The 11 Big Take-Away's from Spiritual ImmersionThese 100 podcasts have revealed so much to me. Here are the top 11 take aways, that at least for me, are the ones that will stay with me.We are always operating from a set of Principles set either by Consensus Reality or set by our High Selves, aka Spiritual Principles. No Path in Front of You is Your Path!I’m the creator of it all: Whether I experience issues related to money, health or relationships, the opportunity to reveal all of the ways I’ve created the scenarios allows me to make choices that can change the outcome in a heartbeat!Your attention is required right now, right here, at the deepest level. My intention and training to be dedicated to my intention will bring me to Light and Love. What is my intention? What is my deepest desire? What is my motive within this situation? The Now is the highest vibrational outcome of my life thus far.The process is simple, but not easy. Our attachments to the beliefs, perceptions, and desires hold us back from experiencing limitless potentially, as well as what is infinitely pleasing.Expectations too often veil the beauty and awesomeness of who you are, now, in this moment. To Thine Own Self Be True - Defer to No One! No more need to appear vindicated or validated in the eyes of others. One realizes one’s independence and one’s sovereignty. Compassion, generosity, & gratitude for 'the way that it is' grows exponentially as I release myself from the belief that I’m alone, that no one is to be trusted, and that I’ll never be enough. Needing to be right about all of that means I need to try and control the outcome always and everywhere. I’m imprisoned by my own belief system. To train myself to BE open to seeing myself and the world differently - developing a set of principles that honor my highest truth, then live in those truths - only then will I come to experience the engaged connection that I long to know and be. Yes. I long to BE engaged connection.Thank you for your presence and your listening. I hope you have gained insight into your own personal spiritual immersion through these podcasts! Life is a Who-Done-It Mystery Over and Over AgainEvery circumstance is an opportunity to attend to the clues available always and everywhere. These clues have been placed there for your own discovery - so that you may stumble upon them and experience revelations and truths. Where you initially may ignore them or deny their existence, inevitably you will begin to slow down and take stock of all the elements of the situation. Like Sherlock Holmes, as you train yourself to see and let go of what you are afraid to lose, intuitively you become more conscious of sensations that are caused by triggering thoughts. You can sleuth your way back to the source of the calamity and realize that you are the one! Is My Life Experience the Chicken or the Egg?Over my lifetime, did my beliefs and perceptions cause my experience - which reinforced my beliefs, or did the experiences create my beliefs? We have to cultivate greater degrees of awareness of the source of our thoughts and the source of our experiences. Only through the practice of mindfully discovering and revealing the beliefs that are the catalyst for our experiences can we elevate ourselves, our vibrations, and the optimum realization of our potential.Tune in and then please share your perspective with me on my Facebook page!- - - - For more blogs, books and videos, or if you are interesting in coaching or training with Dr. Rosie, check out her website: www.theparadigmshifts.com
Cultivating Awareness of How We Create Limits to Our Full PotentialMore and more often, I am aware of the times when I trigger anxiousness and worry. Do you see how I owned that I triggered it? I then become aware of the thought that is habitual, which is founded on the belief that something is wrong and needs to be fixed - and that that something that is wrong is caused by me - and I need to try and control what I broke or what I caused to break or be wrong. In the middle of the night, when I have a triggering thought after hours of peaceful sleep, I have trained myself to be able to be aware of what just transpired, of what took me from peaceful presence to anxiousness, as well as to be more responsive to it in the moment. What happens is that I have a thought, and I follow that thought into my worst fears - more thoughts!Because I’ve been training myself over and over again to be mindful and aware of what thoughts cause restless, irritable discontent, I’m able now to stop that trajectory of thought. I’m able to pivot, or to switch my thinking pattern to that which I now know to be my highest truth and knowing - that nowhere in my list of spiritual principles is there any mention of the value of anxiousness, worry, or fear. They don’t live within my spiritual truth. At this point of awareness, I can choose to remove myself from that old line of thinking, "disappearing" the anxiousness all together.A few months ago I began a new hobby of keeping fish. As any new fish keeper will tell you, fish get stressed easily and can die. Sure enough, I experienced this, losing all of my tiny blue shrimp and a couple of my fish. I was in anguish and despair. I felt totally responsible for their demise, and totally helpless to do anything about it.I continually study good fish keeping practices and have become somewhat more confident. And, yet, my fish are developing issues that, although normal for the hobby, still cause the fish and me a lot of