Not long ago deep in the Appalachian wilds, a group of misfits joined forces to play dungeon’s and dragons. Inspired by boredom and equipped with loose morals and a questionable understanding of the rules, our heroes travel forth to explore strange new la
Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! This is it folks! The final episode of Season 5! It all comes down to this. The forces of...the crew, vs the forces of...Father? Not really a good and evil thing here so much. They're both kinda crap really. The crew rallies behind their newest allies, the Tenebras as they enact a plan they think will be able to neutralize Father's biggest strength: a really big laser that blows up planets. The crew isn't really great at making friends so I'm not sure who else could even come to their aid at this point. What defense will they use to counter the laser? Who fights alongside the crew, who fights alongside Father? How will the battle be determined? You will win, and who will fall? Most importantly, who is going to save the crew from their own stupidity? Tune in and find out! We now have a PO Box! Wanna send us something? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! The show has gone to the most deranged and disgusting place in history...inside Yokkish's mind! Actually, it seems pretty empty inside aside from all that chiming noise, versions of the crew, and some random building. Inside, they know Father is waiting. They must face off in order to expel him from Yokkish's mind. I'm sure Yokkish, and three figments of his imagination will have no issue against an all knowing, all seeing, planetary god being who has the power to blow up planets. How will they hold their own against Father? What are the rules to a mind fight? Can they even remove Father without killing Yokkish? How fucked up and perverted is the internal representation of Perkins? Tune in and find out! We now have a PO Box! Wanna send us something? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! The deal is struck and the plan is in motion. Yokkish and Todd have already begun construction of a tower to draw the fire of Father. Meanwhile, Rowan is on a Not'n'avi ship and preparing to take it over. On the ship, you would think the Not'n'avi would be prepared for anything...but maybe they just didn't make a contingency for a random person hopping aboard on their home planet. That being said, Rowan, and Clipsworth will do their darndest to use all the tools at their disposal to take over the ship. How will Rowan defeat all of the Not'n'avi? Will the tower be completed before she gets done? What happens if Father double crosses the crew? What is the crew going to do with the now converted Yokkish? Tune in and find out! We now have a PO Box! Wanna send us something? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Yokkish has made a deal with Father. In exchange for giving him the chance to destroy the Not'n'avi homeworld, he must be a loyal servant to Father. When the mission is over, it will be Yokkish's task to bring new worlds into the fold, or bring them destruction if they refuse. The rest of the crew however, does not seem particularly enthused at this prospect. Not that they know all the details, but they know something is up with Yokkish, and they don't like it. The crew has now crashed onto the Not'n'avi homeworld and must complete their mission. Yokkish and Todd have set out to construct the tower to focus Father's energy. Perkins is trying to get the ship back up and running. Meanwhile Rowan has decided to try and infiltrate a Not'n'avi ship after upgrading her mech suit. How does she modify it? How are Todd and Yokkish going to move these giant crates? How is this technologically advanced race apparently so blind? At what DPN does your donkey burn? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! The crew have come to the planet Father, home of the Pequar. While this planet has been known to be a source of a bunch of hippies, apparently planet killing technology also exists here. The crew is going to figure out where it is, and of course steal it! Yokkish has decided to take it upon himself to enter into the Father tube. However, it seems that Father is actually a sentient planet. Father also seems to be responsible for the birth of...well...everything. I'm not sure how much of this is to be believed...but he certainly believes it. What does Father want with Yokkish? How will Yokkish convince Father to help them destroy the Not'n'avi? Why have the Pequar been destroying planets? How has Perkins not exploded into a fireball being so close to this planet? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Waking up from an induced sleep the crew finds themselves in the middle of quite the pickle! First off, they didn't want to be put under against their will, but they don't really have time to think about it. The Not'n'avi are attacking! With a mostly upgraded ship and some nifty new suits the crew has to shoot their way out. The Tenebris energy wall is no longer a viable defense as the enemy has figured out how to worm their way through the hole. With their new found stuff, the question now becomes, where to next? Does Rowan's suit stop her shifting abilities? Where is her exo suit? What's going to happen to the Tenebris? How have the Not'n'avi been tracking them this whole time? