With the 3 major cycling events of the summer cancelled (Jayco Herald Sun Tour, Tour Downunder & Cadel Evans Road Race), how big of a blow is that to the sport of cycling in Australia? When sports are fighting for airtime and eyeballs, is cycling in danger of falling even further behind? Could the events potentially be moved to a winter timeslot?
We chat with Aussie Cofidis rider Nathan Haas about his ten years competing at the top level in World cycling. Nathan burst onto the scene back in 2011 winning the Jayco Herald Sun Tour and then the Japan Cup and hasn't looked back since.
