This week’s episode is a FIERY one and we’re talking about a topic that we feel particularly passionate about as it has a serious impact on all of our lives, whether we’re conscious of it or not. So without further ado, let’s dive in… This week we’re talking about dismantling your own inner patriarchal conditioning in order to dismantle the patriarchy within our societal systems -- yes it’s a big undertaking this topic, and one podcast episode defs doesn’t cover it all. In this episode we discuss… What the patriarchy is and how it affects us all, not just men, (and no, it doesn’t mean we’re man-hating feminists, we love men
Are you squashing possibility by focusing solely on financial wealth? This was us last year. So singularly focused on creating financial wealth and success in our businesses and not giving space for wealth in the other areas of our lives. And what happened? The great crumbling of 2019 ~~ something we know a lot of you have been experiencing this year. The crumbling doesn’t have to be a bad thing, in fact, there is a lot of beauty in it if only we can surrender and allow ourselves to see it. Because what’s falling away isn’t aligned with our highest truth and is creating space for what is. In this week’s episode, we jam out on how wealth is more than money and how we must let our ideas of wealth and success crumble in order to build a new and healither foundation of beliefs with which to live by. We talk about… Where are you in debt in your life? Why do we go into debt? Realizing your value and worth The conditioning we have received to place certain things (like money) above others (like joy) Wealth being more than money -- it’s your joy, love, health, etc. The wheel of life -- an exercise to support you in establishing where you need to focus your energy in order to create holistic wealth And so much more!! Welcome back to another episode of #relatable -- this week on the pod we talk all about relationships and owning your truth and your needs without shame. It’s a juicy one! In this week's episode we share… Our personal experiences with owning our truth and needs in relationships, what we used to do and what we do now we’ve learned better How we can honour those needs without making them mean we’re ‘too much’ and allow them to support us in finding aligned relationships The important convos to have early on and why What you can learn from the archetypes of your past partners and how that can inform what you desire moving forward How to tell if you’re settling/talking yourself into something out of a need to feel ‘secure’ but your soul knows it’s not aligned -- and what to do about it The importance of putting time and energy into other relationships outside of your intimate relationships, and how they can help strengthen your bond with your partner And SO MUCH MORE! When a manifestor, projector, and reflector walk into a bar…straight up MAGICK unfolds! This week on #relatable we had the absolute pleasure of having leadership + embodiment coach Ana Kinkela join us on the pod to talk about the fragility of our human existence and the grieving process as we shift timelines. She’s a straight-up magick weaver who supports people in working with their shadow to bring them into their light and the fullest expression of their soul so that they can create more joy, pleasure, ease...and orgasms in their life ;) You are NOT going to want to miss out on this episode, it’s juicy AF! Together we jammed out on… The impact death has on how we live our life, including ego death and the death of love ones Integration of past selves and how they have to die in some way in order for us to step into who we truly are How being on the edge of your fear and growth, and allowing yourself to be in the fullest expression is related to death Bringing the seemingly paradoxical experiences of our human reality and the spiritual realm into harmony Holding space for the “yes and…” Finding beauty and pleasure in pain -- allowing for complexity How can we sit in the discomfort of grief and allow it to inform our growth and next steps, without getting stuck in it And SO much more -- like we said, it’s juicy AF ;) so grab your headphones and let’s go!! This week last year looked very different for us, we were in the midst of an intense spiritual retreat in the jungle of Tulum, Mexico! And A LOT has changed and unfolded since that insane week in the jungle. This week on #relatable we share all about our experience with (sorta not really) “joining a cult” and how it impacted our lives over the past year in BIG ways -- and not the ways in which we thought it would. Curious? I hope so with a title like that
This week we went IN on dating during the COVID-era and raising the bar in love. And not to toot our own horn or anything, but toot toot!! We are super proud and excited about this episode and we hope it will serve you in your journey to love. In this episode, we jam out on… How dating relates to our bigger vision Owning what you want in life and your relationships What are your non-negotiables in life and love Commitment and having faith Relationships with our fathers + how they show up in our romantic relationships Masculine and feminine energy in relationships Getting clear on your values -- and wearing them on your sleeve Sinking into your Queen energy + how Rachael has been using this energy in her approach to dating + dating apps And SO much more!! It’s a really juicy (and funny) episode if we do say so ourselves
