This week I am happy to say the my guest is Gary Hayes from the charity PTSD 999. Beware this episode is raw and intense, as Gary shares his journey from soldier to police officer, to starting this charity. Gary's experiences include the London 7/7 terror attacks, which had a profound impact upon him and contributed massively to his own PTSD. Gary offers unprecedented insight into his mental health and all of the trauma he has experienced. This week my guest is the wonderful Dan Le Sac. Dan became well known when his music career kicked of with his musical partner Sroobius Pip.
