Rocky and I have both dated quite a bit within our single lives. This week we talk about our personal turn-on and turn-offs when it comes to dating.

Dating Apps - the majority of single people have tried a dating app at least once or twice. This week we talk about if current dating apps are really geared towards finding a relationship or are they more geared towards hookups. Or has the modern dating culture turned into a place of too many options and no real effort towards finding a meaningful connection.

Moving on from a break up can be tough. Everyone grieves the loss of a relationship differently; it could take you 2 weeks or 2 years. I started this Podcast two years ago while going through a break up. On this episode, I talk about my "aha" moment where it clicked in order to for me to finally and fully move on. I hope this may help someone who feels they can't move on or is still in the grieving stages of it.

Sex on the first date, does it matter? We hear, especially as women, not to have sex on the first date as men won't view us as a high value woman. Or that men like to chase so once they get sex, they won't put forth any effort or just lose interest altogether. Listen in as we debate this topic!

When you have been single for any amount of time and finally have some great dates, you want to talk about it! This week we talk about green flags in dating; what do people portray or do that give you all the good vibes.

What signs should you look for to know a man is a player and not serious about you? Listen in on this episode as Rocky gives us his male insight on signs you are dealing with a player.

Battle of the Sexes is back with part 2! Our friend Vanessa joins Rocky and me to battle it out with Rocky's list about women. Listen in on us go at him and give him a hard time.

We continue our "Ex Files" by talking about what is the best revenge to get on an ex. Especially when you have either been cheated on, lied to, betrayed, etc. It can be easy to want someone to get their "karma" but does that serve any purpose for you and your life?

Trigger alert! This week we talk about why we tend to stay in toxic relationships or situations in our lives. Rocky and I give our personal perspectives on why we have stayed in toxic relationships or put up with toxic behavior.

Ever been through a break up and just at the moment you finally feel that you are over the heartache, there it is. A message, email or a swipe right on your dating app...from your ex. This episode covers 5 reasons why your ex comes back.

Male vulnerability is our focus this week. We dive into how men have a tendency to not open up emotionally as much as women. Why is that? As women, at least I can speak for myself, we want men to express their emotions and feelings to us but a lot of time we don't realize men are typically taught growing up to be tough and to not show their emotions.

Are you going through a breakup or have been through one recently? For those who don't know, I started this Podcast while I was going through one of the toughest breakups I've ever experienced. Rocky and I talk about how men and women deal with breakups differently as well as touch on the different stages of a breakup. We give our advice and personal stories on how we made it to the other side of feeling hopeful about love again. We hope this helps anyone going through a breakup and working on healing their heart.

We have some fun this week and talk about dating duds! Ever gone on a first date and it completely bombed? Rocky and I tell our stories of dating duds and even poke fun at ourselves where we were in fact the dud on a date. Hopefully you get some laughs from it as well!

This week we tackle the topic of jealousy in relationships. Is some level of jealousy healthy in relationships or should there be no jealousy at all? As someone who has been jealous in relationships as well as Rocky, we talk about the things that triggered it and how we tried to work through it.

This week we cover the topic of rekindling a relationship with an ex. Is it a good idea? Would the same issues repeat themselves in the relationship again? What if trust is broken and how can that be restored? Could it work if you are now two different people than you were before? Take a listen!

I think most women have been in a situation where they met a guy, liked him but wasn't sure if the feelings were mutual. You hear all the time, someone's effort matches how they feel for you. In this week's episode, I ask Rocky his thoughts on what guy's do to exhibit lack luster interest in a woman and behaviors that show true interest. Enjoy!

On this episode, Rocky returns to discuss relationship red flags from a male perspective. I've given my side on many episodes so I thought it was important to get a male view. He discusses one of his toxic relationships, the red flags he ignored and why people stay even when they know the relationship isn't right for them.

My friend Rocky joins me this week for an episode of all episodes; the Battle of the Sexes. We go head to head from the male vs. female perspective on dating. From ghosting, unsolicited pics, filtered photos we cover it all while giving straight, brutal honesty along with a little trash talk in between.

This week Jenivieve joins me to tell her story on being a Mom homeschooling her children, a successful entrepreneur and brain tumor survivor. We talk about staying positive in hard times and how she got through her difficulties. Remember, the comeback is always greater than the setback!!