Welcome back to another episode of #relatable! This week we had the pleasure of having Career Coach Stephanie Heath join us. We jammed out on… The disparity of how women are treated in the workplace Women on women hate in the workplace due to being pitted against one another Imposter syndrome and not thinking you’re worthy enough for your desires/goals Toxic work environments and having to wear a mask (not this kind of mask
This week on #relatable we wound up in a place we didn’t expect but it’s a conversation very worth having. It began as a conversation talking about the thoughts and feelings we experience when we step into the power of our femininity and ended in us discussing how the patriarchy has disillusioned us to not being able to feel safe in our sexuality. We talk about… The power of expression through our clothes Stepping into your power and femininity Claiming your sexuality and being safe and sexy The psychological inner war that arises with stepping into your power Being able to and giving yourself permission to take up space Creating safe space amongst women The patriarchy and expectations or judgments that have been put on us by society And so much more. This week on #relatable we dive into the passion trap -- or the belief that “if you love what you do you’ll never work a day in your life.” Which tbh as two people who have devoutly followed their passions, we can safely say that this is absolute BS. No matter how much you love what you do, work is still going to feel like work at times. And there is NOTHING wrong with that. So this week we explore the passion trap and touch on… How this mentality is self-centering work as the sun in your universe, making it the most important thing in your experience And that this can make you falsely believe that anything that feels like work is “bad” How this false ideal can lead to mega burnout and leave you feeling empty/drained How this enforces ideas that your worth is based on what you do no who you are And how you can cultivate happiness and joy in your LIFE and allow that to infiltrate and inform your business/career rather than expecting your business/career to bring you joy and have that infiltrate your life And obvs as always we go in deep with our own experiences with this, and as always bring you the real, raw, truth -- and some laughs along the way ;) Ready to dive in? This week on the podcast we are taking a stand in alliance with the Black Lives Matter movement. First off we want to note that we are NOT experts in anti-racism work and that we are taking the steps to educate ourselves on how to be better allies. In this episode, we share what we’ve been witnessing and experiencing as the BLM gains momentum and how we are showing up in our own lives and businesses to be a part of the positive change this movement calls for. We are not taking a half-assed stance on this matter. Our eyes have been opened, we are listening and we are learning. In this movement we recognize the importance of being teachable -- so please call us forward and we will continue to call you forward as well. We are so grateful to you for being here on this journey with us, together we can help create real, positive, lasting change. In this episode we focus on: Sharing resources we’ve found supportive in our growth and learning around BLM and being actively anti-racist. The lessons we’ve learned so far -- including how we learn best. What we’re doing to keep momentum in this movement in our own lives/businesses. The conversations we’ve been having behinds-the-scenes. And so much more! We are committed to sustainable growth and approaching this with a beginner’s mindset as we continue to learn, and we hope you will join us. Remember this is a marathon not a sprint. Over the past couple of weeks on #relatable we’ve been talking a lot about coming back to your humanity and coming home to yourself. And what we’ve found from doing the work of coming back is that the next step is reclamation. Reclaiming of the self, reclaiming your identity and who you truly are in your heart. So in this weeks’ episode that’s exactly what we’re talking about! We jam out on… What happens when you’ve been stuck in identifying with one aspect of self or with one particular way of being-- and how to bring yourself out of that cycle. How to shift out of tunnel vision and create a more holistic view of yourself and your life. What control and safety have to do with it all. How you can reclaim the parts of you that have been silenced. And what questions to ask yourself to begin this process. If you’re ready to take action and dive into reclaiming your identity, grab your headphones, and let's get to it! XO -- Rachael + Ashley PS. Do you ever feel like you’re stuck in a riptide? Always striving for more...but for what purpose? Gobbling up information, always feeling hungry for more, yet it never feels like it’s enough… We’ve been there too, and we know how jarring and unsettling it can be. And we’ve come to see this as a big red flag, a call for help, a sign to return home to yourself and your body. This week on #relatable we have the absolute pleasure of having this super powerful conversation with our dear friend Rebecca Ann. In this episode we share our own experiences with this, how it was crippling