This is a big, big subject...and one which affects ALL of us. As you'll hear Gwyneth Moss explain, we all picked up limiting beliefs when we were very young children. These limiting beliefs (also known as "false truths") are often what are sabotaging us as adults. In this exceptionally eye-opening conversation, you'll learn how false truths dictate our thoughts, behaviours and life choices...without us even being aware of them. I can wholeheartedly say that this conversation might just change your life. I've been fortunate to have trained in EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) with Gwyneth and am excited to share her straight-talking wisdom with you for a second time on this podcast. Gwyneth teaches people how to use tapping to help themselves, to help others, to help children and even to help animals. EFT tapping has opened up an endless journey of curiosity for her, to which she brings her Cambridge degree in physics, her Northern common sense - and a lifetime of exploring the world and its people. Gwyneth is currently training an NHS mental health team in EFT. Find out more about her work at https://efthelps.com. The most common reason that most people don't tap on their own is because they don't know what words to say. Nearly everyone is taught to tap using words, so this preoccupation is understandable. In this podcast Gwyneth Moss and I have a conversation that has completely changed the way that I teach tapping and how I encourage most people to tap on their own. The best part about it is that it doesn't require you to come up with any words or phrases, which makes it easier to tap. Much of what Gwyneth Moss talks about in this interview is based on Gunilla Hamne and Ulf Sandström's Trauma Tapping Technique (TTT). You can find out more about TTT by visiting their website peacefulheart.se. Download the Traffic Light Tapping Handout that Gwyneth talks about during the interview. Support the podcast! One of my favorite parts of the tapping community is people's willingness to share their experience and expertise. A few months ago I sent an email to a number of practitioners I admire and asked them if they would be willing to share their wisdom about the following: What lessons have clients taught you about healing? What is something you have changed your mind about when it comes to healing, working with clients, or your own transformation process? If you were to start your own healing journey over again, what would you do differently? What is one thing you wish your clients believed about themselves? What is one thing you wish your clients believed about the healing process? I received some wonderful responses from Kim D'Eramo, Alan Davidson, Jondi Whitis, Robin Bilazarian, Kris Ferraro, Gwyneth Moss, Deborah D Miller, Jake Khym, Tania A Prince, Ange Finn, Nancy Forester, Peta Stapleton, Julie Schiffman, Steve Wells, and Mary Ayers. You can read all their answers (and soak up their wisdom) right here. Reading through all of these amazing answers gave me the opportunity to reflect on those questions myself. In this week's podcast I share my own answers to the five questions. These lessons are just a taste of what I will be teaching in my Mastering the Art of Delivery training. If you join us, you will get more out of your tapping while working with clients and while tapping on your own. Use the coupon code "podcast" for 50% off the registration. Support the podcast! In this podcast, Heather Carter, EFT practitioner from England, works with me using the three-part model of surrogate tapping as taught by Gwyneth Moss. Support the podcast! One the main reasons that we don't do the tapping we know would be useful is that we don't know where to begin. We have a general idea that something isn't right, but we can't quite put our finger on it. When we are in this situation tapping feels like a giant waste of time. This week I have a conversation with EFT Founding Master Gwyneth Moss about what to do when we don't know what to tap on or where to start. If you follow her simple advice, you will make great progress with your tapping! In this episode Frances Goodall talks about how EFT can be a powerful tool when it comes to dealing with chronic illness. She talks about her own experience with illness. She talks about her eight step process for overcoming chronic illness. Guest: Frances Goodall Contact Frances Goodall: Website: www.francesgoodall.com Facebook: Frances-Goodall Contact Women's Wellness Circle: Website: www.womenswellnesscircle.com Facebook: TheWomensWellnessCircle About: Frances is an AAMET Accredited Master Emotional Freedom Technique Trainer and Advanced Practitioner, an Official Amygdala Retraining Coach at Gupta Amygdala Retraining, an NLP Master Practitioner, Life Coach and Hypnotherapist, a Bowen and Emmett Technique Practitioner and Holistic Therapeutic Massage Therapist. The essential joy of Frances' work comes from sharing what she learnt – and is still learning – from sixteen years of personal growth and healing. Between the ages of nineteen and twenty-four, shortly after Frances had become interested in meditation, Buddhism and Yoga, Frances found out she had ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). At her worse she was housebound with severe mental and physical fatigue, headaches and dizziness. Frances explored many healing methods including mindfulness, meditation, Yoga, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and receiving bodywork – such as the Bowen Technique – to eventually make a full recovery. Her need for awareness and growth was accelerated during this time and she was stretched on all levels. Ultimately Frances needed to learn various lessons to be fully well again. You can read Frances' full story including spiritual crisis and kundalini awakening in her new book 'You Can Heal Chronic Illness, The Lotus Process: 8 Steps to Health and Happiness' which is available on Amazon. It was both a deeply transformative and at times arduous journey, ranging from the depths of despair; to experiences of radiant healing energy flowing through my body. In 2005, when Frances was twenty-three, she began training in several holistic healing modalities and launched her integrated therapy business in 2006. Since Frances' health recovery she has also ran a couple of half-marathons and in 2014 she became a mother to my son, Leo. Frances has practiced as a Bowen Technique Therapist since 2005. Frances went on to train in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Life Coaching. Frances has been an official coach with Gupta Amygdala Retraining since 2010, supporting people with ME/CFS/FMS and MCS to make a full recovery. Frances became passionate about EFT and deepened this practice with further study and thousands of hours of client experience. Frances studied to be an EFT Trainer in 2012 with Gwyneth Moss and now offers EFT trainings in Sheffield, UK Frances is committed to continual CPD and supervision of her work to ensure she is always learning, growing and developing, and offering the best to clients that she can. Frances co-founded The Women's Wellness Circle in 2015 to combine the healing effects of women's circles with tools such as EFT. May all people everywhere know the ease and lightness that is possible in this precious human experience, and may my offering, in whatever small ways, be a part of this.