stress. But I’m no longer triggering myself into anguish and despair. Though I’m concerned and am being responsible as best I can, I now choose to take a different perspective of myself and this hobby.I realized that I need to respond with confidence, respecting that I am being responsible and doing the best I can. I can drive myself crazy if I continue to pummel myself with thoughts of "pathetic, inept loser." Instead, I'm learning to see myself and my fish differently, so I can derive more joy from the experience. This is also true with my dog Gracie, who is going through a few days of digestion problems. I can be responsible and calm without worry and guilt. I'm trusting that I'm doing the best I can with all the resources available to me.These are practices that train me to continually come back to the spiritual principles that can guide me towards freedom and liberation from that mindset of limitations that was the only reality for most of my life. What's Really Happening When Nothing Seems to Be HappeningWhat else can be happening when nothing seems to be happening? Perhaps we are expanding our capacity for patience, tolerance, and our ability to surrender control and righteousness. Perhaps we are learning to be with "what is" with Patience - no waiting, just being. Perhaps we are building reliance. Perhaps we are discovering what it is like to live outside the paradigm of control, right and wrong, productivity and stress. Dis-Identifying with My Past is Hard Work!I’m not what I do. I’m not what I accomplish. I’m not the outcome that results from my actions. I’m none of it! With the nearing completion of my intended 100 episodes of these Spiritual Immersion: Taking the Plunge podcast episodes, as it was with the previous podcast series, Aging Like a Guru - Who Me?, as well as with the completion of my most recent book, I’ve Arrived! Well, Sort Of: 101 Discoveries and Revelations Stumbled Upon While on the Sacred Path to Who Knows Where, truthfully, I am at a loss. Looking to the Evidence of the Past - NOT!!!Looking at the evidence of my past history reinforces me to not trust anything -- not my intuition, not God, and certainly not people. At almost every crossroads I’ve come to, I’ve been required to choose to either follow the belief of my past (aka, not to trust), or to voluntarily suspend my beliefs in the past and experiment with Faith-Leaping. Let me tell you, Faith-Leaping is getting to be so much more fun. Try it!! You'll like it!! Revealing Yourself One Layer at a TimeThroughout this spiritual immersion process, it often feels as though you are covering the same ground over and over again. It can feel as if you aren't make progress whatsoever! Yet if you were to really acknowledge how you have changed over the course of this lifetime, in relation to any particular situation, you will view yourself in a way that allows you to see how you have changed, and how you have grown wiser, more mature. Taking the time to truly acknowledge the ways in which you've changed and matured will reward you with a strong sense of confidence, self-trust, and self-respect. The God Forsaken Crucible Called GriefThe previous podcasts revealed those moments where we not only begin to question reality, but we also begin to choose to choose something other than pain and suffering. With these choices, what inevitably arises is deep grief for the losses incurred. We begin to let go of what we were truly afraid to lose all along. However, with courage and self-empowerment, we can learn to comfort and support ourselves through this deep grief release. And, it is also the time that we are ready to choose to receive support from recovery fellowships, spiritual groups, coaches or therapists. The journey, in earnest, has begun! Death by MeditationI mentioned in previous podcasts that I’ve been meditating using Joe Dispenza’s 55-minute long guided meditation. And you know what I've discovered? There is a part of me that fears death through meditation. I remember that I experienced this fear of death through meditation with Gangaji too. Anticipating the annihilation of self is part of the process of any spiritual path. It’s when you know that the suffering you’ve engaged in all along was manufactured through your own belief system. And, you realize that even though it may feel like a death, it really isn’t. It’s just growing one’s capacity to live in the truth of the sovereignty on one’s true essential nature. I’m no longer attached the the stories I’ve believed to be the truth of me. So surrendering those stories sometimes feels like a death. Taking on or creating a new belief system feels insane. However, the more I do this practice, the more emancipated I feel. I experience greater strength, courage, and excitement. The fear and anxiousness have transmuted into excitement - mostly! I also experience a willingness to step into the unknown, anticipating good things rather than bad things. I begin to experience a quickening - a gestation - like a fetus developing in the womb. I become more mindful of self-defeating thoughts and beliefs that previously seemed normal. Now they seem dumb!!! Why would I want to continue to oppress myself the way I have when this causes me suffering and angst? Why not instead go for the extraordinary?! Expecting FailureShifting the patterns of how we perceive ourselves is probably the most challenging practice there is. I anticipate problems. I anticipate failure. I anticipate things going wrong. So I procrastinate doing things