Mike's heart of gold and get'er done attitude is contagious. Melissa (maiden name is Buckholz.) We go over her past and some really hard times in Melissa's life. For Brigitte and Jessica to come on and tell their sister, Kaittie's  story was so eye opening and sad with some happiness sprinkled in there as well. What a absolute delight it was to have a conversation with Andrea. There is not many people that can talk and laugh at the same time, she pulls it of nicely.
