Leaders must move beyond short-term hiring fixes and focus on long-term workforce redesign, redeployment, and internal talent mobility.Burnout Is an Organizational Risk Burnout is no longer framed as an individual resilience issue. The team discusses why burnout is increasingly viewed as a system failure—one that impacts safety, engagement, retention, and financial performance across health systems.Upskilling Is the New Retention Strategy Degree pathways, certifications, and employer-funded education are emerging as the most powerful retention tools. Developing internal talent is no longer optional—it's essential to sustainability.AI in Healthcare HR Is Moving Faster Than Governance From recruiting and scheduling to workforce analytics and productivity modeling, AI adoption is accelerating. The challenge? Governance, bias controls, and leadership readiness are lagging behind the technology. The Expiration of ACA Subsidies and Its Ripple Effects One of the most urgent discussions centers on the recent expiration of ACA subsidies. The group breaks down what this means for hospital finances, emergency department utilization, workforce planning, and HR budgets in 2026 and beyond. Why This Episode MattersThis isn't just a look back—it's a clear-eyed look forward. Episode 200 challenges healthcare HR leaders to think systemically, plan strategically, and step confidently into their role as operational leaders during a time of unprecedented change.Whether you're focused on workforce planning, employee engagement, AI strategy, or healthcare policy impacts, this episode delivers perspective you can use immediately. We just hit 200 episodes, and I wanted to do something different. Instead of one conversation, I'm counting down the 10 moments that have shaped the BraveCo community the most. These are the clips that hit men in the chest, brought real change into marriages, and reminded us what it means to live with a whole heart. In this episode, you'll hear why vulnerability isn't weakness, and why hiding doesn't make us strong. We talk about relationships and dating without all the pressure, what courage really is, and how the presence of God becomes an anchor when you're wrecked on the inside. We also go straight at the stuff men don't want to talk about: anxiety, the lies playing on repeat in your head, and how addiction is often a symptom of pain that never got a voice. Here's the links to the TOP 10 from our 200 Episodes: Number 1 - John Eldredge: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tOg88tcR1ggNumber 2 - Carl Lentz: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5e3vtBK3eS4&authuser=0Number 3- Sathiya: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EY02c6mUukg&authuser=0Number 4 - Dr. John Delony: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_aAq04ebRFI&authuser=0Number 5 - Kris Vallotton: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6_Yl7vW3t8&authuser=0Number 6 - Todd Pierce: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GLIjbpN9gY&authuser=0Number 7 - Michael Koulianos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VYpmAYFRYJY&authuser=0Number 8 - Danny Silk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMEUtdpTyl0Number 9 - Alley Vallotton: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aicz5scd03w&authuser=0Number 10 - Abi Stumvoll: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DBxCIvnFPGMChapter:00:00 - 200 Episodes: 10 Moments That Shaped BraveCo01:17 - #10 Brian Johnson: Vulnerability Isn't Weakness 04:03 - #9 AlleyVallotton: Dating Without Pressure (Boundaries & Clarity)06:23 - #8 Danny Silk: Courage, Story, and the Call to Rise 10:22 - #7 Michael Koulianos: Weakness, Pain, and the Nearness of God 12:24 - #6 Todd Pierce: Courage and the Fight Every Man Faces 15:16 - #5 Kris Vallotton: Weaponized Meditation & Spiritual Warfare 17:22 - #4 John Delony: Exposing the Lies Behind Anxiety 19:26 - #3 Sathiya: The Pain Beneath Porn and Addiction 22:14 - #2 Carl Lentz: Truth, Infidelity, and Rebuilding Trust 24:55 - #1 John Eldredge: Strength on Behalf of OthersCONNECT WITH BRAVECOJoin Our Free Community for Men (ladies, sign up your man): https://www.braveco.orgFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/braveco.menInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/braveco.men/Shop: https://shop.braveco.org/ ABOUT BRAVECO: We live in a time where men are hunting for the truth and looking for the codebook to manhood. To Everything a Season: Lutheran Reflections Through the Church Year
We celebrate the 200th episode of Lutheran Reflections by inviting viewers to join us live on stream for an "ask us anything" session.
Celebrating the 200th episode, I'm digging into the two myths you voted for: the idea that harm doesn't count if it wasn't intended, and the belief that experience automatically makes someone safe. These show up everywhere, and they shape how people trust, how they explain discomfort, and how they excuse behavior without even realizing it. In this episode, I'm breaking down why these myths stick around, how they actually play out in real dynamics, and what matters more than intention or years in the lifestyle. If you've ever wondered whether your reaction was valid, or whether someone's “history” should mean anything, this conversation will help you sort through it.Continue the discussion on Fetlife: @Enhanced-MindDon't forget to hit the follow button and rate my show 5 stars so others may find it. This week we're back at Skyland Cannabis Co. to bring you a very important conversation about the changing landscape of the hemp industry in the U.S. We are in unfortunate times; Senator Turtle Neck introduced new legislation that effectively kills the entire hemp industry. This change in legislation will affect 100k+ individuals and families across the U.S. by essentially stripping their careers from under their feet. Just like any industry there are bad actors and we see this all the time on both the METRC and traditional markets. That being said; the businesses that do a good job in the hemp space are ones that are essential for bringing access to clean, quality cannabis to many people who would otherwise have questionable access. While you can never stop cannabis from existing, the choices that people have in places where it is technically illegal are not conducive to the health of the consumer. With places like Skyland Cannabis Co. however, they set the standard for quality control in their community, and with this new bill, their company is in jeopardy. Birds, it's our 200th episode, can you cope?!To celebrate the big podcast milestone Charleen and Ellie are taking a trip down memory lane. We're talking the best guests, the live shows, the breakups, the chaos and every unhinged moment in between. The girls laugh at some of their 'best bit' clips, hear your gorgeous messages and even get a special message from their parents. Yes, there were tears. And of course, it wouldn't be a HMD episode without your dilemmas. We've got a juicy Red Flag Radar and a chaotic Secrets From the Stalls, which had the girls doubling down on their opinions on period sex, and resulted in them telling a listener to bin that man immediately! Thank you for listening, for crying with us, for laughing with us, and for holding our drink for 200 episodes. Here's to 200 more.