I’ve never done before! Even the simplest things, like gluing a plant to a rock in my aquarium. I watch YouTube videos, and following the how-to’s could be easier. However I’m sure, in my mind, that I’ll blow it! I’ve come far enough on my path to be conscious of these patterns and to train myself to ask the question: Do you really want to continue this way when you know you have a choice? Coming to greater degrees of the awareness that I have choice and then to exercise choice takes courage and strength. It brings to me certain underlying truths that I’ve been living with and that keep me stuck in where I’m at, such as: It’s better to do things wrong or half-assed and anticipate failure than to do things correctly and still anticipate failure! Humiliation for never being able to get it right - even when it’s right! Where ever you are on your path, you will inevitably be required to do the heavy lifting of changing your beliefs -- especially those beliefs that you think are just 'who you are!' What Causes Dis-ease?I was often told as a child that I was beautiful. It made me uncomfortable. With eight brothers and sisters who were also vying for the limited attention available from our parents, I felt bad, embarrassed and shame for being in the limelight in this way. Physical beauty was very important to my father, so winning the prize for this particular quality created some degree of separation between me and my siblings.Ironically, I have been plagued with skin cancer for most of my adult life, especially on my face. Sure, I spent a lot of time in the sun - especially sailing for six years professionally. But what’s interesting is that none of my siblings have skin cancer the way I do. Why is that?In my studies regarding dis-ease and the causes of disease, science and research confirm that is it our thoughts and our beliefs that are the source of our cancers, and every other major disease. Only 1% is considered genetic! Though we may carry the genetics of certain diseases, what triggers the actual disease is most often our thoughts and beliefs. Incredible, right?! If you're skeptical, check out The Biology of Belief, by Bruce Lipton, and You are the Placebo, by Joe Dispenza.Recently, during the meditation from Joe Dispenza's book, I’ve been more observant of the beliefs that no longer work for me. Most of them are so unconscious that I don’t even know that they are there, or in what ways they are operating. But when asked in the meditation, "what beliefs do you want to let go of," I’ve become more and more clear: I am not safe; I’m a victim to my life and the world; I can't be successful; I am alone. Through this process of taking inventory of these negative beliefs, the belief that “I need to punish myself for the attention I’m getting,” surfaced. It made perfect sense that in essence, disfiguring myself as a punishment for my physical beauty would fix the injustice that I caused in the family. The second question asked in this meditation is, "What new belief would you like to make true for yourself?" Answering this question is very challenging for me, especially to put it in positive wording. It’s not that I want or need to forgive myself for the fact that I happen to have had a certain amount of physical beauty. It’s that I want to totally and completely accept myself, no matter what! This includes beauty, intelligence, creativity, and whatever other positive qualities I possess, as well as all the faults I’ve been shameful of. So eliminating the shame for being me allows space to enjoy all of me! That’s what I want!! To celebrate, embrace, and enjoy all of me! I like that!I believe the skin cancer I’ve lived with is sourced within numerous beliefs that I’ve carried within me. And, I believe I contribute to the healing of my dis-ease by incrementally shifting each negative belief that surfaces into a positive and loving one. I’m empowered by the very practice of unburdening my body, mind, and spirit of such negativity. And, I truly believe that I’m alleviating the need to suffer for any reason, whatsoever. It’s a very powerful practice! I want this for you too! To empower yourself to unburden your body, mind, and spirit of all negativity, and to replace it with the belief - the knowing - of your perfection, in all ways! Self-Doubt - a Weakness or a Strength?Uncertainty of who we are when life changes is normal. None of us - NONE OF US - know how to be in circumstances we’ve never encountered before. In these moments we question our capacities, our strengths, our weaknesses, our level of courage and conviction. We’ve been trained to capitulate into, “I can’t do this!!!” and this is the entry point to self-doubt.Our spiritual evolution requires us to meet every challenge questioning our resolve to live in the fullest expression of our essential nature. Yes, self-doubt is part of this process. And, so is stretching ourselves towards our expansion point. If not, we will continually melt, dissolve, whither into hopeless, powerless despair. That's okay too! For that has it's own form of healing journey.Tune in and then please share your perspective with me on my Facebook page!- - - - For more blogs, books and videos, or if you are interesting in coaching or training with Dr. Rosie, check out her website: www.theparadigmshifts.com
