IMAD podcast is to empower, encourage, motivate, inspire and stir up an urgency in African Americans to stand together and intentionally make a difference.
We have people teaching and coaching our children but hate them/hate us as black people. Please please visit your children's schools. Take the time to meet their coaches and teachers. Do a little research on the people. What groups do they belong to. Who do they support? Sometimes people discreetly tear our children down with words or belittling gestures.
Rep. Sherrell from the state of Tennessee says that he wants to bring back hanging by tree. What people do you think will be hanging from the end of the rope? Hmmmm
As a people, black people, we have to stop the senseless violence against one another. We march, tear up our own communities when a black man/woman is murdered by police but will go out and kill each other over lyrics to a song, over territory that you don't even own, for looking at you wrong or to just trying to establish a reputation. If we want others to respect and/or value our lives, it has to start with us. Let's stand and fight for change together instead of killing each other!
Beware of your Judas! When a person can freely violate your trust, talk your business and hurt you physically, emotionally and/ or mentally, it's time to make some decisions. The most dangerous person is the one that's jealous and envy of you and dwell within your circle. Be watchful because people will show their true feelings for you.
Watch out for the signs!!!! Pay attention to your children! We are their protectors.
Talk is cheap. We are calling for action. We are calling for change. It is time to start holding governmental officials accountable. Billions of dollars are being sent to other countries do to violence. Other ethnic groups are seeing bills signed to protect them. African Americans are still suffering but no bail out in sight. No agenda to protect us. This has to change. We got to diligently push the agenda. Our lives/future depends on us uniting and standing strong and firmly together to intentionally make a difference.
Have times really changed? No, they have not! If we want change, we as a people have to firmly stand united together! All lives are valuable; however black lives seems to have no value. This must change! We have been marching a long time and are still going through the same old racist, inequality and injustices mess. We have been trying the same old method and getting the same result or no results. This means that it is time to change the method!
Stop worrying about the opinions of other people. Live your life and make your time here on earth count. The time between your birth and death need to count for something!!!
It is the individuals choice to be or not to be vaccinated. Stop trying to bully folk into being vaccinated. Stop trying to scare folk out of being vaccinated. It is our choice. Stay in your lane. People should not be using their talk shows, pulpits, or any other forum to sway people. People have the right to make up their own minds.
Our Black Lives Matter!!!! We have to push for change. My life, your life, our children's lives and grandchildren's lives depends on us fighting for equality and justice.
Hmmmm, the government is saying that true history should not be taught in the school. We can not expect for them to teach true history because it makes them look real ugly. It is our job to teach our own their true history!!!
I am not knocking Juneteenth but it is another distraction for our people. We have got to learn that if we be persistent, stay on the walk and keep pushing, we will intentionally make a difference. Change will come!
What are we celebrating? What does July 4th mean for Americans? Is the Declaration of Independence for me to! Hmmm, I see the words but not the actions! The colonist felt that they were not being fairly represented and demanded same rights as the British. The colonies fought and won their independence. This sounds so familiar. As African Americans, we are still fighting for our freedom, equality, justice and adequate/genuine representation!
Together, we win!!! Divided, we fall! Supporting one another is instrumental and key to our success. Sometimes, we have to hold each other up when the other is tired. Together, we will win!!!!
Why do we push so hard to dine and shop at places that constantly disrespect us as a people. If you don't like my black skin, you don't like my green money!
This is an inspirational, encouraging and motivational moment. Stay strong, keep the faith, believe and trust God's process!
Your mentality is all wrong. You can not get mad at someone about their own money.
Where is the NAACP? Are they still in existence? What are the major focus points? I am not hearing anything. They were once movers and shakers but I haven't heard any noise in a long time.
We have gone with the flow for so long, sat so patiently, put our trust in others so many times and have seen minimal results. We have to hold people, these officials and people in authority, accountable!!!
We are not raising boys to be boys but to be MEN!!! We got to do better. Trust me, tough love and raising has never hurt nobody!
Non- African Americans love saying that they know how we feel. I don't care how much R&B you listen to, and how many black friends you have, you will never know the anxiety, disappointment and/or hurt black people are feeling. This mess got to stop!
We have to stay on the wall in this fight for change. We have to be persistent and consistent. We need to stand strong together to Intentionally Make A Difference!!!!!
We have to protect the ear and eye gates of our children. Don't allow yourself or your children to feast on junk!
Whenever a person show you who they really are, please believe them. We have to make sure that our I's are dotted and T's crossed in order to Intentionally Make A Difference in the polls.
This podcast elaborates on why I do my podcast and why I Ann trying to Intentionally Make A Difference!
As individuals and collectively as a people, we have to self evaluate. We have to look in the mirror no matter how pretty or ugly it is. Take a look!!!!
This episode is closing out Segment 4 and introducing Segment 5. It is time for real and raw talk. It is time to look in the mirror!
People are different. We have black people, white people, fat people, skinny people, tall people, short people, quiet people, loud people and on and on but non of these differences warrant hatred. We can be different and still love each other.
They desire to kill and destroy us. They feel that killing our black men will weaken and decrease our race. Be watchful, Be smart, and Trust your instincts!!!
Politicians say that they do not want to impeach Trump because the country need to heal. Why lie? Those jokers have not cared about division and/or healing all this time. I don't believe they care now. They are cowards that do not deserve to be in position!
Republican House of Representative says she and colleagues face terror and is still facing terror since the attack on the capital. That is so unfortunate; however black people have been facing terror for years!
Why are people, news media and commentators making excuses for law enforcement concerning the capital take over?
The media keep asking, “How was the angry mob able to storm the capital?” They keep saying that they do not understand. They understand, just like we all do!!!!It comes down to the color of the skin. Let's stop playing!!!!!
A big shoutout to Georgians for going to polls, for voting and for Intentionally Making A Difference, together!!!!!
Please get out and vote this morning. Warnock and Ossoff have to go into the senate seats together in order for the Democrats to have the majority seat! Vote Vote Vote!!! Intentionally Make A Difference Again!
Time is dwindling down. We got to cast our vote!!! We got to get the republicans out of the majority seat.
Our beautiful flower has been plucked from this earthly garden and replanted in the eternity garden. My sister in law, Gigi is already truly missed. We love you chic!
We have to call for stricter gun laws. Our black children are in danger of being killed by angry Caucasian's that claim they are standing their ground or just felt threatened when there was no threat. It just takes one to get off with killing one of our black men, women, boys and/or girls and some of the rest follow suit. This has to stop!!! Loud music has never been and never will be a reason to kill! Feeling scared but your life is not in eminent danger is not a reason to kill. Having black skin is not a reason to be killed! Change has to come. My prayers and heart goes out to Aidan Ellison, Jordan Davis, Trayvon Martin and Tamil Rice's family. We are determined to Intentionally Make A Difference.
This episode is encouraging my sisters and brothers to get out and vote for the senate. We got to put the Democrats over the top. We want them in the majority seat!!!! We have to show up again and show out!!!!

This episode is to encourage black men and women to educate their children. We will not be test dummies. Teach your children their history. Teach with passion and allow questions. Empowering our children with knowledge is what will make the stronger, wiser and aware!
This episode is to encourage people to chill and trust the process. We registered, voted and together Intentionally Made A Difference. We do not have to fight with Trump supporters nor his goons, the proud boys.
This episode is celebrating us as a people coming together to intentionally make a difference.
This episode is to encourage black men, women, boys and girls to be mindful of who they are following. Don't support those who don't support you. Be aware of wolves in sheep's clothing.