Happy 200th episode to all of us! We cannot believe it! In this fun conversation, we laugh and reminisce our way through some of our early days and how we even got here. So many of you have been right there with us the whole time, and this episode is dedicated to each and every one of you, regardless of how long you have listened. We love y'all so much! We hope that with each and every episode, you will find us talking about Jesus while also learning, being challenged, and growing together while loving and laughing about what makes up our everyday lives. We are so thankful Jesus is right there with us in the middle of it all. We want to hear from you! How long have you listened to the podcast? What have you enjoyed or want to hear more of? Do you have a favorite episode? What guests would you like to hear from next? Some of our favorite quotes from this episode: "You just start somewhere and you figure it out. There were stories to be told and we had lots of things to say. We just showed up and started talking." Fran "The consistent thing in every episode is we will always talk about the Lord and also the fun and ridiculous things in our lives. We have stayed true to who we are. There is a zero percent chance we will ever be too serious." Fran "Whatever hard thing you are doing, take time to celebrate the wins, no matter how big or small." Angela "Maybe you've said 'no' to something and you need to rethink it. Be brave enough to see what the Lord can do when you step outside your comfort zone." Angela Giddy Up, Eunice: Because Women Need Each Other! by Sophie Hudson October memory verse: 2 Timothy 1:7 "For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control]." 200th Episode!! ;() Part 3: 2 Chron 8: 1-18: Solomon's additional achievements! I am not a Pastor, and agree with God's word that women are not supposed to be Pastors. However, all people are called to share the gospel. It is perfectly acceptable and Biblical for women to lead Bibles studies outside the church as an ancillary addition to the church, and especially if it is a viable avenue for study of the Word on a daily basis, like I'm doing on this show, and paving the way for all of us to be closer to the Lord and become more knowledgeable of the Bible. William's back for the 200th episode with a super-secret special guest!
Can you believe we've made it to 200 episodes of the Herbs with Rosalee podcast?! Week after week, I get to sit in the host's chair—asking the questions, guiding the conversation, and shining the spotlight on other herbalists (and the plants we love). Honestly, it's one of my favorite things to do.So when we realized the 200th episode was coming up, we knew it had to be something different. At first, someone suggested I should be the one in the hot seat. My reaction? Hard no. Absolutely not.But the idea kept tugging at me… and eventually, I caved. And! If anyone was going to flip the script and interview me, it had to be my dear friend Mason Hutchison from HerbRally. Not only do I love his hosting skills, Mason knows me better than most people on this planet—which meant he could ask the kinds of questions I'd never think to ask myself. And wow… he did.We laughed over bloopers, looked back at how the show has grown, and talked about the ways podcasting has stretched me—not just as an herbalist, but as a person.I shared stories about my ever-evolving plant path—from activism, to my early days with herbs, to how UTIs (yes, really!) shaped my herbal journey in surprising ways. We also pulled back the curtain on what goes into producing this podcast, and chatted about some of the threads that run through my life right now: walking, strength training, friendship, grief, and resilience. There are also a few surprises in there - one that left me in tears. But! No spoilers! You'll just have to watch the show. (And I DO recommend watching this one as there's lots of entertaining b-roll going on.)It was one of those conversations that felt both light and deep at the same time. I'm so grateful to share it with you—and to be celebrating 200 episodes together. Here's a peek at what we covered:► Why most podcasts don't make it past seven episodes—and what it really took for me to reach 200► How creating a podcast has shaped me as an herbalist and educator► The behind-the-scenes teamwork that goes into every single episode► How my dad's adventurous spirit and my mom's ethnobotanical work continue to shape my life today► How getting arrested as a young activist eventually led me deeper into herbalism (and guided me toward a gentler, less in-your-face approach to bringing herbalism to people!)► and so much more…For this episode, I also have to give a big shout-out to YOU. Truly, this podcast wouldn't exist without you listening, sharing, and showing up week after week. Your enthusiasm for the show is what keeps me going. And a special thank-you to all of my students here at Herbs with Rosalee—you make it possible for us to keep producing the podcast. An extra-special nod goes to our Podcast Circle members, whose direct support means so much. I'm so grateful for each and every one of you.----Get full show notes, transcript, and more information at: herbswithrosaleepodcast.comYou can find Mason at HerbRally.com.For more behind-the-scenes of this podcast, follow @rosaleedelaforet on Instagram!Working successfully with herbs requires three essential skills.
