Students of St. Johns Applied Business class participated in bringing to life a project using real world applications. Lucille M. Hall Museum owns the building and is next door to the restaurant. They wanted to do some thing with the location. They reached out to principal Josh Meyer, teachers Terra Kinnamon and Susan Patterson where then brought on board. The project for this class, draw up a working business plan and help bring Tiger Town Pizza, which the students named after running a contest, to life. In order to support the Kansas vision of increasing kindergarten readiness, ESSDACK is hosting a professional learning community for early childhood educators that will meet five times in 2018-2019.