us, and what we did to return home. We talk about… What happens when you don’t trust yourself How to come home to yourself, your body, and build a solid foundation with which to grow on Taking a massive step back in order to see that everything you need already resides within you The power of the heart, what it means to be vulnerable, and how to forgive yourself (and others), and how to build trust within yourself again Coaching vs. therapy -- and how one is not a replacement for the other And SO much more. Have you ever left a conversation with someone feeling all warm and fuzzy and like they just GET you? Your thoughts and feelings feel validated. Your heart feels open. And you feel LIGHT. This is the effect of conscious communication -- which is exactly what we discuss in this week’s episode of #relatable. In this week’s episode, we decided to switch things up again, instead of asking our [not so] handy magic 8-ball questions, we decided to lean into something a little more reliable and put our inquiry out into the Universe. We started this week’s episode by asking the Universe and our Guides what it was YOU, our listeners, needed to hear most -- and of course, it was also what we needed to hear most too. So we consulted the Universe via our oracle cards and this is what channeled through… Inner Earth -- you will survive this, new solutions and new beginnings. Giving yourself permission to do things YOUR way -- allowing yourself to make it up as you go. Trial and error baby, rather than following old patterns, staying within what’s familiar, or seeking external guidance. Allowing this to open up a new way, and trusting in yourself to forge your own path. This means delayering old conditioning and how you’ve been told to do things. Building a solid foundation of trust in yourself and your truth -- allowing that to be your guiding light. Asking “how does this actually fit me and my needs” vs. “how can I mold myself to make this work” Putting your wellbeing over productivity. Creating holistic structures to support the vision vs. creating the vision within the structure. Creating intentional communication creates presence. Is your interest piqued yet? In this week's episode of #relatable we threw all “rules” out the window and explored our relationship on a deeper level by playing a mini live version of the game “We’re Not Really Strangers”. And y’all it was SO fun! In the game, there are 3 levels -- perception, connection, and reflection -- in which we explore questions such as… What was your first impression of me? Do you think I’m a cat or a dog person? Why? What is your father’s name? And tell me one thing about him. What is one thing you think I could do to drastically improve my life? And, if we were to start a band, what would our band name be? Curious about the answers to these questions and more? Grab your headphones and press play! Things have gotten a little more serious over here than we typically like if we’re being honest. And while we feel it was necessary to address the current climate and not be tone-deaf or insensitive to the global pandemic that we are all currently living through, we also don’t want it to completely consume our lives -- or our voice on this podcast -- as I’m sure you don’t either! SO this week we’ve decided to focus on bringing more light and levity into this space and make it a little bit laughier
The state of the world is feeling a little crazy right now and there is a loooot of information out there for us to consume, which we know can be suuuper overwhelming. AND with this overload of info it can be easy to fall into the trap of following the herd mentality and just accepting what you hear or consume as fact. But now more than ever, it is important for us to create self-sovereignty and to discern what is right for us and aligned for us based on our own inner guidance. In this week’s episode, we talk about noticing and witnessing the programs that are running in your subconscious, and how to tune into your own inner guidance for answers. We understand how challenging this can be, especially when we are under stress/pressure of any kind. And we’ve been in that space before where we just want someone to tell us what to do and give us a guaranteed outcome. We get it, it’s so much easier to put the power into someone else’s hands and to take the pressure of the choice away from yourself. But this is a conditioned trauma response, and we miss out on a heck of a lot when we live from this space. And, it’s not truly what any of us want, which is why it is super important for us to practice creating self-sovereignty. Not sure how? We’ve got you -- grab your headphones and tune in! Social media can feel extra noisy right now with everything that is going on in the world and with so much of the world now working from home. Perhaps like us you’re seeing a lot of messages and posts from people who are taking this time to be super productive or who are feeling extra creative in this space, and you just want to nap and eat donuts… So we’re just here to say first and foremost, neither one of these is wrong and neither one is better than the other. They simply ARE. If you aren’t feeling super inspired right now, maybe even feeling a little drained and like you just want to hide under your covers -- that’s okay! And if you’re feeling uninspired but would like to kickstart your creativity to