Parents of under-fives in England are to be offered official advice on how long their children should spend watching TV or looking at computer screens. Once upon a time, there was an old farmer who had several sons. The sons were strong and hard-working, but they had one big problem: they were always fighting with each other. They argued about everything, from who should do the chores to who was the smartest.The father was worried. We dive into practical frameworks, including: Creating daily non-negotiables, as winners don't negotiate with themselves. Building a calendar that reflects your true priorities. Avoiding and eliminating energy leaks and distractions that drain your momentum. Upgrading your environment, your inputs, and the people around you. Installing weekly and quarterly review systems so you fall to your systems, not your excuses.
