We all have times where we put off things that need to be done, in times of uncertainty that may escalate… It did for me for a while especially when it came to recording for you and I apologize. So let's explore how we can clear the inner and outer clutter in our lives and reevaluate who we are and who we want to become ☮️
OK so you may have noticed that procrastination comes a little bit easier when you've got a lot of time on your hands and a neighbor who keeps working on their house LOL but I won't make excuses and I don't want you to either! So join me as I walk through a recent conversation about that, about advice to my younger self and a quick exercise for you to use to reset your life! ☮️
Well...I disappeared momentarily into pandemic procrastination myself, I didn't expect it, it just happened and in between I filled The time with your basic life shenanigans so today I am sharing what I learned about myself and maybe you noticed some of these things about yourself as well, let's work on creating our own new normal as we move through and onward in these unusual times. I went through many emotions and I'm sure you did as well. I gave a lot of thought to what I would like my new normal to look like and I hope you did, too. ☮️