use up that extra pent up energy you have riight now, that’s also okay! Either way, this episode has something for you ;) This week we talk all about our process and what we do when we aren’t feeling inspired -- there’s no right or wrong way to approach this, these are simply a few different ways we do that work for us and we hope you will find support and inspiration in learning about them. Basically you’ve got two options, do nothing or do something. Which one you choose depends on your capacity -- notice I didn’t say TIME. Because *hint hint*, capacity and time are NOT the same thing. Ready to learn what these two different ways of coping with that lack of inspiration look like? Grab your headphones and dive in. PS. As most of us are now settling into our 2nd or 3rd week of physical distancing or even lockdown we are having to learn how to cope through this challenging time and how to create a “new normal” in our daily life. This includes adapting our work schedules, our social gatherings, and how we take care of ourselves and our community. In this week's episode, we chat all about… How we have been supporting ourselves through this time of transition What we are challenged within our day to day as we learn to navigate these unique circumstances Deciphering what “normal” looks like for us now Sharing what divine structure/routine we are implementing to create that new “normal” How this is casting a light on where our values lie and bringing to light that commUNITY is more important now than ever How the shifts that are happening are bigger than just you or I, they are about the collective, but they start with each of us individually And how this is forcing a great awakening in the collective consciousness and what that means for us So if you’re struggling with adapting to life right now and needing some extra support, or wondering wtf are all these feelings you’re having and how to cope with them -- grab your headphones and tune in. We hope you find this episode valuable and supportive during these trying times. XO Rachael + Ashley Resources mentioned in this week's episode: Now Is Your Chance by Niyc Pidgeon [Book] >> PS. We are living through unprecedented times where we are being called to stay home in order to protect ourselves, and the collective at large. This period can feel super isolating and with having so much time to yourself your shadows begin to emerge and it can be super confronting. Which is why in this week's episode we focused on how you can come home to yourself, while you’re isolating at home. We talk about… How this is a great time to tune into your needs Reflecting on what is and isn’t serving you Determining your values + tapping into your vision -- what do you truly want? How to move through fear/shadow/trauma that arises during this time How to strengthen your relationship to yourself + your intuition Leaning into trust in yourself and the Universe to take this time to build a strong foundation How we’re never truly in control, it’s all a facade, and how we have to release the idea of control and let go of what we’ve always known to make space for the new to come in PS. This week on the #relatable podcast we are jamming out all about HAPPINESS. And how it’s not just something that happens to us -- nothing is, if you like us believe that everything is happening for us. We have to create space for our happiness, we have to allow it to exist, and give it permission to be expressed -- just as we do with our darkness, or any other emotion. In this week's episode with the theme of allowing happiness we dive into… How do we allow more space for happiness when it’s so easy to cling to darkness/suffering How you can maintain a connection to the light (joy, love, happiness) despite having gone through darkness And how our light doesn’t make us exempt from moving through shadow as our soul evolves Obviously sharing our own insight and experiences, as well as what we’ve witnessed in the collective and some notable celebs who’ve been sharing on the same topic recently. So, if you’re ready to create deepened understanding around how you can allow more happiness into your life -- grab your headphones and let’s go! PS. It’s so easy to get wrapped up in our relationships and lose ourselves due to lack of boundaries and wanting to please our partner. We’ve all been there (I’m assuming it’s not just us
Experiencing a spiritual awakening can be one of the most confusing times -- there’s a lot of feelings and emotions that arise during this time when your entire reality feels like it’s coming into question. If you’re moving through a spiritual awakening you might… Feel exhausted and have the desire to withdraw. Question your role here on earth and what your purpose is. Struggle to relate to your friends and family like you once did. Feel confused and uncertain if you can trust yourself. Have a desire to avoid small talk, and experience deep sadness while grieving your past self and life. These are all 100% normal experiences during this process. We’ve both been through it more than once, because with every next level these pieces of you rise up to protect you, and to be seen, heard, witnessed and released. But on the flip side, you will also... Gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your purpose here. Come into deeper alignment with your Soul and its mission. Feel empowered knowing that