Earlier this month, Mat argued before the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in the case of Zinski v. Liberty University. It's a case involving Jonathan Zinski, who Mat believes, "... intentionally set up Liberty University to try to take them down." This case could determine the scope of religious liberty protections for faith-based organizations.