[33% Off Pain Relief Miracle] The first set of EFT training videos were recorded by Gary Craig over 20 years ago. Gary developed EFT after he trained with Roger Callahan in the tapping protocol Thought Field Therapy, which was developed 10 years prior to that. In the last 30 years there have been many names for and many presentations of tapping. This week I have a conversation with Gwyneth Moss about whether or not there are right or wrong ways to do tapping. Social Anxiety Solutions - your journey to social confidence!
"You’re not born with social anxiety, it is learned" The words of Gwyneth Moss, an EFT Master (one of the only 29 worldwide) who holds certificates in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and the Human Givens approach to Psychotherapy. She's studied the works of Dr Robert Scaer, a leader in the field of trauma research. She shares: If the way you’re behaving, thinking or feeling doesn’t fit what is happening in the here and now, when you’re not feeling calm for no reason, when you can’t think straight in a situation, or when you can’t act sensibly and resourcefully... ...you’re being affected by your past! She shares in simple terms how our past affects our day to day experiences and how we can use EFT to release the hold the past has on us, so that we can free ourselves and live lives of calm confidence. She shared how you go from re-living your past to re-telling it; no longer being emotionally connected to your past, being able to live in the now. QUOTE: With social anxiety your animal brain is going “it’s not safe, it’s not safe!” and your thinking brain is trying to go “yes it is, it’s ok” , but there is no trust and the two are going in opposite directions. And your animal brain always wins because it’s mission is your protection and your pleasure. It wants to protect you and keep you safe. It doesn’t trust the thinking mind cause the thinking mind is slow. If you were in real danger you need your animal instincts to keep you safe. In real danger you don’t have time to think. When there is any sense of danger the animal brain does not trust the thinking brain. EFT is therapy for your inner animal brain. Overcoming social anxiety is not about your thinking brain, it’s not what you think. It’s about your physical animal you, and helping that to feel safe. Between the bonus podcasts and the full show I have shared over 200 podcasts! It has been an amazing journey. I would like to thank all the guests. None of the guests was paid for their contribution. I feel so blessed that they were willing to share their time and their information and wisdom. As the person who had a front row seat for the full catalog I know my life is richer because of it. Recently, I was chatting with Gwyneth Moss and she asked if she could interview me about what I learned from doing 200 podcasts. That is the interview I am sharing this week.
We hear it over and over again in our tapping training. “The more specific you are with your issue, the more effective the healing will be.” “The earlier the memory you can find related to the issue, the faster you will be able to release it.” For the most part these statements are true, but what happens when you are dealing with something general, like low self-esteem, or you are working on an issue without any memories attached to it? This week I talk with Gwyneth Moss who has developed a gentle technique for getting in touch with our younger selves in a way that allows us to do healing work without having to know specific memories.
Knowing how to tap is not enough. We need to have a plan when we approach an issue. In this interview, Founding EFT Master Gwyneth Moss shares a simple and elegant approach that you can use for every tapping session. Whether you are new to tapping or have been tapping for decades you will find this 4-step approach useful and it is so easy you can start using it immediately.
We do not live in a vacuum. Not only do the choices we make impact others (and vice versa) in the moment, but there is also a lasting impact from the relationships we have had in the past. Some of these relationships have obvious deep impact, while others affect us in ways of which we are unaware. In this interview I talk to Gwyneth Moss about a new approach that she uses in helping people to understand and unpack the web of life. This is a tool that she uses only occasionally because of the unique circumstances required to execute it well. Even though this is something that you won't reproduce there are many lessons to be learned that you can add to your own tapping right away.
One of the questions I get the most often into the site is about surrogate tapping. In this interview Gwyneth explains how she came to understand the power of surrogate tapping and a very elegant three step approach that anyone can do any time. Over the course of the interview we talk about surrogate tapping for animals as well as people. We even spend a little time talking about if we need to get permission to tap surrogately for someone else.
Trauma is one of the words that we throw around when talking about difficult times. In this interview I talk with EFT Master Gwyneth Moss about the true nature of trauma. She very succinctly explains how we experience trauma and how to deal with it. Trauma is not about something that happens, but the after effects, and when we understand its true nature we are much more likely to be able to heal. This is one of those interviews that is worth listening to a number of times.