Give Credit Where Credit is Due - YOU!Giving Credit to Something or Someone other than You actually minimizes your input into your own healing and wholeness. In essence you are the one choosing what you choose. You are the one following through with your commitments. You are the one staying in your body, meeting each challenge with enough strength and courage that inevitably you experience an uplifting of your spirits, your emotions, your body, and clarity of mind. You are the one responsible for enduring what arises and stewarding yourself through to who knows where. It's all You!How have you participated in your own healing from natural disasters, uncertainty or physical illness? Whether it’s cancer or any other dis-ease, you play the leading role. How much credit do you give yourself? In what ways do you acknowledge yourself for where you have brought yourself? Discomforts of Cultivating WholenessThere’s a lot of discomfort in this spiritual immersion process-we are purging the cellular memory from trillions of cells. Energetically & emotionally we are detoxing the dense old belief systems we’ve been immersed in for lifetimes. And, it isn’t uncommon for aches, pains, and questionable “symptoms” to arise that cause us to fear for our health and our lives. Of course, if you feel compelled to visit your healthcare practitioner, absolutely do that! And, I also invite you to begin to know yourself as the source of all healing of yourself. A book I highly recommend is Radical Remission, by Kelly Turner. I found enormous amount of support through this book. It strengthened my capacity to stand in my strength, reach for support when most needed, and continually remember what I know to be true.Tune in and then please share your perspective with me on my Facebook page!- - - - For more blogs, books and videos, or if you are interesting in coaching or training with Dr. Rosie, check out her website: www.theparadigmshifts.com
Unexpected Gifts of Spiritual ImmersionMy convictions for maintaining a deep relationship with my spiritual Self continually rewards me in so many unexpected gifts. Not only is my daily life filled with an increasing sprinkle of profound realizations about myself and the Divine unity of all Creation, but I also experience greater degrees of acceptance, compassion, and love for myself and all other beings on the planet. These were totally unexpected-even though I’ve read about such things! But to directly experience them has opened my heart in capacities I didn’t know existed. The more I stop the incessant nattering of my brain as it goes on and on with negative assessments and judgments of myself and others, the more I’m able to experience the beauty and the gifts present within myself AND every other being on the planet. It’s a very simple concept to say yes to. However training myself to let go of my fears and my need to try and control everything, is another matter all together. It’s absolutely worth the commitment. How Do I Make Sense Out of What Doesn't Make Sense?Did you know that when you get to the point where you ask the question, “What’s the Point?” you are on the verge of a major learning curve. Wa-Hooo!This is the moment when nothing makes sense, so you begin to question Everything! Here's the thing: you have to be willing to ask, “Am I willing to look at things differently?” Every aspect of our life experience is an opportunity to look at it from the vantage point of fear and lack, or, as an opportunity to see it as a gift. When we declare: “This isn’t working for me,” this a great moment, because, in this moment, we begin to empower ourselves to know our own truth. We stop deferring our truth to others. Celebrate Your Giftedness - Or Not!Too often in my childhood I heard the expression, "Don't be a smarty pants." or, "You are too big for your britches!" Both statements meant to keep me from thinking or believing that I'm smart, creative, and an extraordinary person - as we all are.Through this spiritual immersion process, each of us has to choose to believe that we are each gifted and extraordinary, or not. What to Do After You've Done Big Work? You’ve done some big work that has taken you into a deep process. Now, you are at a point where you are ready for what's next, but you don’t know what to do. The truth is, there is nothing to do, until you are told what to do. An analogy would be that of digging a well - 3 ft, 10 ft, 20ft. You know the water is there because the ground is moist. You call it a day and rest, because you’ve done a lot of work. The next day, you notice that there is a bit of water where there was only moist dirt. There is a tendency to want to dig deeper, or put in a pump - to do something more. This process is more about patience and witnessing what’s surfacing. What’s arising. Every day that passes, your well will fill itself up - you don’t have to pour water in. You don’t have to dig deeper, you just have to notice what arises.Listen in + share your perspective with me on my Facebook page!- - - - For more blogs, books and videos, or if you are interesting in coaching or training with Dr. Rosie, check out her website: www.theparadigmshifts.com
Sometimes Life is the Best TherapistEvery dilemma, and every life event for that matter, is a growth opportunity in relation to our spiritual and human evolution. It's a matter of tuning into what principles and values are pitting themselves against each other, and how you will choose between them once you've realized this dilemma.Listen in and then please share your perspective with me on my Facebook page!- - - - For more blogs, books and videos, or if you are interesting in coaching or training with Dr. Rosie, check out her website: www.theparadigmshifts.com.
