Braj Talk

Well it's another week of sports and football is back in action as we break down week 1 results and talk a little about the Browns and Bengals Thursday night game.  Phildo gets his politics outta the way as RBG has passed away and all hell is about to break loose for the left with a vacant seat in an important election year just weeks away.   

After a long hiatus the crew is back and ready to start anew with the weirdest time in sports.  Whether it's politics or fantasy football we're going to dive into every subject possible as we try to tackle a pandemic that is trying to ruin the only thing we have left to bring us back to normalcy!  Give me Sports or give me Death!!!

For the first time in a while Bills fans have confidence in December while the Eagles and Phildo are wondering if they can even finish above 500.  It's definitely a change Bills fans are hoping for as they inch closer to the playoffs.  Then Phildo gives his hot button issues going down in the country.  

Well it was a tough week for bettors out there as the Saints crap the bed, the Browns are dirtying up their wins, and impeachment has as always been interesting to say the least.  Colin who practiced at Atlanta?  This and more on another hot Braj Talk.

It's a hot mess in Cleveland as the Bills take on the dumpster fire that is the Browns and Jeff is still afraid of a typical Bills letdown while Phil's Eagles are healing through their bye. We also get an apology from Phil for his Jests lock from last week and we give out our locks for week 10. Then we get into our issues in the media which are becoming more comical by the day.  That and more on another hot mess Braj Talk!!

We are back after a month hiatus and it has nothing to do with our locks of the week coming up short (maybe a little) A game was played between two braj's teams and one saved their season while the other got a reality check.  We also get into other worldly news related to sports and the Prez. 

We are back after a week hiatus (Phildo nap) and go over the Eagles big win over the Packers thanks to some Bevell like play calling from Lafleur.  We also give our locks of the week and go over the dynamic Chiefs offense, the Danny Dimes debut and are the 49ers for real?!  That and some winds of change in a big AFC EAST tilt!!  

It's week 2 and the Bills and Eagles are 1-0 after a sluggish start and now have a chance to join the 2-0 club.  We give our lock of the week for our betters out there and it's Buffalo?!  Man things are different this year, that and more as we get into it as always.    

We're back after a little hiatus and just in time for football season!!  We talk about the Pats rearing up for another Super Bowl win ugh and give some picks for week 1.  Let's just say Phildo is the bread winner if you wanna make money.  That and more as we gear up for football season.

The Sabres announce the hire of their new head coach and it was a choice unexpected by most fans.  Hopefully this means Skinner is back in the fold or else it's gonna be a long offseason.  At least the Bills OTA's is here (I Guess).

Well we're back again and this time it's the dreary time in sports especially for Buffalo fans.  It's the offseason and we recap the Bills draft and favorite picks made.  Also some DA retiring, and the playoffs that still have a Boston team playing (booo!!!)

It's time for the most exciting sports event in April, the NFL Draft. Scheydo joins in on some picks that were made in the 2nd round including the Bills snagging Cody Ford with the 38th pick.  Then Phildo joins later as we discuss the conclusion of the draft and what caught his eye from the Eagles selections.  We also get a look at the Democratic candidates fixing to get their shot at Trump in 2020 as we get Politiphil's take.

Welcome back to the show that never ends.  Phildo comes back to talk a little PhilosiPhil and what he thinks of Chris Davis ending a Historical streak (not a good one) and how His Phillies look with their money man Harper.  Then we chat a little about the upcoming playoffs for NBA and NHL.  Lebron gets a little heat for being overrated and the Lightning are blowing their historic season already?!  Then we get into a little history lesson as we discuss the Russia conclusion.  

It's been a long hockey season with ups and mostly downs as the coaching change is needed and has to happen.  (Thankfully it did on Sunday after we recorded) As far as the Bills let's just pump ourselves up for the new era of Buffalo football as CA ranchsurfer Josh Allen is gonna tear up the league and bring back some respect in Buffalo (or we hope so, you better not be jinxing us Schein!!)

We're back with more hot sports talk with our #1 fan Scheyden helping us break down free agency with the Bills and what we can look forward to in the draft.  This episode is mostly a Buffalo pod so I guess we had to mention the Sabres (ugh) who pretty much are on to next year as they miss the playoffs for 8 years in a row.  This sounds familiar to Buffalo fans but the good news is at least the Bills have a bright future for once and let's just say Beane is being very jewdicial this offseason!!  

This episode is special to Phildo as he says goodbye officially to his savior Big Dick Nick, but gets to say hello to familiar faces as he breaks down free agency and what moves caught his eye.  Then politiphil brings up some good reads he had from his local library and also comes up with an interesting idea for impeachment.

