The Caliban and her fleet are finally setting sail for the treasure fleett! The cursed treasure inside and the mountains of silver have their hearts beating like kettledrums in their chests as they prepare for their greatest challenge yet. Destiny is bearing down on them, but will they ride this wheel of fortune or be crushed beneath it?

As the Caliban and its armada finally return to Tortuga, the crew need to get their house in order--still ragged from their adventure in the Orinoco and with their crews on the island in disarray, it'll take everything they've learned so far for the adventure to come. But with their plan only just coming together and the pirates at each others throats, will they be able to muster it?

The Caliban and its fleet are headed back to Tortuga--but worse for the wear... The Orinoco was as kind in providing treasures as it was cruel in dishing out harm and stress to the crew. As they recover and go over their captives and booty, the crew get a chance to rest and explore themselves a bit. Has the adventure changed them? And what lies over the next horizon?...

Crowe has won his wrestling match against Klaes Gerritzoon, but he wasn't the only one with plans for their encounter--It seems the crew of the Caliban were in the eyes of the Queen of the Sea! With Mary as her unwitting agent, she aims to do something here today... but what? Mortal and immortal danger circles around the crew, but can they contend against forces that have been directing their every step?

In Draketown Crowe is facing one final contest before their long trip to the Orinoco is over--a wrestling match with Klaes Gerritzoon. With Johnny Bibles and the rest of his old crew watching on, Barks tries to rally the pirates to Crowe's cause. Meanwhile in the swamps Mary's effort to sabotage the ships is running into trouble fast as Edge's massive augur is proving a tough thing to get to their ship--she may need to call on another source of aid...

The treasure of the City of Gold is theirs, along with plunder from Horatio's camp--now the only trick will be getting it home... the pirates of Johnny Bible's armada are waiting for them in Draketown, and it'll take a miracle to get them past all those watchful eyes to recover their spies. But if you don't mind being detected...

With a chest of Atlantean treasure and a mysterious obelisk of power, the crew begin preparations for the long journey home. Wounded and harried, they take a moment to relax and heal along the journey home--and contemplate their new plunder...

In the City of Gold, Sorrowful Barks has come to the inner sanctum with Horatio, who eagerly begins his preparation to steal his treasure away from the land of dreams and nightmares. The crew have Brigitte back, thanks to Thomas' quick wits in the Garden of Night--now it's time for them to take the last bit of the journey up the Orinoco to find this lost "City of Gold" that so many have sought before them. The crew are sailing the Orinoco in search for Atlantean gold, but so far the biggest problem they've encountered isn't locals or even demons... it's Englishmen. With Captain Crowe's "response" to the head of the freebooter port of Draketown--that is, shooting them in the face--it's up to Tarquin to set their journey back on sound footing so they can get back to looking for their cursed prize.

Now safely away from Johnny Bibles and with their Atlantean prize in tow, the crew set about preparing for their journey inland to find this lost Atlantean "City of Gold" rumored of in local legends. As they make their way through the Orinoco Delta by a carefully selected route, it'll take every bit of their resources and every ounce of their spirit to bring them together for this mission--for they aren't the only ones come to the Orinoco in search of treasure...

Their battle against the Atlanteans now complete--and their new prize still dangling from their ship--the crews have been blown up the Orinoco River by a supernatural wind. As they survey their flotilla and try to assess the damage, they meet to discuss their future plans and consider their prize... how do you open a submarine full of angry Atlantean foot soldiers?

Crowe's armada has snagged an Atlantean submarine, but reeling it in will be a different matter entirely! As the mysterious craft pulls them across the Caribbean at record pace, Mary and Barks are waiting with the only-slightly-damaged Venganza near one of the mouths of the Orinoco river in Paria Bay near Trinidad. With the help of their new Taino guide Hatuey they have a better chance than ever of finding their prize--but others are looking too...

While Mary and Sorrowful prepare to search for the lost city of Gold in the Orinoco, the crew of the Caliban have a very different challenge ahead: get their old buddy Sam Axe off scott free for borrowing a ship. The puritans of Providence Island have secrets that they guard on this island, secrets that many are eager to steal from them... Will this new alliance succeed? As Sam Axe makes account for himself before the Brothers Pimm Society, the Caliban prepares to take young Gregory to meet his father and make amends for Sam's indiscretion with their ship--and perhaps a promise to help fight the treasure fleet. While Mary and Sorrowful enjoy their nearly bloodless victory on newly retaken Barbados, they encounter evidence that Sorrowful's old tricks may have put Hawley on the tail of something interesting. Meanwhile, flush with plunder from Jamaica, the crew of the Caliban gather around Sam Axe and hear more of his past with this mysterious Brothers Pimm Society.

The two crews are each meeting an unexpected opportunity on their voyages, and must plan quickly lest the chance pass them by. Off the shores of Jamaica the crew of the Caliban listen to young Gregory Pimm tell them of the weakly guarded treasury in Santiago de las Vegas, while in Barbados Sorrowful Barks prepares to confront Henry Hawley again after changing his life during their last meeting...

