Three years later, the Zimbabwe international added MTN8 Champion to his list of achievements. “That was the highlight of the season for me, man. I always wanted to win something here in South Africa. I was just praying and pushing just to get some silverware here. I was so happy, I was over the moon that I won something in the PSL,” Rusike told SL Radio on the My Starter Pack Podcast. It was at home when we were playing Comoros, it was a CHAN qualifier, and I managed to score in that game.”

He reveals that his full debut in Sweden for Landskrona BoIS happened to be against Osters IF, which at the time was home to former Kaizer Chiefs star Jabu Mahlangu (also known as Jabu Pule), a player who Ralani idolized growing up.
