June 08 2026 Monday Who Jesus Made You To Be / Week 30 Right With God #findoutwhoyouare My Vision My vision is to teach the world Who They Are In Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior! To Teach them what the Bible says about them and who they have been made to be in the promises of God's Word. This changed my life years ago and completely transformed me from a person full of doubt, fear and unbelief to a strong confident Christian that knows I can do anything through Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior. And I'm determined to teach the world what God has taught and commissioned me to teach and that is His Word. That commission takes me to jails and detention centers weekly along with other open doors at many churches and ministries that are wanting to teach these important truths to the world. My podcast goes out 6 days a week to help the people I am ministering to grow in the truths that God has taught me for many years now. This podcast is free to all that want to listen and grow strong in who God has made them to be in Christ Jesus their Lord and Savior. My Prayers For The World Ephesians 1:15-23 NLT 'Ever since I first heard of your strong faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for God's people everywhere, I have not stopped thanking God for you. I pray for you constantly, asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God. I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance. I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God's power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God's right hand in the heavenly realms. Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else—not only in this world but also in the world to come. God has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made him head over all things for the benefit of the church. And the church is his body; it is made full and complete by Christ, who fills all things everywhere with himself.' Ephesians 3:14-21 NLT 'When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Youar roots will grow down into God's love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen.' His letter to the Galations is a vigorous attack against the gospel of works and a defense of the gospel of faith. Paul begins by setting forth his credentials as an apostle with a message from God: blessing comes from God on the basis of faith, not law. The law declares men guilty and imprisons them; faith sets men free to enjoy liberty in Christ. But liberty is not license. Send us Fan MailIn this verse-by-verse Bible study of Job 9:1–19, Reasoning Through the Bible follows Job as he answers Bildad and asks one of the most important questions in all of Scripture: how can a person be right with God? This session explores why Bildad's works-based view of suffering fails, why righteousness has always been by faith, and why no human being can successfully dispute with God. This study also highlights Job's description of God's immense power over creation, including the heavens, the earth, the sea, and the constellations. But it also shows how suffering has clouded Job's perspective, causing him to see God's power almost entirely through the lens of pain, judgment, and loss. The passage speaks directly to those who are hurting and wondering whether pain can distort how they see God and the world. A major theme in this episode is the need for a mediator. Job feels like a man standing in a courtroom with no advocate, no defense, and no way to answer the Judge. That tension points forward to the New Testament hope found in Jesus Christ, the better mediator and high priest. This session also offers practical encouragement for anyone feeling overwhelmed by trouble after trouble and not able to catch their breath. Topics in this episode include: Job 9:1–19 explained how a person is right with God righteousness by faith in the Old and New Testaments why disputing with God fails Job's view of God's power suffering and distorted perspective the need for a mediator God's control over creation asking God for wisdom and peace Reasoning Through the Bible is a verse-by-verse Bible teaching ministry committed to careful exposition, biblical context, and faithful application.Support the showThank you for listening!! This message considers three revealing scenes: a man awakened to his sinfulness in the presence of Christ, a son brought to repentance and welcomed home by a gracious father, and another who remained outwardly near yet inwardly unchanged. Together they press a vital question—are we truly right with God? Not by outward form or effort, but through genuine repentance and faith. The good news is that full cleansing is found through Jesus Christ, who alone can bring us into a right relationship with God. The post Are you right with God? appeared first on Preachers Corner.

1. Their Attitude 2. Their Confidence 3. Their Blessedness
Pastor walks his children through Children's Catechism question 50—especially explaining how God makes sinners right with Himself. Q50. What is justification? It is God's forgiving sinners, and treating them as if they had never sinned. Justification is God's act of declaring sinners righteous solely by His grace, through faith in Christ, not by any works of the law. It arises from the recognition that all have sinned and fallen short of God's glory, making a divine payment necessary for the offense against His infinite worth. Christ, as the propitiation through His blood, fully bore God's wrath and satisfied divine justice, enabling God to forgive sins and treat believers not merely as if they had never sinned, but according to the perfect righteousness of Christ. Even in final glorification, believers remain justified not by their own righteousness, but solely by Christ's, Who is their own by faith.
This week, Pastor Rob Curington looks at the “Parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector” to show how Jesus warns against relying on self-righteousness.

