This week, Josh and David dive into an ongoing dispute between the Alabama Democratic Party and national Democratic Party over the selection of delegates for the Democratic National Convention, where Vice President Kamala Harris will be nominated next week. The Alabama Democratic Party chairman claims that the DNC's selection of delegates is racially motivated, going so far as to call former Alabama Senator Doug Jones a "Confederate Democrat." So Jones drops in to discuss his take on the fiasco and the Alabama Democratic Party. He emphasizes the need for diversity and unity within the party to build a competitive future. Then Alabama attorney Jack Mooresmith discusses the Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission and its violation of the Alabama Administrative Procedures Act, which has prevented Alabama's medical marijuana system from going into effect. In this week's episode we discuss the latest example of Republicans making a mockery of our judicial system with the confirmation hearings for Amy Coney-Barrett. They said the quiet part out loud folks. They actually think abortion is funny. Last week, Alabama Senator Doug Jones laughed at the question, “should abortion be banned after 5 months?” calling it a stupid question. At the same time in the same state, Representative Rolanda Hollis proposed a law that would require that all men get a vasectomy after they turn 50 or after the birth of their third child. But Rep. Hollis admits that her “vasectomy bill” is a JOKE proposed to neutralize Alabama’s attempted abortion ban in 2019. We will examine why the Left finds abortion so funny and you so stupid.Date: 02/24/20

February 28, 2024In this episode, we discuss a bonkers new ruling out of Alabama that bans fertility procedures like IVF, essentially keeping women who want children from accessing the scientific means to get pregnant. And to make things worse, it is very likely that other red states are likely to follow in Alabama's footsteps, creeping closer and closer to a form of Christian Sharia Law right here in America.
