It's Men's Mental Health month. In order to have balance in the world and in our lives, we must embrace the feminine and masculine. Both sides of the spectrum have hardships and inequality. Highlighting and holding space for another's struggle does not devalue the your struggle. It witnesses it. It gives space to let it be in the room for both and invites in support. Humanity's mental health matters. So let's help us learn about emotional intelligence so we can support each other.
