This week's topic is all about the language of spirit and how it can appear in your life. The universe sends signs to us in many ways, but oftentimes we may dismiss them or think it's just a figment of our imagination. They are happy to tell you it goes much deeper than that! Leigh Ann also describes the difference between high and low vibration and how to pray for the highest of good when asking for guidance.
Grief affects all of us. In this episode, Leigh Ann and Michelle discuss the importance of purging to create space physically as well as emotionally. Listen in as they identify the grief we are aware of and the grief we might not have considered.

Part of living extraordinarily, is monitoring our reactions to experiences. The ladies explain that though we can’t control what happens, we can chose an embracing reaction. Wrapping it up, Michelle shares a short exercise for grounding and Leigh Ann gives pointers on breathing.
This episode meanders through a few deep-rooted and far-reaching themes. The ladies discuss a recent vision board class and healing moments in yoga. They recap journaling, with an recent client’s story, as a form to release what’s no longer serving us and to make space for healing. Leigh Ann shares a message from Spirit about taking our understanding and healing a little deeper by asking the question, “Why do I want this?”. Michelle explains how monitoring our thoughts is an essential aspect to a healthy mindset: in her words, “Be Careful What You Feed Your Hamster”. Spirit has recently sent many messages about checking one’s fears against reality. Leigh Ann explains her interpretation of this message and gives pointers for times when fear threatens to overshadow us. Michelle reminds us we have a toolbox of techniques for times like this, but that no single tool repairs everything at once, just as dumping the entire toolbox on a problem is not likely to solve it. Tools surface as they are needed and patience is required to apply them adequately. Just as one builds with one tool at at a time, one repairs with one tool at a time. The ladies also share news of planning a spiritual healing retreat with Cleanse Boutique.
Michelle and Leigh Ann catch up after taking a break from recording. They discuss the new Yoga classes that Leigh Ann and Casey have begun teaching. Michelle shares a beautiful book by Charlie Mackesy, titled The Boy, the mole, the fox and the Horse. Leigh Ann shares a message from Spirit about listening to your body and truly connecting with nature and another message about time. The ladies discuss the importance of journaling and self care and the art of slowing down and focusing. Write like no one is looking because working through darkness frees up space for love and light. Also, Leigh Ann answers an odd question. Michelle shares her awkward moment with CBD oil and a Sheriff Deputy. And, wait for the end, the girls have a simple exercise for you!