There is nothing quite like the ache of a relationship that has grown distant — that quiet, unsettled feeling in your spirit that something isn't right between you and God. It can happen gradually, almost without noticing. An unconfessed sin, a bitterness we've held onto, a habit that has slowly taken the place where He used to be. And yet, for all the ways we can drift, the distance between us and God is never as far as it feels. He is always ready to hear from us. We are only ever a prayer away. 1 John 1:9 holds one of the most tender promises in all of Scripture: if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Not some of it. All of it. Jesus is our Advocate — and every time we come before the Father with a repentant heart, He reminds Heaven that our debt has already been paid in full. We don't have to carry the weight of what we've done or what we've left undone. We don't have to remain in the condition we're in. Today is an invitation to come back — to lay it all down, to start fresh, and to trust in the mercy of a God who is not only willing to forgive, but eager to restore the fellowship you once shared with Him. Don't wait. Make things right with God today. Today's Bible Verse "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." — 1 John 1:9 Ponder Today Drifting from God rarely happens all at once — unforgiveness, bitterness, sin, and distraction can each quietly erode our fellowship with Him if left unaddressed. Confession is not about earning our way back to God — it is about returning to a Father who has been waiting for us, ready to forgive and restore the moment we turn to Him. Jesus is our Advocate before the Father — every time we confess and repent, He reminds Heaven that our debt has been paid in full through His sacrifice on the cross. A heart that remains soft and pliable before God is one of the greatest gifts we can cultivate — never let it harden to the point where repentance feels unnecessary. We don't know when we will take our last breath — living with an attitude of daily prayer and repentance keeps us in right standing with God and ready for eternity. Today's Prayer Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Son Jesus, who died on the cross for my sins and stands as my Advocate before You. I am so grateful that I can come to You when I fall short and cast every burden at Your feet. Lord, there are things in my life that have been hindering my relationship with You. I ask You to forgive me of all my sins, faults, and habits — cleanse me and make me white as snow. I commit myself afresh to Your will for my life, and I receive Your forgiveness with a grateful heart. In Jesus' name, Amen. Enjoy Today's Prayer? Is Resurrection Sunday just a tradition… or is it the turning point of eternity? In Epistle to the Hebrews 12:2 we are told to “Look unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith.” In a culture that says “all paths lead to heaven”, Jesus boldly declares in Gospel of John 14:6: “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” This message confronts the biggest question of humanity: How do I become right with God? Not religion. Not good works. Not pluralism. But Jesus + Nothing. Will you look to Jesus?

You've been told your whole life that God's involvement in your life depends on how good of a Christian you've been. That's not the New Covenant. That's the Old Covenant. And you don't live there anymore. Travis teaches on why performance-based thinking is the actual thing keeping you off your God-given path, not your lack of money, credentials, or talent. When you understand that you are flawless in His eyes right now, you'll stop waiting and start moving. This one will set you free. Why do we always hear "get right with God" if we are righteous? How do I forgive someone when I'm so angry at them all the time? I don't want to be a fake! Exodus 20 says not to have any graven images, but what about the crosses we wear?
The sermon centers on the transformative encounter between Jesus and Zacchaeus, illustrating that true salvation is not found in religious activity, social status, or moral performance, but in a personal, faith-filled response to Christ's initiative. Though Zacchaeus was spiritually lost, financially successful, and socially ostracized, he was drawn by a quiet curiosity that revealed God's prior work in his heart, demonstrating that Jesus actively seeks the lost. Hindered by crowd prejudice and his own physical and emotional limitations, Zacchaeus nonetheless responded with urgency and humility, climbing a tree to see Jesus—symbolizing the lengths one must go to encounter Christ. Jesus, in turn, personally called him by name, accepted him without condition, and invited Himself into his home, affirming that salvation is a divine act of grace, not earned by restitution or religious effort. The resulting transformation in Zacchaeus—evidenced by his immediate commitment to justice and restoration—reveals that genuine faith produces a changed heart and life, not as a condition for salvation, but as its inevitable fruit. The sermon concludes with a powerful call to personal faith, emphasizing that no one is beyond redemption, and that the same grace that reached Zacchaeus and countless others is available to anyone who, in sincerity, turns to Christ in trust.

Do you know what words to use to express yourself? Just like Paul, fill your mouth with God's WORD. Join Kenneth Copeland and Professor Greg Stephens on Believer's Voice of Victory as they discuss how it is equally important to read the words of the Bible and to know Jesus, the person of The WORD. Becoming part of God's family is easy. Jesus did the hard part for your salvation; the only thing He didn't do was pray your prayer. The moment you asked Jesus into your life, you were not only counted righteous; Jesus made you right with God.

This message explores the powerful truth that Jesus is our atonement and the only one who makes us right with God. Drawing from Romans 3:23-26, we walk through the deep need for atonement, what it truly means, and what it accomplishes for us through the sacrifice of Christ. From the reality of sin and separation to the beauty of redemption, reconciliation, and righteousness, this teaching highlights how Jesus did not simply offer a sacrifice but became the sacrifice. His blood covers, cleanses, restores, and removes the barrier between us and God. Through Him we stand forgiven, free, and fully accepted. Jesus is our atonement, and through His finished work we are brought into new life and lasting peace with God.
