Chasing Away the Clouds Start in a seated position. Close your eyes (if you like) and imagine a huge blue sky in front, behind, above and below you. Take a few moments to relax into this space and realize that this peaceful place is always inside you - available to you whenever you need to find your peace. Ppicture any negative feelings as clouds passing across your sky. Sit quietly and noticed the shape and color of these clouds. Rather than fighting these clouds (negative thoughts), just let the be. When you are ready, once you feel okay about the clouds (your negative thoughts), simply Let each cloud drift away and let the blue sky shine through once again.