It was exciting while it lasted but AB has decided to not join the Bills and instead is going to cash in on the Raiders.  We are back to talk Buffalo sports as Scheyden gives us a trip down instagram lane with the Bills almost getting a prime weapon for Allen and what to look for in free agency.  Then we finish off our Buffalo pod with the miserable Sabres who have made the 10 game win streak feel like it was 10 years ago as they enter another playoffless season.  Good times are still ahead Buffalo!!

We are back again talking sports and a little politics with Phildo as we have approached 50 episodes! (meh) Phillies makes a big signing with Bryce Harper and the underwear olympics are underway in Indy as we break down the QB's that could be another wave of future hall of gamers.  Then we break down the media mind control as we try to approach a Zen to all this political madness!!

Well it looks like not much has changed since we last spoke.  The Sabres are consistently inconsistent as they keep blowing their playoff chances.  We dive into the problems of the Sabres and what we are hoping for at the trade deadline and the offseason.  Then we talk some Bills as we address the recent moves made that will help towards the longterm success Beane has promised.  Here's to hoping it's a lot sooner then we think!! 

My, my, my is it rough or what Buffalo?!  Scheydo joins the pod to break down the misery of being a sports fan for his Buffalo teams and how the Sabres oficially suck again and hopefully there's a light at the end of the tunnel soon.  Cause I tell you what Buffalo this is excruciating to have these teams be this bad for this long.  So let's go Buffalo!!!!

Another day another pod as Phildo gives us a little lesson in life, don't ever bet against the Pats!!  Mahomes wasn't enough to overcome the Belicheat and now we have to hope for the Rams to take care of business and put an end to the evil empire known as the Pats dynasty.  We also dive into the shutdown and what will come next in a couple weeks and Phildo gives us a little insight into his politics and reading.  Please share if you haven't already we could use the support like the Rams!!

We're back to talk sports, politics and whatever we feel like tackling in this pod adventure.  It's the Divisional Round and we have some huge games with huge implications, some interesting coaching hires, and all kinds of snow that can cause any fan to worry or enjoy (Phil to be exact).  Then we talk about the weird dichotomy of our culture that seems to be stuck deep into virtual insanity and tweet offs.    

The savior of the Eagles is back in the saddle to help save the champs season, can he pull off the impossible again?!  Phil explains his perspective on a lost season and how the Sixers are looking so far.  Then we talk about what's been going on in the world as two brajs who just want a lil respect.  We expect none of course!!!!

We are back after a lengthy break from the holidays to talk sports and dive into the Kareem Hunt release, the Sabres 10 game win streak, Hextall gone and Phil gets deep into the political grandstanding the left loves so much.  It's another fun pact show with just us braj's!!

We are back to discuss the disappointments of our football teams (Especially the Bills) and get into the start of the hockey and basketball seasons. Phildo talks about his dream matchup of the Red Sox vs Dodgers and then rips into some hot political talk!!

We are back to discuss the football season as it approaches the midpoint (Bills not so good) Phil lets out his political Phillings and we talk a little baseball for ya cause why the hell not?!

It's RAM IT time everyone and Jeff is caught in the hype himself. Scheyden doesn't find it as amusing but the Rams are looking more and more like Super Bowl Contenders and Goff is having an MVP season battle with Mahomes. We also go over the start of hockey season and a little fantasy wheeling and dealing with Scheyden and Phildo.

Up is down, left is right and the Bills somehow pulled the upset by not only beating the Super Bowl favorite Vikings in Minnesota but put the game away by halftime. (Yes I'm confused as much as you are) Let's Go Bills!!!

It's week 3 and we prepare ourselves for the beatdown in Minni and the return of Wentzylvania. Let's just say Phil decides to help us out by convincing us to cheer for a different team, not care so much and that he's actually jealous of people who aren't passionate about sports. Hopefully this is the last we hear from BuddaPhil!!!

We dive into training camp for the Sabres and Flyers cause who really wants to go over the Bills game. The we discuss the results from week 1 and dive into key matchups for week 2. (Please be good Josh, PLEASE!!!!)

What a difference a week makes. The Josh Allen hype train hit a bump and is looking like it'll have to wait a little longer. We break down the critical week 3 preseason game against the Bengals and may have to rethink our predictions for the season, or not.

We dive deep into preseason week 2 and the Bills preseason game against the Tyrod (haha) led Browns. Then we go over the Bills schedule and give our "homer" predictions which will make most Bills fans happy with the results.