you are the creator of your reality. Feel true inner freedom from cleansing and releasing your old conditioning. Feel like you’ve found the “secret sauce” to life and want to share it with everyone. Your spiritual awakening can be a total pendulum swing, basically going from muggle to goddess in the span of 2.45 seconds (or at least that’s what it feels like). Where you become so enthralled with everything to do with spirituality and your cosmic self that you can oftentimes lose sight of the human reality. Going from living your “normal” life to questioning your existence and the entire Universe is a bit of a mind f*ck. Plus as a soul having a human experience, the human experience can be pretty dense sometimes so you may find yourself wanting to get lost in the ethereal realms for a period of time. Buuuut, eventually you realize you have to “come back down to reality” while maintaining your divinity and learn to live in harmony with your soul and human self. SO in this week's #relatable episode, we go all-in on the different phases of your spiritual awakening and how to create a balance between your human experience while still maintaining your connection with the spirit realms. If you’re ready to dive in to learn how we manage going from muggle to light being and how we found a balance between the two, grab your headphones and let’s go! PS. Have you ever felt like you’ve gone through something and came through the other side feeling like a completely different person? Us too. This is what we call a radiant rebirth. This process is supporting you in stepping further into who you were BORN to be. But before you get to the radiant part...well, there’s a whole lot of darkness, confusion, and mess to move through first. Welcome to your spiritual awakening. In this episode, we chat with Leadership and Spirituality coach Brooke Brasfield all about her radiant rebirth and the many levels and layers she neede to shift through in order to tap into and access her inner radiance. In this conversation, we go in on… Shedding old identities Working through old feelings that resurface in this process, such as fear, anger, and self-hatred Grieving your past self version of you, and accepting this new level of consciousness The beauty of stepping into and embracing your new identity -- more of your true self The various stages of moving through a spiritual awakening / radiant rebirth (hint, it’s not all radiant -- some of it can be real messy!) Brooke’s personal experience and what supported her through this process of rebirth And what full surrender and acceptance allowed her to bring into her life through this experience It is hellllllla juicy! We talk a looooot about both awareness and embodiment on here and we wanted to break it down for you to help you deepen into your own experience with both of these tools on your healing journey. In this episode we discuss… How awareness alone does not create change and the steps you need to follow awareness in order to integrate and embody any shifts/changes in your healing How embodiment is about creating a new and sustainable way of being -- it’s all about longevity and is not a one and done process As well as how embodiment has allowed each of us to own our multidimensionality and express ourselves more fully When you are embodied you give yourself permission to own your expression and it gives the feminine power We also share on the suppression of feminine expression, our own experiences as well as what we witness in the media How women of the new paradigm are STEPPING UP and allowing their voices to be heard And how even if it puts them in a place of vulnerability that vulnerability is power, strength, beauty, and PERMISSION for others to do the same What can we say? It’s fucking LIT! So if you’re ready for some SPICE, grab your headphones and let’s GET IT! Have you ever been asked to save someone? Or wished you could be saved by someone yourself? Then this episode is for you! In this episode, we explore... The drama triangle (savior, bully, victim) and what it means to be in each of those roles in relationship with others as well as yourself How saving others is not your responsibility and how taking ownership for your own experience is How trying to save someone only really keeps you and them stuck and disempowered What things you can do to create more presence in your own experience and how you can show up more powerfully for yourself None of us are completely free from this, and it’s totally ok! Welcome back to another #relatable conversation -- today on the podcast we jam out on empowering yourself through comparison. And how seeing, hearing, and validating yourself instills a new level of confidence that allows you to shift out of comparing yourself to others. In this episode, we chat about the steps that we take to empower ourselves through comparison including… Creating awareness in order to witness the comparison that is rising up Deepening your understanding of self, why the comparison is coming up, and what it means Cultivating deeper acceptance of self and the truth of who you are -- not in relation to others Focusing on yourself and staying in your own lane in order to build trust within How celebrating those you’re comparing yourself to can actually empower you And where to turn to when you’re lacking inspiration *hint* it’s not in others work ;) This chat is