I try to keep it balanced. I am sharing a couple of stories of how too much in any one direction is dangerous. There is a harmony of which I do not claim to have found but I believe we should be in search of through the reading of the Word and continual sanctification.

We all suffer tremendously in our journey with the Lord. Jesus said the house build on the rock survives the same storms that topples the house built on sand.

I've always struggle with how I look and feel physically. I have made significant changes over the years which I am quite happy with, but a new spark as relit an old flame. Your man is transforming into a Mighty Brophin Power Gainger, Jacked Daniels, Qui-Gon Jacked, you get the idea... In today's episode we talk about just how friggin tough a week can be. Joking... It was a frustrating week but everyone has those, and I'm grateful to be back home with A/C and no termites!

This week I learned a whole lot about myself. I have been going to the gym diligently again after a long time of not, and I have hit a mental roadblock recently. I found it increasingly more difficult to go get lift in if Jade wasn't going to come with me and if I wasn't wanting to go that day. I was mad about it one day this week while I was on my way to the gym alone and it dawned on me... I'm still on my way to the gym. I'm still going. I don't actually need anyone to go with me, I just prefer it. I can't let my preferences become my hindrances. A bunch more stuff in the episode but Jade is rushing me outta the house.
