The image of the Chancellor, Rachel Reeves, crying in Parliament yesterday was picked up by various media. After PMQs, Ms Reeves' spokesperson said she had been dealing with a "personal matter" and Sir Keir insisted her tears had had "nothing to do with politics". Kylie Pentelow is joined by Times columnist Katy Balls and Kitty Donaldson, chief political commentator for the i Paper to discuss why her tears caused such a stir. Was it concern over political weakness and worries about political instability? Ms Reeves' very senior role in government? Or because she's a woman and maybe people still don't understand that women cry for different reasons and in different circumstances to men?The government's long-awaited NHS 10-year health plan is launched today. To make the NHS in England fit for the future, the plan will focus on three big shifts: moving care from hospitals to communities, making better use of technology, and preventing sickness - not just treating it. How should the NHS prioritise women's health to achieve better results? Kylie is joined by Ranee Thakar, President of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Danielle Jefferies, Senior Analyst at The King's Fund, and Lara Lewington, a technology journalist and author of a new book, Hacking Humanity.Esther Freud's ninth novel, My Sister and Other Lovers, revisits characters from her very first book Hideous Kinky, which was made into a film starring Kate Winslet. In My Sisters and Other Lovers, the sisters come of age and try to come to terms with their past. Esther joins Kylie to talk about her writing and how despite having such famous men in her life – her father was the painter Lucien Freud and her great-grandfather was the founder of psychoanalysis, Sigmund Freud - it's the women in her family who inspire her work.Amy Powney is the fashion designer best known for being the Creative Director at Mother of Pearl for 10 years until she left to set up her own label, Akyn, earlier this year. The timing for this show is perfect with the upcoming NHS 10 Year Plan being announced imminently. The “NHS is slow to adopt technology” but “the UK has great innovative tech” debate has raged for years. Our guest today Richard Stubbs, the Chief Executive of Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber is a veteran of this back and forth and the perfect guest. Richard and his team work alongside the NHS to understand the challenges faced in delivering patient care, and to support the introduction of new, innovative ways of working that can both improve care, and reduce costs for the NHS.Richard is an eloquent and honest guest with plenty of behind the scenes insight.

This episode is a little different, because I'm the one being interviewed.Clara (my long-time fitness client and now performance and business coaching client) and her husband Iggy invited me onto their podcast, and we got into the parts of my story I don't usually talk about publicly. From arriving in the U.S. as an au pair with no plan and no connections… to building a coaching business that supports women all over the world- this conversation is about what it actually takes to create freedom, especially when nobody around you understands what you're doing. We talked about:– How I made decisions no one around me agreed with– How I structure my days to protect my energy and sanity– Why clarity comes from taking action- not from having a 5-year plan– The one question I ask myself every week to stay focusedIf you're in a season of transition… or you're building something your family doesn't get… this episode will give you real perspective (and a push).

Today's host is Gard Goldsmith and today's guest is Gerald Celente Hour One: Today, Gardner Goldsmith (Liberty Conspiracy Live M-F at 6 PM - Rumble and his Substack for more) sits in for David, briefly looking at news that there is a breakup among some at the DailyWire over the brass's stance against the statement "Christ is King." Then, Gard digs into the breaking word that Donald Trump has issued an "Executive Order" to "eliminate" the US Department of Education. As one might suspect, that "elimination" is not really happening... Gard discusses the history of the Department, looks at its history of unconstitutional spending and influence on education, and remembers key figures in what is an ongoing fight against government-run, centralized, unworkable "public education." Hour Two: In this, the second hour of the David Knight Show, guest host Gardner Goldsmith (Liberty Conspiracy Live M-F at 6 PM - Rumble and his Substack for more) that a judge has ORDERED Donald Trump to return to women's prisons men who claim to be 'trans' women. Gard also looks at the collecvitist problems associated with other facets of the US government, such as the US military, about which a judge also has ruled that Trump cannot ban trans in the military. Incredible. Then, Gard digs into word that the International Court of Justice has declared Israel as a rogue state for its ongoing genocide of Palestinians and unfolds the "5-10-Year Plan" from the EU nations to 'replace NATO' and continue the NATO-style aggression on Russia and against people doing business with Russian folks, plus news of the US government targeting banks to make them report transactions of $200 or more! Hour Three: In this hour of the David Knight Show, Gardner Goldsmith (Liberty Conspiracy Live M-F at 6 PM - Rumble and his Substack for more) welcomes Gerald Celente, peace advocate and publisher of the TrendsJournal. Gerald is one of the few people worldwide who correctly called the 2008 economic crash, and he has much to say about the US economy, Donald Trump's helter-skelter economic schemes, the Federal Reserve, and the US involvement in foreign military conflicts. Then, Gardner recaps the news on the Department of Education to recall the fight that continues for people who believe in freedom. Those news stories and more, today, on the David Knight Show.