suuuuper #relatable because let’s be real, none of us are free from comparisonitis. Welcome to our FIRST EVER #relatable guest episode with the absolutely magnetic Self-Love and Empowerment coach Kelsey Low! This conversation is honestly f*cking FIRE! We go so deep, on so many different levels, with, of course, a lot of laughs along the way. In this expansive episode, we jam out on ALL.THE.THINGS including… Setting boundaries and managing expectations especially in relation to making your own decisions or sharing your own opinion with others How it is up to us to protect and preserve our dreams How your friends and family can only support you from their own perspective of what they believe is possible in this life Shifting expectations in relationships for people to “be everything” for you and how this allows you to love them where they’re at, become less codependent on them, and foster deeper self-love from within Empowered vs disempowered love -- in all relationships, romantic or otherwise How by not speaking your truth you allow yourself to take on the discomfort of protecting the other person OVER sharing and being in your truth -- which is disempowering both of you Why creating a relationship with Source (God/Universe) is important How and why we must speak to the highest level of ourselves and others -- and what it means when we don’t The pain of what is familiar vs the pain of creating new life Coming back to wholeness within and reconnecting to our body and the messages of truth that it has for us And how all of this requires going against the grain and against the system that has been set up for us by societal conditioning and expectations What did I tell you?! We go ALL in on the F E E L S and giving yourself permission to feel without having to justify or explain your feelings to others. We touch on... Why you don’t need to have a disclaimer to express or feel your feels Releasing the need to seek permission from others to experience the depth and range of your emotions How removing the charge around your emotions will benefit you How being honest with your experience and your emotions allows space and opportunity for you and those around you to grow through it That having feelings doesn’t mean something bad is going to happen or come from experiencing or expressing those feelings And that you don’t need to discount your feelings and how allowing them to be felt in their full capacity is liberating SO, what are you waiting for?! In this #relatable episode, we’re doing things a little bit differently and sharing an energy update for 2020 based on our own lives and what we’ve seen happening in the collective. We chat about… How the energy of this new year, new decade is feeling What the past couple of weeks have felt like for us on both a personal and global scale How more and more people are taking a stand and participating in this global awakening and expansion What the energy of this year feels like in comparison to last year How commanding the energy of 2020 is and how that’s showing up What is no longer an option in this new energy And how we’re truly experiencing this shift into the new paradigm way of being Just as a disclaimer -- we are not the most up-to-date/well-informed individuals on the news and goings-on in the world this is just our take on what we’ve experienced and witnessed happening in our own experiences and in the collective. Welcome back to another #relatable conversation -- today on the podcast we jam out on the difference between contractive and expansive relationships and how to cultivate expansive relationships in your life. In this episode we chat about … How your environment affects your expression + why people stay in stagnant or contractive relationships What safety has to do with it and how it affects your ability to authentically express yourself without any masks How expansive relationships allow you to have tough conversations and shift through dense energy rather than remaining stagnant in it -- and how to get there in your relationships What expansive relationships make space for and how they are truly medicine for your soul This conversation is truly so much of US and our friendship, as this has truly been one of the most expansive relationships either of us has experienced. We share the truth of what it looks like to be in an expansive relationship with another person (romantic or otherwise). Thanks for joining us in our FIRST episode of the roaring 20’s! In this episode of the #relatable podcast, we reflect on everything 2019 encompassed and how it really rounded out the decade with a BANG! We dive into… How in 2019 it became impossible to ignore anything that was no longer in alignment with your highest and where you’re headed in this new decade How we were forced to face that which was out of alignment and how it was all stripped away How this stripping away left us with only the framework of who we are at the truth of our being -- leaving us to start from the bottom and re-build a super solid foundation And how 2020 is all about stepping into further alignment with your truth with a new sense of identity and power Ready to start the New Year off with a load of laughs and wisdom nuggets? Pop in your headphones and let’s go for a drive! We’re baaaaaaack with another #relatable podcast episode! In this episode we go in on how to flip that box over that you’ve put