Yeah, yeah there seems to be a million veteran owned coffee companies out there, but Jason Jean is doing it a little differently. Jason is an United States Air Force veteran who immediately became an entrepreneur upon his discharge. He opened several cafes in his community as well as a construction business, but had to slow it all down when he was diagnosed with cancer however he didn't let it stop his hustle. Are military members being trained on human trafficking correctly? What does it actually look like in common day practices? The Sierra Hotel Echo team investigates it further to answer those questions and to figure out if the military community exacerbate this issue further.In this episode we continue to discuss Human Trafficking in hopes to find if and where military culture exuberates the problem of human trafficking. In part I, the human trafficking experts both openly admitted that, in their professional opinion, there was no possible way for ethical sex work to exist without individuals being victimized. Kaitlin speaks with providers and consumers to find out if that is true. They use the methodology used for counter terrorism that hunts down potential terrorists and uses it by searching online for sex ads to identify potential trafficked victims and traces it back to their trafficker and hand delivers the intel to law enforcement.
