dakota in 1953 but also in New York going to school? It takes years researching & reading to understand the all of the little links that slowly connect.

All regularly scheduled network programming from every radio and TV station around the country was immediately suspended. This audio comes from shortly after 2PM eastern time from ABC. Right after the shooting, witness Howard Brennan notified the police that he was sitting across the street from the Texas School Book Depository, watching the President's motorcade go by. He heard a shot come from above and looked up to see a man with a rifle fire another shot from the southeast corner window on the sixth floor. He said he had seen the same man minutes earlier looking through the window. Brennan gave a description of the shooter, and Dallas police subsequently broadcast descriptions at Dallas time 12:45., 12:48, and 12:55 p.m. At 12:45 fifteen minutes after President Kennedy was shot, Dallas police officer J.D. Tippit received a radio order to drive to the central Oak Cliff area as part of a concentration of police around the center of the city. At 12:54, Tippit radioed that he moved as directed. By then, several messages had been broadcast describing a suspect in Kennedy's shooting as a five-foot-ten, slender white male. At roughly 1:10, Tippit was driving slowly eastward on East 10th street past the intersection at Patton Avenue when he pulled alongside a man who resembled the police description. Although conspiracy theorists dispute this, officially the man was twenty-four year-old Lee Harvey Oswald. Oswald walked over to Tippit's car and exchanged words with him through an open window. Tippit opened his car door and walked toward the front of the car. Oswald drew a handgun and fired five shots in rapid succession. Tippit was shot in the chest and head, dying almost instantly. His body was transported from the scene of the shooting by ambulance to Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 1:25 p.m. Meanwhile, Johnny Brewer, a nearby shoe store manager later testified that he saw Oswald ducking into the entrance alcove of his store. Suspicious, Brewer watched Oswald continue up the street and slip without paying into the nearby Texas Theatre. He alerted the theater's ticket clerk, who telephoned the police at about 1:40 p.m. As police arrived, the house lights were brought up and Brewer pointed out Oswald sitting near the rear of the theater. Police Officer Nick McDonald testified that he was the first to reach Oswald and that Oswald seemed ready to surrender saying, "Well, it is all over now." McDonald said that Oswald pulled out a pistol tucked into the front of his pants, then pointed the pistol at him, and pulled the trigger. McDonald stated that the pistol did not fire because the pistol's hammer came down on the webbing between the thumb and index finger as he grabbed it. McDonald also said that Oswald struck him, but that he struck back and Oswald was disarmed. As he was led from the theater, Oswald shouted he was a victim of police brutality. Soon after his arrest, Oswald encountered reporters, declared, "I didn't shoot anybody. They've taken me in because I lived in the Soviet Union. I'm just a patsy!" This is audio from an arranged press meeting later that day. The voice you'll hear is that of Lee Harvey Oswald. Oswald was formally arraigned for the murder of Officer Tippit at 7:10 p.m. By early the next morning, he had been arraigned for the assassination of President Kennedy. At 2:38 p.m. Dallas time on Friday the 22nd aboard Air Force One, Lyndon Baines Johnson took the oath of office as the 36th President of the United States. Standing next to him as he took the oath were both his wife and Jacqueline Kennedy.

From Teaching Tolerance: "White privilege is—perhaps most notably in this era of uncivil discourse—a concept that has fallen victim to its own connotations. The two-word term packs a double whammy that inspires pushback. 1) The word white creates discomfort among those who are not used to being defined or described by their race. And 2) the word privilege, especially for poor and rural white people, sounds like a word that doesn’t belong to them—like a word that suggests they have never struggled. This defensiveness derails the conversation, which means, unfortunately, that defining white privilege must often begin with defining what it’s not. Otherwise, only the choir listens; the people you actually want to reach check out. White privilege is not the suggestion that white people have never struggled. Many white people do not enjoy the privileges that come with relative affluence, such as food security. Many do not experience the privileges that come with access, such as nearby hospitals. And white privilege is not the assumption that everything a white person has accomplished is unearned; most white people who have reached a high level of success worked extremely hard to get there. Instead, white privilege should be viewed as a built-in advantage, separate from one’s level of income or effort." "Systemic Racism includes the policies and practices entrenched in established institutions, which result in the exclusion or promotion of designated groups. It differs from overt discrimination in that no individual intent is necessary. It manifests itself in two ways: institutional racism: racial discrimination that derives from individuals carrying out the dictates of others who are prejudiced or of a prejudiced society structural racism: inequalities rooted in the system-wide operation of a society that excludes substantial numbers of members of particular groups from significant participation in major social institutions."
