Hope Nicholls was the lead singer of the band Fetchin Bones who were at the forefront of the college rock radio scene in the 80's. They're credited with being grungy years before grunge and were hailed for their electrifying live shows while opening for the likes of R.E.M., The Replacements and The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Hope continued to front bands including Snagglepuss, Sugarsmack and her current outfit It's Snakes --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
Led by vocalist/human tornado Hope Nicholls, North Carolina's Fetchin Bones regularly conjured enough onstage electricity to power Santa Monica.