Miracles - The Paradigm of Possibility Dwells WithinMiracles are normal to those who reside in the paradigm where miracles are normal. Yep!Our everyday paradigm - the 3D reality most of us live in, rejects the paradigm of miracles, except in religious or spiritual communities. All of us want to make the impossible possible, yet we don't want to shift our perspectives and interpretations, which would allow that to happen. Such a dilemma!Listen in and then please share your perspective with me on my Facebook page!- - - - For more blogs, books and videos, or if you are interesting in coaching or training with Dr. Rosie, check out her website: www.theparadigmshifts.com
Ineptitude in the Face of WTF!No person is without experiences of ineptitude and powerlessness when faced with circumstances that are out of their control. Nobody! Facing the consequences of their actions - even when they only intended good things to happen, can bring about a shattering of being in control. Forty plus years ago I made a choice that I knew was in the best interest of everyone involved in that particular circumstance. The outcome was devastating in so many ways. I had no idea that the unfolding of a decision made out of love could bring about hurt in so many people. And, forty plus years later, I too am experiencing what I hadn't been able to face then. You just never know how life is going to unfold - no matter what!Although there seems to be so many negative consequences that came with my decision back then, there are also positive ramifications of that choice that will longingly unfold in the future.A spiritual principle that isn't highly appreciated is the one that says every thing brings about love eventually. At times, it's really hard for me to practice living into this principle. However, my attempts to ignore it just creates more opportunities to get that specific lesson. That too is a spiritual principle!Listen in and then please share your perspective with me on my Facebook page!- - - - For more blogs, books and videos, or if you are interesting in coaching or training with Dr. Rosie, check out her website: www.theparadigmshifts.com
Gender, Race, Color, Religion Exists Within SpiritSocial justice issues stir the residue of hate that we’ve experienced within our lives, our ancestors' lives, and within the collective unconscious. That hate within each of us is sourced in fear. We hear that all the time. However, that fear may not be conscious, but it is there. That hate is sourced in vengeance for actions done against us or others to whom we have loyalties. That hate is sourced in righteousness - an eye for an eye. That hate is sourced in ignorance. Here's a spiritual practice to take on: The social justice movement begins with me. I have to take responsibility for all the ways I’ve ever hated, and, in truth, I’ve hated a lot of people over nearly 70 years. That is a lot of hate! I have to take responsibility for all the ways I’ve been unforgiving. For all the ways I’ve righteously judged and condemned another, convinced they were less than, or not enough. And, I have to take responsibility for the hate I feel towards myself, for my differences, for my lacks, for my failures. This source of my hate lives within my powerlessness and experiences when I had no control over my life or reality. I hated that I was treated with disdain and ignorance. And, I learned to treat myself with disdain and ignorance. The cycle of hate goes 'round and 'round. Here's another spiritual practice to take on: The source of love exists within me too. As I take responsibility for my hate, something happens within me that shifts me to experience more compassion, more forgiveness, more acceptance of differences. Love becomes accessible. When we march and protest, we are saying things have to change. We want people, politics, education, government, to change. By sitting with ourselves in the stillness of our room, we begin to take accountability for all the ways we hate - all the ways we put hate into the world, all the ways we experience within ourselves the hate we live with. All the ways we express negativity are generated by hate. We have to take inventory of all the ways we personally express negativity within our lives. Each of us has experienced a personal annihilation of the innocent being within by the thoughts, words, and actions of others. That annihilation fuels either oppression, or hate, or both. When left unacknowledged, it generates more of the same. Most of us are in denial of our own oppression, our own anger, our own despair at having been treated with ignorance, neglect, or contempt. We are also in denial of the degree to which we carry the wounds, the trauma, and the contempt of our ancestors. Each of us are required to come out of denial and own our own expression of hate, unforgiveness, as well as powerlessness. Sooner or later, we will make the choice to go within and be with all that we wish to ignore. Social Justice begins with me.Listen in and then please share your perspective with me on my Facebook page!- - - - For more blogs, books and videos, or if you are interesting in coaching or training with Dr. Rosie, check out her website: www.theparadigmshifts.com
