The problem is many of us when pressure comes into our lives we tend to focus on the pressure. From there we start complaining and then we get angry, and then we play the victim role. God‘s purpose for pressure & problems is to move us to the Christ not away from him.

The phrase "power, love, and a sound mind" comes from 2 Timothy 1:7, where Paul writes to Timothy, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." This verse highlights the resources God provides to believers through the Holy Spirit.
As we age we start to feel less confident, how can we improve our confidence according to the Bible?As we age and face challenges to our confidence, it's important to remember that our worth and identity are not based on our outward appearance or abilities

By focusing on what is truth, noble, righteousness , purity , lovely, admirable, excellent, or praiseworthy, we can align our thoughts with God's desires for us (Philippians 4:8).
There are victims in this world, but God can work everything out for good. Believe in God's plan and don't be a victim.