yourself in and turn it into a damn stage! And we give you the EXACT process we use to do this. Including... Identifying when you’re in your disempowered feminine and how to heal this How to create divine union between the masculine and the feminine What allowing the divine masculine to come in and support you in your feminine flow looks and feels like (and no we aren’t talking about periods here!) Essentially this is a step by step guide on how to turn the box you’ve put yourself in into a damn stage so your feminine essence is supported and can flooooow So get ready to flip that shit over, climb up on it, and put a damn pole in the middle of it! You ready? Grab your headphones and leggoooo!!! If you’re finding the content of our podcast valuable we would LOOOOVE if you would help us get up on that stage by sharing the podcast with your friends, family, or social media following

YER A WIZARD HARRY! Welcome to episode 04 of the #relatable podcast! We’re so excited about opening up this expansive conversation with you this week we so lovingly called Muggles & Muggle Relating. In this episode we discuss… What is a muggle? How to create supportive boundaries with friends and family who aren’t on the same path or who don’t share the same beliefs or consciousness that you have How to love and still be able to relate to your friends and family in your life who aren’t on the ascension path How to navigate the muggle realm (3D consciousness) and not lose your magic/identity (5D consciousness) How to not revert back to old patterns / ways of being when you are surrounded by people of 3D consciousness And SO much more! If you’re ready to dive into this super expansive, and supportive conversation (especially heading into the holidays) -- grab your headphones and let’s go! Welcome to episode 03 of the #relatable podcast! We’re so excited you’re here to jam out with us on all things cosmically #relatable and that you’re committed to your own growth by being here learning how to express your soul’s truth while navigating and making sense of this 3D reality while you’re here with us on planet Earth. In this episode we discuss… How time is not linear and to experience time as linear is a human construct -- of course we relate this to Outlander bc if you know or follow us elsewhere you’ll know that Rachael is OBSESSED with this show (and since recording this, so is Ashley!). We share our take on parallel timelines/universes How we are able to experience different timelines via our past lives How much of what we are learning in this lifetime is a soul remembrance from our past lives And SO much more! If you’re ready to dive into this super expansive, mind f*ck of a conversation -- grab your headphones and let’s go! We hope you have as much fun listening to this episode as we did recording it. We’d also like to note that there is one place in this recording where the audio jumps a bit and that is due to some technical difficulties we had while recording and having to merge two audio files together. The technology just couldn’t handle the light codes we were throwin’ down ya know?!
Welcome back to the #relatable podcast! We are thrilled you’ve decided to join us for another expansive #relatable chat in learning to express your soul’s truth while navigating and making sense of your experience here on Earth. Grab your headphones + let’s dive in! In this episode we discuss… How as human beings we are the Universe experiencing itself The origin meme that prompted this discussion >> Our personal experience with this concept + what it means to us How the speed of ascension is becoming more rapid as the Universe speeds up What does it even mean to be on the ascension path How can we support our human selves throughout the ascension process [including tangible action steps you can take] What the heck is 3D consciousness VS 5D consciousness + how to know which one you’re leaning into We really hope you enjoy this episode of the #relatable podcast as we continue on this journey together to be informed of updates + when new episodes drop make sure you hit subscribe! And if you are finding value in our content we would LOVE if you would please leave us a review and share the podcast with your friends, family, or social media following! This really helps with the growth of the show and allows us to create an even greater positive impact on the planet by helping more souls like yourself understand navigating their time here on Earth! We heal the planet by first healing ourselves and the more healing we can share + catalyze within others the better our planet/society will be from it! We love and appreciate you so much!
Welcome to the #relatable podcast! This podcast has been a labour of love by Rachael Bradbury + Ashley DePaulis and we are SO excited to birth our creatrix baby into existence on the 3D plane! We created this podcast in support of cosmic beings everywhere learning to express their soul’s truth while navigating and making sense of their experience here on Earth. It is our belief that we are soul’s having a human experience, and let’s face it, the human experience can be pretty dense sometimes! So we are here to help you make sense of it all and to facilitate the shift from 3D consciousness to 5D consciousness. Not sure what that means, but feeling like “damn I gotta hear this!” Go ahead and grab your headphones and take a listen
