As we’re beginning to finally start enjoying the Fall season - with the exception of a pesky sinus infection - the changing of the leaves and the dropping of temperatures can only mean one thing … new releases! While we may not be getting the same type of new releases this year as we did in 2015, it’s an exciting time for the toys-to-life community nonetheless. Not every launch can be perfectly smooth though, and even though LEGO Dimensions promises to “break the rules,” Wave 6 seems to breaking more than the rules, unfortunately.     We start off with some typical banter before getting down to the nitty gritty of discussing all the news from the previous week. First, we talk about some Disney Infinity news, and it’s quite bittersweet to have that franchise back on the show. Then we hype up the Customs for a Cure custom amiibo charity auction hosted by Nintendo Wire. We discuss the continued awesomeness of the Lightseekers team and their continued communication with the community. We jump over to Skylanders and talk about some cool bundles available now and some crazy blunders by Activision. Finally, we break down the launch of LEGO Dimensions Wave 6 - both the good and the bad.     From there we grabbed our Pumpkin Spice Lattes, read the #CommunityQuestion and awarded a listener a cool prize for having the Response of the Week. Then we tried to stump the expert with a trivia question submitted by the community for the Inquire This! segment.