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Much to the sadness of the crew, they won't actually be replaying all of Season 1 of Botched: A D&D Podcast. In fact, the simulation ended just before Yokkish could experience the joys of Elvish Medicine. Meanwhile the Tenebris have been outfitting the ship with some technology that will allow them to pass through the energy field unharmed. There is probably one slight detail that the crew forgot about. That they were hired by the Not'n'avi to disable that energy wall. How will they explain this to the Not'n'avi? Do they have a back up plan? Where in the universe is safe from the space Nazis? Tune in and find out! We now have a PO Box! Wanna send us something? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Wait, they're still playing through season 1? Geez, well at least this time around there's a reason for some of the stuff going on. Why do so many goblins keep spawning? Computer program! The strangest thing about this episode, is how eerily similar some things went in this one as the counterpoint back at the beginning. We did not fake the rolls (regardless of what Australia says), I suppose sometimes the dice gods just like the story the way they like it. Hold up, so if they're replaying through season 1. What happens when they get to the door in the goblin cave? If someone is in need of medical aid, who will provide it? Will any limbs be taken? Tune in and find out! We now have a PO Box! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Hey everyone, remember season 1? No? Well we will help with that because the party has decided they really want to stay on the holodeck for a while. You'll notice that it sounds oddly familiar...like the group is playing back through a game they've already played. That being said, here we are again in good ol Angfadstatd. Except this time things are a little bit more meta. How different will this play through be? How much more into the music will they get? How does love work? How much vomit will there be? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Oh I'm sorry, not enough frog facts? Well guess what, we got more. If you're not amused, neither is the dark matter drive. Once the crew manages to get out of their little predicament, they make it to the Tenebras homeworld, only to find things are not what they anticipated. With this new knowledge, the crew now has to make some decisions on what to do next. What did they learn? How did they get out of the space between spaces? Why are the Tenebras the way they are? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! They just got this ship back, and they JUST outfitted it with a doohicky so they could be the first people to successfully pilot into a wormhole. 1 flight and they've already broken it. Seriously? Now they are stuck in a space between dimensions. A place that time forgot I guess. However, they're still able to move around, so maybe their ship isn't all the way broken. Not only that but there's a Tenebras ship frozen in front of them. What do the Tenebras look like? Are they cyborgs? How will they get onto the other ship without being frozen too? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Holy moly! It's been a looooong time since the crew was piloting that old C.O.P. ship. However, in order to get into the wormhole, they will need to go and retrieve it. Home sweet home. However, before the crew gets to their task, they of course want to ask a lot of questions to the ass-face guy. On top of that, Yokkish has some changes he wants to make in his life. Whether or not they're for the better is up to interpretation. What is Yokkish changing? What is inside the wormhole? How do wormholes even work? How does reading work? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Back on the ship and not a moment to spare! Sal Vager has just taken off and is about to go into hyperdrive. The crew have to make some split second decisions in order to stop him. Sal has the data that he downloaded from the base. Which is because he got there first. Because the crew decided to do some weird asteroid stuff and took forever. All that is to say, Sal sucks and he needs to get his comeuppance! Will the crew catch Sal Vager? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! The great slug has fallen. The crew turned him into goo, and of course Todd kept some. Now they have to race to the server room before Sal Vager gets the data! However, before they get there, they'll find out that this station has a few other tricks up its sleeve. A lab and a server room are all that stand in their way. Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Bendelflurr is back! Not only that, but it seems he has figured out how to use those powers he got from Ursyla a while back. No longer just a mere Sluggogian, but now he wields untold elemental power. The crew will have to use all their intelligence (what little they have) to take on this old foe. Sure they could run away, but where's the fun in that? Little does the party know, how incredibly close they were to getting TKO'd if they had handled that fight any differently. Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! The newly minted crew has made their presence known on the space station. Their newest companion, Rowan, seems to fit in just fine with the psychopathic actions of the others. People have this nasty tendency to pop like meat balloons when they show up. They still have a long way to go before they get to the main computer, and they are far behind their competition. Speaking of competition, an old foe is lying in wait for them. Not only that, but this old foe is a lot stronger than the last time they met. Who is this old foe? What's an exo-suit? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! What's this?!? A new host has entered the game! Welcome to the show Jenna Garrett! The crew has finally arrived at the space station. Sure, they got there in one piece, but maybe if they had some balls, they would have gotten there sooner. Instead, two of their most hated rivals have beaten them there. Inside the station, things aren't much better. On top of the goons from Sal Vager and Bendelflurr, there are also murder bots, hazardous corridors and deadly vents! Not fair! It is in these hallways they acquire a new ally, from the roster of one of their enemies. This wisecracking Pleaseon has better things to do than deal with these chuckleheads, but she decides to help them anyways. Who is this mysterious person? What dangers await in this station? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Well, at least Yokkish isn't a murder monster anymore. Well, he is, but now he is a metallic one that doesn't feel the need to consume the flesh of the living...all the time. The crew continues their way to Todd's original destination, in order to take that mystery job. Once they finally reach their destination, it has a bit of a multi level marketing feel to it. The presenter is a real asshole too. Like literally, he's a Glutean, he has an ass for a face. Once accepted its a race to the finish against the other people on the same job. However, their job involves a space station hell bent on making sure no one ever gets inside. What is their mission? Who is this asshole? What is the deal with the ship? Why won't the machine just hit send? Tune in and find out! Join in on the banter as these dickheads whose understanding of the rules is questionable, and their moral compasses are even more so, stumble through dungeons, traps, monsters, and social intricacies as they attempt to complete a quest for wholly selfish reasons. Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Yokkish has been subdued finally. A newcomer has arrived to save the day. However, it turns out that it's really Todd, who very conveniently just happened to be in the area. Todd has his own ship and sets to work to try and fix Yokkish. Since Todd has been in his own personal hell of being stuck in an explorer bot, he has learned how to cure wendigoism! Normally it's next to impossible, but luckily, Yokkish was already a monster before that! Once that whole situation has been taken care of, it's time to get Todd a new body. Where is Todd getting this body? How will they cure Yokkish? Where are they going next? Tune in and find out! Join in on the banter as these dickheads whose understanding of the rules is questionable, and their moral compasses are even more so, stumble through dungeons, traps, monsters, and social intricacies as they attempt to complete a quest for wholly selfish reasons. If you are a veteran dragon slayer from the long long ago of the 1970's or a newbie who is interested in hearing what this devil worshipping game is all about, Botched: A D&D Podcast is the DnD Podcast for you. As mentioned, we are playing 5th edition rules, so if you've never played this version of the game before, listening to us will give you an idea of how it may be different from previous versions of the game. 5th edition is a great rule set to start playing the game with. Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Now that the crew has decided to play their own little game of Alien Isolation, but with a whole group against a Yokkish, things are escalating. First Yokkish was picking off people one or two at a time, but the group made a bunker. So Yokkish turned off gravity. There aren't a whole lot of more options as Yokkish continues his onslaught. Unfortunately for the survivors, their leaders consist mainly of Zoop Zoop and Perkins. Not exactly the brave and the bold. If the crew can just get Yokkish by surprise, maybe, just maybe, they could kill him. How do you make an anti-gravity bong? What happens when you release acid in a zero g environment? Will Yokkish kill everyone? What is Perkins doing with that litter? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! For those of you that don't know. The show has decided to part ways with Jon and Austin. Since the episodes that come out are way behind the ones that air, we have already announced and played with a new cast member, but I'll announce that here when the show catches up. We thank Austin and Jon for their years of great characters and comedy. Best of luck in all their future endeavors. For this episode, the crew is stranded in space. The ship is now adrift after closing the rift to Helvora. It's been like a day, so Yokkish is obviously hungry. He has already eaten some of the crew, and now the rest need to figure out how to deal with the ship not moving, and the monster stalking them. The only person who is seemingly immune to Yokkish is Perkins. Only because Yokkish finds Perkins gross though. Who will survive? How is Yokkish murdering people? What is the plan moving forward? Who is the captain now? Tune in and find out! Join in on the banter as these dickheads whose understanding of the rules is questionable, and their moral compasses are even more so, stumble through dungeons, traps, monsters, and social intricacies as they attempt to complete a quest for wholly selfish reasons. Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! The pieces have been laid out. This is Zorthox's big plan finally coming to fruition. For a very long time, the Hexiuns have looked for a way to reopen the portal to Helvora in hopes of fully “integrating” with this universe. Sure, that would mean enslaving numerous planets and populations and subjecting the universe to the cruelest of rulers, but hey, it could be worse. The rest of the crew also have plans in place to secretly try and stop this procedure before it begins. The ship, now equipped with the proper drilling lasers and sonic guns, makes way for the unfortunate planet of Mianzee. Home to the Pandomos. To sacrifice them, in order to open the portal. Will they successfully thwart Zorthox's plans? What will become of the Pandomos? Which members of the crew, if any, will actually stand up to the captain and crew? What is it with Yokkish and vents? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Now that the crew knows exactly what is needed in order to reopen the portal to Helvora, they must go and gather the necessary components to enact their plan. On top of that, they need to decide on a populated planet to sacrifice. Before they can head out, the crew needs to decide on what to do with the space lobster, because it's now too big to warp with. After dealing with that, the crew will not only go on the hunt for the tools to accomplish their gift, but will have to deal with internal disagreements over opening the portal to Helvora. Is everyone on board with this plan? What will happen if the portal is opened? What tools do they need in order to sacrifice a planet? Which planet will be sacrificed? Why does the crew have a supply of meth on hand? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Seems this crew is not quite as dumb as old Garth Jefferson was hoping any intruders might be. Not only did they not fall for the old “blow up your own house” trick, but they even deactivate the robots that are not all the way off! No fair! Well at least they have no idea how to get in the secret base. It's not like they literally watched anyone else come out of it or anything. Even if they do manage to get in there, Garth is a master tactician with nearly limitless technology. How could the group hope to defeat such an intelligent foil? What exactly does this scientist know that is so dangerous? Why is he so keen to stay hidden? Who put this perfectly good bucket of blood on the floor? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Apparently if you see woods, and those woods have skulls tied to each tree, with the words “keep out” written in most languages, you should just ignore that and go inside. Makes sense if you don't think about it. Once inside these lovely, dark, and deep woods it is oddly quiet. I'm sure that's an okay sign. Not like murderous cyborgs will be popping out of trees with mortars, satellites and cannons or anything. If they can make it past that hypothetical situation, I'm sure Garth will just be waiting in his cabin with a kettle of tea to share. What's the deal with this cabin? Why do these cyborgs look like junk? Who the hell is this scientist anyways? Why does Zoop Zoop think trying to mate with him will be the ticket past his defenses? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Now that we can add child endangerment, kidnapping, and planning to commit ritual homicide to the list of crimes the crew has committed...just kidding there is no law out here in space! The crew has arrived at the planet of Saphira. Hiding spot of Garth Jefferson. Zorthox is looking for him in hopes that he might be the key to reopening the portal to hell. However, there is a Not'n'avi ship floating around the planet acting rather strangely...oh well, nothing terrible I'm sure. Down to the planet they go where it's calm, peaceful, and easily color corrected. What is going on with that space lobster? Are these actually Not'n'avi? Why is the crew so eager to reopen a portal to hell? WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING?! Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! After having...aided in the destruction of Better Earth...we now have no more Earths. Well, it's just a burning husk, but I guess that counts for something? Before the group leaves they get to witness the immediate aftermath. It turns out, most other races in the galaxy weren't the biggest fans of the Muricans. The crew is feeling altruistic, so they decide to help out a school bus of kids fleeing the destruction. I'm sure they have no ulterior motives at all. What would a group of murderous space faring monsters want with a group of children? Will anyone come to the defense of the Muricans? Where will the crew go next? Will Perkins ever make a friend? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! The party has finally made it out of the Murican puzzle dungeon and is now only a few steps from the capitol building. Starting off in the sewers below the city, I wonder what sort of creatures may be lurking down there. Assuming they get into the capitol, somehow, then what? Zoop Zoop is supposed to drop a forcefield so the others can invade. Zorthox wants to gain access to their library. Joran is there to create a terrible influence via leadership and Yokkish is there to bitch about Joran. The building does look like a dick, so the president or whatever they call it, is probably at the tip-tip top. What creature could live in the sewer and feed off of poop? What will happen once the forcefield drops? Will they be able to stop the planet destroying ships? What happens if Yokkish sees blood? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Holy Crap! This is our 250th episode! I can't believe we have been around this long, let alone that anyone is listening to it. This episode is also all about classic presidents! We recorded it in December and then it just so happened that it falls on President's Day. Go figure! Honestly, I didn't plan it. I can't think more than a day at a time, let alone months in advance. Anywho, the crew is finally at the end of the puzzle dungeon. All that stands between them and the capitol is a golden door...and a room with 6 presidential statues. I'm sure there's no trap or anything. Not that the group would bother trying to wander into a trap. They will literally just go out of their way to spring something, even if it wouldn't have gone off otherwise. Is there anything dangerous in this room? Did Dennis forget about Jon's frog legs? What is on this golden door? How many hit points is a lot of hit points? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Ok, full disclosure. We did not plan the assault on the ACTUAL american capitol. We recorded this episode and the last episode a solid month before all the craziness in the world happened. It is kind of funny that we said it on the show...and then it immediately happened though. That being sad, this week is a puzzle dungeon! These trials and tribulations were created by and for true Muricans. You must hold that in your heart if you are to be successful. Sometimes puzzles are the traps! In order to really understand this puzzle dungeon you have to think like a Murican. Aka, small minded and pretty dumb. Why does this dungeon have a swirling grease hole? What do all these towers do? What do the libs like to do with their free time? What's ol' Bernie Sanders doin' these days in the far flung future? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! It seems that when Yokkish's drunk ex-sister-in-law drank a big container of some mystery liquid before jumping out into space...they probably should have made sure she was dead. Now she has utilized the newly upgraded Jaegers, courtesy of our crackpot crew, to weaponize the facility and go on her merry way. While the crew has a big cruise ship at their disposal, what they don't have is a ship with a decent amount of fire power. Giving up, they decide to head to a space farmers market before heading to Better Earth. Why is Yokkish so hungry and molty all of a sudden? Why would the crew want a space lobster? Who goes to a space farmers market on an asteroid? What the hell is a greech? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! The crew is finally at the computer core. Oh, there's like 9 million buttons. Well how hard can it be to figure out which one turns everything back on? Just ask the waitstaff, I'm sure they'll know. Everyone knows the waitstaff are secretly computer programmers. Well assuming that goes horribly awry, that wendigo is probably going to show up soon. Hopefully this room has some sort of anti-wendigo weaponry. If they can make it out alive, they'll have a fancy new ship to bring back to their army of once drunk robots! Can they survive the wendigo? Why would a cruise ship have a self destruct sequence? What is a rocket powered morningstar? How happy are the drunk robots going to be to see them? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Deciding to face off in one on one combat with his greatest fear, a wendigo, Jokkish sustains numerous wounds. However, instead of finishing him off, the wendigo leaves Jokkish alone. Wonder what that means. Meanwhile, the rest of the crew goes up to the bridge in hopes of getting out of this floating rig of death. However, they instead find gooey pods with people in them. Unbeknownst to the rest of the crew, Zoop Zoop is feeling a serious maternal instinct pop in, never having children of his own. His internal clock must be ticking. Why are people in pods? What else is in these pods? Can they be trusted? How do they get off the ship? What's wrong with making people sign a contract in order for you to save their lives? Find out if there's a local game near where you live at comic book or game stores. Hell, buy some books, buy some dice, get some food and drinks and invite your friends over to play with you for a completely different experience! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! The group now apparently has control of a factory that manufactures sentient robots. Formerly drunk robots that are now just highly efficient. I'm sure the group will have nothing but benevolent plans in mind for them. As for the mission at hand, the crew must eliminate the last of Plakku's ex wives. This one is a vampire. Apparently. They land on the cruise ship and immediately find out this is not the same threat they have faced before. Perhaps, this wife actually is a monster. Locked in the ship, with no way out and no way to communicate the crew must figure out the best way to survive. What is Yokkish's biggest fear? What happens when you get bitten enough times by some monsters? What sort of nefarious plans can you create with an army of murder robots, led by would be dictators? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! It all comes down to this...for some reason. Jokkish has challenged Oot Scuut to a suicidal flip clup competition. Unlike normal flip clup, this version ends with the loser offing themselves. High stakes drinking at its best. Jokkish will need to summon all of his ability with quick reflexes and an iron stomach. Meanwhile, the rest of the crew is up in the control room trying to get it working again. If they can get it functioning, it would allow the group to create more Jaegers. Why would the group want a bunch of drunk robots? Will Jokkish be victorious? What would it be like to have an overactive Jaeger on space cocaine? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Successful in the elimination of a “banshee,” Yokkish has completed the first of three elimination missions. It is kind of strange that Yokkish's ex brother in law seemingly dates a lot of women that later turn out to be monsters after they get divorced. And he owes them money. I'm sure that's just a coincidence though. Now, Yokkish is on the hunt for a vampire. This particular vampire is hiding out with a bunch of Jaeger bots. However, they must find the secret Jaeger building facility first, which there are only a few in the entire galaxy who know that location. Who knows where to find this facility? Since when was Samuel Adams so jacked? How much for you to sell out your best customer? What is Gin-Gineering? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Yokkish has been tasked by his brother-in-law, and also head of his organization, to track down and take care of some personal monsters. Sure, he was married to them and now he's going through messy divorces, that could result in huge alimony payments, but I'm sure he's on the up and up. The first target, Oot Scuut, is a supposed banshee. However, she has decided to join a religious sect on Prometheus 3, the Xenon. Once you join, you become a Xenon and all your earthly possessions pass to the church (including alimony payments). What is a Xenon? What kind of person is Oot Scuut? How will a religious sect feel about killing one of their would-be members? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! The group narrowly avoided an orbital bombardment from the Not'n'avi. Also, it seems that they are not particularly pleased with Joran. I'm sure that won't come up later or anything. However, we now discover what is actually in that apple crate that Jokkish bought off of Bama Jean. Seems AJ Worshington now has a brain slug attached to his head and prefers to be called Zoop Zoop. Speaking of Jokkish, he has received a message from his brother in law, the head of his order the Supernatural Tracking Universal Policing & Investigative Department. He must track down three monsters across the universe and put them down before they can cause any harm. What are these three creatures? Is Zoop Zoop different from AJ Worshington? What happens if Better Earth tries to get in touch with him? How does Blockbuster work in this future? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! With the pad race now over, a clear winner has been determined. It is none other than the unlikely Grandpa Joe! However, in their attempt to kill Grandpa Joe as he crossed the finish line...Joe ended up decapitating his grandson Billy, the child he was trying to win the race for. Now that Joe has won, solely because of the crew by the way, the crew will now stop at nothing to make sure that Joe cannot enjoy those winnings. However, something else seems to be wrong at the race. There is an uneasy feeling, as though something awful (unrelated to the crew) is about to happen. How will the crew try to ruin Grandpa Joe? What is about to happen to the planet of Sluggogia? What is in this package from BamaJean for AJ Worshington? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Ok, I promise this is the last episode of Pad Racing! By the end of this episode we will know who the winner will be. Whether it be AJ, one of the other crewmates, Grandpa Joe, or even one of the sluggogian crime lord drivers. Hell, it might even be Tony Pepperoni. AJ starts out this episode with a big lead, and he still has two hits of Nitro left. Since no one else seems to have Nitro for some reason, seems a pretty safe bet he is going to win. Right? There are plenty of tricky track spots, such as lava tubes, tunnels, sand pits, loopdy loops and other stuff that are waiting to wreck the drivers. Who will come out on top? Will they all survive? What sort of dirty tricks are the racers going to use against one another? What is the most horrible way to claim victory? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! And…They're off! The race (finally) begins! With around 50 other racers, this may be a bit of a challenge. Luckily for them, all they need to do is finish alive in order to collect a fair bit of money! For the Lesbian Mafia, AJ Worshington needs to win. They've given him every advantage they can. However, it seems their pads were tampered with while they were screwing around creating beer. That damned Sal Vager! Can the crew disable whatever devices were implanted on their pads? What is going to happen in the areas with no cameras? Will AJ manage to win with all of his advantages? Who is this mysterious elderly racer, racing for his sick grandson? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! The crew is almost ready for the race! They've bought their pads, and paid a pretty penny, but something seems to be missing. Oh yeah! They need to get those things suped up! Since the race is on Hutteeze, it's a good bet that there is a good mechanic somewhere on this crappy planet. Meanwhile, apparently AJ has haunted bones or something. At the race itself, the competition seems pretty stiff, and they see many of their old enemies. What is rat christ? What sort of snack foods do they have on these alien worlds? How many beers can a pad hold? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Our crew arrives at Hutteeze with hippies safely in hand. However, a blast from the past for Joran reaches out and asks for his help. Little is known of Joran before he joined the Tritan at the beginning of the season. He has mentioned working for the Lesbian Mafia a time or two, and now, they've come calling. On Hutteeze there's a big race coming up and they need a racer. This will be a race through a course using Pads. Pad racing is a dangerous game, it's a fairly thin vehicle with slightly folded wings. On the bright side, in the case of an accident, they tend to be pretty absorbent of blood. Once the crew completes their current task, they have to find some pads before getting into the race. Are Pad dealers different than what we know as car dealers? What are the Pequar doing out in the middle of the desert with all these shipping containers? What would happen if speaking in emoji's was still a viable method of communication hundreds of years in the future? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! So it seems the Coalition Of Planets is not necessarily all the way dead. However, they did leave the crew completely high and dry as the Tenebra showed up. I mean, I'd do the same to these assholes. Luckily for them, an unexpected visitor arrives to aid them. Now, they have a new mission. To travel back across the galaxy and deliver some goods and some hippies, I mean missionaries. Certain arrangements and agreements must be made first of course. Who are these hippies? Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! The crew still hasn't quite completed their mission yet. One more ship to search, at least this one seems like it will be easy, since it's a Murican ship and not a Mutagos ship. Unless of course, some other ship shows up to make sure there aren't any dirty scavengers lurking about. If they can manage to get out of there with a good haul, maybe they can make a pit stop at Marge's Garage. Let's just hope their scavenging rival Sal Vager isn't there. Sal's a Pastonian with a lot of money and influence. He also loves making our crew's lives miserable. If they can manage to get all that done, then it's simple to just drop off the crystals at the designation and be on their way. Right? Why did AJ abandon his brethren back on Better Earth? How will Sal try to screw them if he shows up again? What are they going to do with that damn suspected banshee? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! This new crew is in need of some fuel. So, they have taken an odd job to make a little money. They must find some power crystals. These crystals are typically found on Mutagos ships. Luckily for them, they know where a battle has just concluded between the Muricans and the Mutagos. There are plenty of now derelict ships floating around. However, once inside, the crew decides to split up to cover more ground. This is all well and good except AJ Worshington and Yokkish are out of their damn minds and should never be paired together. Now they're looking for Banshees. Of course, nothing like that exists out in space right? Will Yokkish catch a Banshee? How do you tell if something is a banshee? What else might be lurking in this ship? Will they ever reinstate the orgies on the ship? Tune in and find out! Because the crew's ship was a little too hot and everyone was looking for it, they parked it in an asteroid in an uncontrolled part of space. Speaking of control, the battle lines have been drawn and numerous sectors of space have been split up. The Mutagos and the Hexiuns have banded together, the Muricans of course rule over their sector, the Sluggogians wield their power in the form of money and lastly the Not'n'avi control their section with advanced technology. On top of all of this, the Tenebra scour the galaxy and do away with anyone they find a threat. Many of the crew have left too. Now, with only a rag tag group of assholes, they pilot a junker. Working as salvagers and smugglers, they make their way in the universe. We pick up with the crew as they begin a mission to make some money to pay for gas. What is this mission? Who are these people? How many of them are out of their minds? What the hell is a banshee? Find out if there's a local game near where you live at comic book or game stores. Hell, buy some books, buy some dice, get some food and drinks and invite your friends over to play with you for completely different experience! A special shout out and thank you to all of our supporters over on Patreon. You help us continue to churn out “quality” episodes. With your continued support we can upgrade our dining room, I mean studio, with better quality microphones, sound proofing and merchandise. Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Something is very wrong with Todd. He hasn't really felt like himself since leaving Hutteeze. He won his title belt, he was on top of the world, running away from Slugogians...and then...something just feels like its missing. He hasn't even live casted in days. He still hasn't found his phone. It looks just like Mac's phone, but that one obviously can't be his. Todd can't even handle alcohol like he used to. Also, why is he so damn curious all the time. All of this inner turmoil is leading Todd down a path of self destruction. Where will this path take him? Will he take his own life? Can he find himself in religion instead? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Having just ruined another planet, or at least part of a planet, and causing possible civil unrest, the crew have to decide where to go next! Well, there is one more piece of the three coded messages that they need to decipher. A space station not far from Planet Bell Grande 4. In a strange twist of fate, Jon decides to actually do something on the ship and they look into some distress calls. On top of that, the crew may be leading towards a mutiny of Captain Ursyla. What is causing the distress signal? Will the crew ever learn who should be helped and who should be avoided? What is to become of Captain Ursyla? Is a sex doll used as a therapy doll, not a sex doll? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! It seems this planet has been hiding some serious technology behind the facade of tribalism. Is this really the work of all the people of this planet, or these “Kernel CIO's?” The crew has made it to the main computer of one of these three main hubs. If they could only unlock the information contained within, maybe they could find out how things got to where they are. See what decisions drove this society to regress technologically. If only one of the group was good at pretending to be the CIO to trick other CIO's into helping them. Once they gain an understanding of this planet, what will they do with that information? Will they recruit Notn'avi to their cause? Will they teach the planet? Will they leave it better off than they found it? Tune in and find out! Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast! Having just landed on a planet, that to their knowledge has never been visited, the group has been invited to a party! Although, the locals may need to clear that with the village elder. I'm sure she will have no problems with that though, I mean...the crew was sent by the gods! As long as she doesn't know any better, that should work just fine. Of course, if she knows the gods are actually satellites, then she might not be so trustworthy. Why does this village elder seem to know more than she's letting on? Why is the crew even messing with the population on this planet? What is this planet really hiding? Why does Todd now have extendo legs? Tune in and find out!