In this two part series an old high school friend, Lia, joins me to talk about the aspects of mental health, sexual identity and how that can impact relationships. Lia tells her story of identifying as bisexual at a very young age and how she attempted to conceal who she was. We discuss her journey on discovering herself, her identity and working through her mental health to shape her in to the person she is today. Happy New Year!!! As our first episode of 2022, we thought what better topic to discuss then goals for the New Year and more importantly how to stick with them. Whether you want to lose weight, get in better shape, practice more self love, etc. My friend Kim joins me as she has reached great milestones in her weight loss journey. Her and I review our personal and professional goals for the year and how we plan to stick with them. Hopefully this helps you set some goals or give you ideas on how you can ensure you reach your goals.

This is our final episode for 2021! We thought what better way to end the year with a discussion on forgiving, healing and resetting going in to the New Year. I admit, learning the art of forgiving those that hurt me has been my biggest lesson this year and something I'm continuously working on. My goal going in to 2022 is to leave all the past hurt and baggage (or dead bodies as Deidra would say) behind me as well as continuing to focus on self love and self improvement. Thank you again for all that supported the channel this last year, it has meant a great deal to me. I wish everyone happy holidays and a safe/happy New Year. We will see everyone in 2022!!!

In this week's episode we discuss the topic of hook-up culture. It seems that in today's dating world, more and more people are looking for just casual, no strings attached relationships. We discuss if we think that type of casual relationship can work long term or will it fizzle out due to lack of true intimacy. Is standard dating and courting a thing of the past?

Do nice guys really finish last? You hear this saying all the time so I thought I would take a poll and get people's opinions. Kim and I discuss the results as well as give our own personal take on if women really prefer "bad boys" over "nice guys."

In this week's episode, Nick and I sit down to talk about our Hell Yes and Hell No list. I had to do this exercise when I did a dating seminar. The goal is to have a list of must haves (hell yes) and dealbreakers (hell no). We go over our list of 5-7 for each. What are your must haves and dealbreakers? I always say if you don't know what you are looking for in someone, you won't ever find it!

On this episode we decided to have some fun and provide proof on why dating these days/ using dating apps is so difficult. My friend Kim joined me to read the worst dating messages she's received then we rate/review profiles. If anything we hope you get a laugh out of it!

It's been a rough year for most of us. In today's crazy world it can be hard to keep a positive mindset. On this episode, Nick and I talk about the power of positivity, why it's important and how we overcame some of the hardest times in our lives. We hope this helps anyone who may be struggling.

Forgiving someone that hurt you, it's probably one of the hardest things to do. I speak of my personal experience on how I forgave someone who I felt deeply hurt by. Ghosting. It's such a popular topic in today's modern dating world. If you have been single for any amount of time you have probably experienced being ghosted in the past or perhaps you have been guilty of ghosting someone. On this episode, we talk about the reasons why people ghost and the effects it has on the ghostee. I also review tips on things you can say if you are uninterested in someone vs. just ghosting them.

On this episode we talk about body image and the effects social media has on society as a whole with wanting to appear a certain way. We also discuss our own insecurities, how social media effects us personally and how you should love yourself the way you are. Remember, not everything you see on the internet is real :)

As we approach the end of Pride Month, my friend Anthony came on this week to close out our Pride Series. He discussed his journey and coming out story; from being raised with two brothers, overcoming his Mom's shock of him coming out, being picked on as a kid and the haters on social media. I appreciate his willingness to come on and be so open/honest about his story!

As we continue celebrating Pride Month, my friend Maureen came on to discuss her journey and coming out story as a gay female in the late 70's. From growing up in a large catholic family, going to an all girl's college where she had her first lesbian relationship, getting married and having a baby. This is a great story representing having a positive outlook on life in general and always being true to yourself.

June is Pride month! What better way to celebrate than to have my friends come on who are part of the LGBTQ+ community to talk about their personal stories, struggles and successes. This week, my friend Nick joined me to discuss his personal journey with coming out as a young gay male, the support he had from his family/friends and struggles with attending Catholic school. We are proud allies of the LGBTQ+ community. I hope these upcoming episodes and series help those that are on their journey and may be struggling. Happy Pride everyone

Betrayal, most of us have experienced it within our lives. Whether from a friend, family member or partner it can be one of the most heartbreaking and hardest things to recover from. This week my friend Cherise was courageous enough to talk about an ultimate betrayal she experienced years ago in her life.
