As the team works to find a way to stop Zoom, Doctor Light escapes from her containment cell after Barry was hoping that she would help them stop Zoom. Instead, her Earth-1 counterpart, Linda Park, agrees to help the team by impersonating Doctor Light. Dr. Wells creates a speed dampening serum and the team stages a fight at one of the breaches in order to trick Zoom through. The attempt fails as Zoom knew what they were attempting. Instead, he goes after Linda before fighting Barry. Zoom is much faster and easily bests Barry, showing his defeated, unconscious body to the local news and the police station, before ultimately returning to S.T.A.R. Labs. Zoom stabs Barry with his hand, but Cisco shoots him with the serum, which hurts Zoom but still leaves him with enough speed to escape. Later, Wells reveals that Zoom has his daughter Jesse and he came to Earth-1 to stop Zoom. Barry wakes from his injuries and discovers that he can no longer feel his legs.

On this episode Johnny and Brian share their disdain for when major studios ignore the source material of their favorite comics and tv shows. They also love the casting of Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Negan, and episode 6 of the Flash... Enter Zoom!
Exit all sense of safety, and "Enter Zoom"! Barry believes he can lure Zoom onto his Earth by using Linda Park, dressed as Dr. Light (even if she is really horrible at shooting cardboard cutouts.) Nothing's ever easy, so of course, they fail. Cisco is trying his best to "vibe" Dr. Wells in an effort to find out what's really going on, and discovers that Harry has a daughter, and she's being held by Zoom. But just when their guard has been let down, Zoom arrives and easily wreaks havoc on any hope they may have had. Barry is down for the count and our jaws are on the floor. Jay and Josh look vigilantly for the escaped Dr. Light on this week's Scarlet Velocity: A Flash Podcast!

"EPIC" "I almost cried" "I'm still too out of breath from the final 10 minutes of this week's episode" "Those last ten minutes scared the BLEEP out of me." For the tenth episode of the Legends of Tomorrow Podcast, co-hosts Kat Calamia and Gregg Katzman share their thoughts on the Arrow episode "Lost Souls". The dilemma over in Central City had no connection to Legends of Tomorrow, but it was so awesome that they simply couldn't resist discussing it! "Lost Soul" is an important episode for The CW's upcoming spin-off series Legends of Tomorrow because it has plot progression with two key characters: Brandon Routh's Ray Palmer a.k.a. The Atom and Caity Lotz's Sara Lance a.k.a. Canary. There was also a lot of focus on Olicity, and a little bit of attention given to Willa Holland's Thea Queen a.k.a. Speedy/Red Arrow. Zoom is a bonafide badass. No doubt about it, he poses a far greater threat to Barry and everyone at STAR Labs than Harrison Wells did in season 1. There's no hiding in the shadows for this villain, and in this episode he finally showed that he's not afraid to do his own dirty work. And that's pretty much all that happened in this episode, right? Right? Sigh...not exactly, but the rest of the episode was a bit of a letdown.