Always Looking for Validation or Vindication? The pattern of proving ourselves as valid, worthy and deserving only works for so far. At some point we have to take a look at what that's about. At some point we have to be with the fact that you will never prove your worth or value in the way that will once and for all answer the question, "Am I worthy?" The point will come when you have to decide for yourself - to yourself - that you are done with that question! This is some of the most challenging conversations you will ever have with yourself. Out of Sight, Out of Mind On the tails of the previous podcast, "Skirting the Perimeters of Spiritual Work," comes the conversation regarding the conflict between what we say we want from our spiritual practice and the underlying commitment or conflicting commitment that doesn't want to change anything! This part quite often sabotages our commitment with things like forgetfulness, avoidance, and allowing a lot of distractions to arise that keep us from acting in alignment with what we say we are committed to. Skirting the Perimeters of Spiritual Work A lot of people I know who have spiritual practices share their frustrations with me that they aren't getting much out of their practice. In fact, especially now through the pandemic, they feel more anxious, uncertain, and alone than they ever imagined. They ask, "Shouldn't my spiritual practice help alleviate some of the panic and stress?" Living Into One's Life Purpose In the book The Alchemist, there is a great deal of focus on living into one's personal legend. Fact is, few are courageous enough to actually live into the adventure designed by us, for us to realize. It is easier to settle for "good enough" than to stretch one's comfort zone to include the fullest expression of one's essential nature. But that's exactly what we came here to do! Multidimensional Me, Multigenerational Me - Lots of Me's!!! We are so much more than one person within one body. That may sound strange, however, not only are we here to integrate many lives of many lifetimes, but also to heal the traumas of our families and ancestors. How we do that is just by taking it all in, incrementally. It requires that we feel into all the experiences that are occurring within us, realizing that all the suffering and heartache will come to an end soon, even for those who died generations ago. When we do our own healing work, we heal all of those who have gone before us. And we can heal all of those who come after that. Fascinating, right? Integrating Spirituality Into My Everyday Reality The easiest way I have found to integrate spirituality into my everyday life is to recognize when I'm unsure how to make a decision. Most choices are between what scares me or what excites me. One is a choice I make from fear, from lack, and not-enoughness, and the other choice I make is from joy, abundance, and generosity. One is a choice made by principles created by others, and one is a choice made from my very own highest principles. Free Will? It Certainly Doesn't Feel that Way!!Free will is one of those concepts that messes with people's minds. It confuses one's belief and interpretations, which often then pulls one off their personal/spiritual path.Listen in and then please share your perspective with me on my Facebook page!- - - - For more blogs, books and videos, or if you are interesting in coaching or training with Dr. Rosie, check out her website: www.theparadigmshifts.com
FUN? Nope! OVERWHELMING? Yes!!Most of us thoroughly love when learning is easy - it's fun, right? But when the lessons really push us to our limits and capacity to stay in the process, it can be overwhelming to the max! Does that mean that something is wrong, that you aren't doing it right, or that maybe you're just insane? NO!!!This spiritual immersion process includes all the above! Out With the Yucky Stuff, In with the Yummy StuffYes, the spiritual immersion process can be painful and difficult. When we are extracting patterns and habits that no longer work for us or are in alignment with our highest truths and knowing, it can feel yucky, emotional, and physically uncomfortable or painful. This is normal and natural, really! As you make progress letting go of what no longer works, you come to realize that life is somehow more gentle and generous for you like never before. This is when the fun begins & when you actually experience what all spiritual principles point to - that there is no need to suffer!Listen in and then please share your perspective with me on my Facebook page!- - - - For more blogs, books and videos, or if you are interesting in coaching or training with Dr. Rosie, check out her website: www.theparadigmshifts.com

Listening For the Voice of Your Higher SelfMy personal experience is that my Higher Self is always communicating with me. The problem is that I never learned to listen for that voice until recently.I could always hear the voice that constantly told me I was insignificant and not enough - that voice came through loud and clear. But the loving voice of a wise being who patiently awaited my attention and real dedication to hear Divine Guidance, well, it waited a very long time.Listen in and then please share your perspective with me on my Facebook page!- - - - For more blogs, books and videos, or if you are interesting in coaching or training with Dr. Rosie, check out her website: www.theparadigmshifts.com