With the threat of the new Windward Fleet close at hand, the pirates of Tortuga scatter with their ships to scout the incoming treasure fleet--and investigate rumors of Warmgore's crew in the Orinoco. Still shaken from their encounter with the spirit and their ensuing fight, fate has some twists left for them along the way...

While Mary and Thomas worry over a still-unconscious Brigitte, the rest of the crew of the Caliban prepare to seize a Spanish military ship. With the treasure fleet sailing soon, they'll need every edge they can get... and with inside knowledge of a newly inspired Captain Diallo, they hope to pick off a prize while its away from its protection.

With the demon receding into the clouds, the crew of the Caliban have a chance to determine what to do with Brigitte and her mysterious key--but the presence of Don Pedro and Captain Diallo complicate things for Mary. Will her new friend's summoning be punished like Thomas' crimes of old--or will expediency win the day?

Their scouting missions to Cuba complete, the crew head back to Tortuga to meet with the rest of the Bretheren of the Coast--with the head of the Order of Calatrava in Cuba as their prisoner! Don Pedro de Barberana has secrets of Spain's plans for the treasure fleet's passage and much, much more. But with the worst of hurricane season on the horizon, they all know it won't be long before they test their mettle against Spanish steel...

As Captain Crowe and Tarquin approach the mouth of the Mississippi River, they encounter a burning European ship stranded on a sandbar; it'll take quick thinking and bold action to hope to save its crew and what's left of its cargo and complete their own trade mission for the black drink. Meanwhile on the outskirts of Havana Thomas Edge and Mary have just finished their first meeting with Olivia de Haveland--but the pricking of the drop of blood in Sorrowful's veins tells him someone is onto them...

The crew of the Caliban are closing in on a solid lead on the Spanish treasure fleet, but they have meetings to make--and mysterious figures on their tails. Olivia de Haveland's husband is admiral of the fleet in Cuba--but will her old friendship with Sorrowful be enough to make her give up the information they need? 

As the date of the treasure fleet's passage approaches, the crew of the Caliban need information on the fleet's movements if they have any hope of intercepting it. In Santiago, Captain Crowe and Tarquin Cartier hope to find a friendly contact in the local mayor--imperial loyalties be damned. In Havana, Sorrowful draws closer to the home of an old friend now married to the leader of the local fleet, but in this stronghold of Spanish power he, Mary, and Thomas will have to be careful...

As the crew settle the last details of their missions, they begin to wonder at the absence of Sam Axe. Meanwhile Brigitte, Axe's former mage, is off settling accounts of her own. With their new fleet and new allies the pirates are set to take Cuba by storm--but arcane mysteries still nip at their heels...

With Warmgore defeated, the crew return to where their journey began and being to think of the new adventure that awaits them. Captain Crowe faces a hurt and tired crew, and a worried first mate. Mary returns to the site of her former home, now burned, and begins to read her husband's ledger for clues of what to do next--and who she is now. Thomas recognizes the skill Sorrowful has gained and takes him to converse with Norwood about the secrets beneath the sea...

The battle is joined! As boarders leap onto the Virgin Snow seemingly from the sea itself, the Caliban and the Ariel are both closing in... as is William Warmgore and his fleet of pirates, hell-bent on taking the drops of demon's blood Sam Axe and Thomas Edge have collected. With a chance for revenge in their grasp how can they turn away? But what will it cost them--their lives? Their souls?

The thrilling conclusion of season two is here! As the crews reconvene in Bermuda, Mary struggles to keep the flickering flame of her escape attempt lit in the face of Captain Goodrich himself—and a ship full of his loyal sailors. As Barks struggles to learn more about the spirits, Tarquin rushes to tell Thomas about Sam Axe's former employer... but the consequences for Axe's actions are closing in on him faster than he thinks...

Now that Tortuga is in better condition--and the rum is well on its way--Captain Crowe and Sorrowful Barks let their eyes turn northward to Bermuda as they wonder what has become of their crewmates. Thomas Edge and Tarquin Cartier learn something more of their host, Sam Axe... and Mary Tucker, deep in the belly of Captain Goodrich's ship and half-way to London, begins her desperate plan to escape.

The Caliban has finally returned to Tortuga after a long and successful expedition, and both Captain Crowe and Sorrowful Barks are eager to make the most of their newfound allies and supplies. The Virgin Snow makes its way to Bermuda to learn what became of Mary--while Mary herself begins to hatch her plan to escape the clutches of Captain Goodrich before she's returned to London in chains.

While the rest of her crew begin planning their journeys home, Mary Tucker sits in the brig with her hated brother Snapper--both close to the breaking point. But on both the Caliban and Sam Axe's Virgin Snow, the call of supernatural mystery beckons. Both Thomas and Sorrowful want to dive deeper into the mysteries, bound by obligation to their crewmates to press onward. But will the knowledge they gain be enough to help turn the tide?

Long-lost but not forgotten, our tale returns to the island of Bermuda to learn what became of Mary that fateful day that the Tucker's house burned and Captain Goodrich took her captive. Thomas Edge and Tarquin contend with their new Puritan enemies and wily new ally Sam Axe, while the crew of the Caliban celebrate after a narrow escape. Their deeds have not escaped notice...
