Introduction: Time: 0.11 - 2.07 हाल ही में हमने 2 ऐसे केस देखे जहाँ सांप्रदायिक मुठभेड़ के बाद सरकार ने लोगों के घरों पर bulldozer चलवा दिया। मध्य प्रदेश के खरगोन और दिल्ली के जहांगीरपुरी में BJP सरकार के अधीन काम कर रही MCD Mayor Iqbal Singh ने इस ‘Bulldozer कार्यवाही' को 'routine work' का नाम दिया है। मगर इस पर कई सवाल हैं जो आपको और हमें भारत के नागरिक होने के नाते पूछने होंगे। क्या अतिक्रमण केवल इन्ही इलाकों में हो रहा है। मुख्यतः जो घर टूटे हैं, वो मुसलमानों के हैं, मगर वीडियो और फोटो में साफ़ नज़र आया कि शोभायात्रा के दौरान तलवारों और गानों से लोगों को उकसाया गया। मस्जिदों पर भगवा झंडे लहराए गए। तो क्या इंसान डिफेन्स भी न करे? और सबसे बड़ा सवाल ये है कि क्या यूँ कभी भी कल को बुलडोज़र आकर किसी का भी पसीने से बना बनाया मकान तोड़ सकता है? कल को आपके घर के सामने अगर Bulldozer आ जाता है, तो आप क्या करेंगी? भारतीय नागरिक होने के नाते, आपके क्या हक़ हैं, क्या सरकार इतनी आसानी से अतिक्रमण के नाम पर या हिंसा के नाम पर घर तोड़ सकती है? इसी पर आज के FYI में हम चर्चा करेंगे। Body: Time: 2.08 -  नमस्कार आदाब सत्श्रीअकाल, मैं हूँ Sahiba Khan और आप सुन रहे हैं अपना favourite ABP Live Podcast - FYI - बोले तो For Your Information. तो हुआ यूँ कि मुठभेड़ के बाद दिल्ली BJP चीफ Adesh Gupta ने उत्तर डिल्ली के मेयर को पात्र लिखा कि Jahangirpuri में गिरफ्तार किये गए लोगों के अवैध अतिक्रमण identify किये जाएं और उन पर बुलडोज़र चलाये जाएं।  जहाँ उत्तर दिल्ली के मेयर ने ये कह कर बात टाल दी कि ये तो हमारा ‘routine work' है, वहीं वरिष्ठ वकील Dushyant Dave ने इस मामले को Supreme Court के सामने उठाते हुए इसे ‘पूरी तरह से असंवैधानिक और अवैध' बताया है. आपको बताती चलूँ कि Supreme Court ने भी इस bulldozer कार्यवाही पर stay order दिया था, कहा था की फ़िलहाल आप ये नहीं कर सकते, जैसा चल रहा है चलने दें। मगर BJP ने कहा कि उनके पास order अभी तक पहुंचा ही नहीं है। ऐसे cases में आप तक लिखित में आर्डर पहुंचना अनिवार्य नहीं है. अगर एक बार कोर्ट ने फैसला कर दिया है तो उसे आप final ही समझें। मगर यहाँ पर Supreme Court के फैसले की भी बे-अदबी की गई और जब तक Brinda Karat ने बुलडोज़र के सामने कोर्ट आर्डर नहीं दे मारा, बुलडोज़र रुका नहीं। यही कुछ मध्य प्रदेश के खरगोन में हुआ। वहां की सत्तारूढ़ BJP सरकार ने कहा कि इससे दंगाई सबक सीखेंगे। मगर कौन फैसला करेगा कि वो दंगाई हैं भी या नहीं? आप ही ने फैसला कर दिया और आप ही अदालत हैं। एक सभ लोकतंत्र में ऐसी बातें होना लोकतंत्र की बेअदबी है। तो भाई सवाल कई हैं और जवाब नहीं हैं। इसलिए हमने बात की एक्सपर्ट से। हमारी बात हुई इस केस में गणेश गुप्ता के लिए याचिका दायर करने वाले वकील Anas Tanvir से। इस अवैध अतिक्रमण के चक्कर में गणेश की दुकान भी टूटी। गणेश पूछ रहे हैं सरकार से कि उनकी दुकान को क्यों तोड़ा गया जबकि उन्होंने दंगा भी नहीं किया था। Anas से जानेंगे कि क्या बुलडोज़र ऐसे कभी भी आकर घर तोड़ सकता है, और बुलडोज़र वाली कार्यवाही का असल process क्या होता है। क्या किसी भी हाल में बुल्ल्ड़ज़ोर चलना ठीक है? कौन फैसला करता है दंगाई होने न होने का और अगर कोई दंगाई है भी, तो क्या यूँ उसका घर तोडना सरकार के लिए कहाँ तक सही है।  Hi Anas, स्वागत है आपका हमारे podcast पर 4.45 - 16.10 Conclusion: Time: 16.11 - 18.15 तो ये थे Supreme Court के on the record वकील Anas Tanvir और इन्होंने हमें काफी साफ़ तौर पर भारत के कानून समझाए, बताया कि कैसे आप कभी भी जा कर कसी का घर-मकान नहीं तोड़ सकते। मेरी माँ बताती है कि एक ज़माना ऐसा था कि बैंक वाले भी आपके घर पर लोगों को लोन का पैसा लेने के लिए नहीं भेजते थे। आपके नाम पर सिर्फ पात्र आया करते थे। ऐसा मानना था कि जान पैसे से ज़्यादा बढ़ कर है। अगर बेइज़्ज़ती की वजह से उस इंसान को कुछ हो गया, या उसने आत्महत्या करने की सोची तो जवाबदेही बैंक वालों की होगी। और आज, आज बिना किसी कार्यवाही के, बिना किसी ठोस सबूत या process के आप लोगों को दंगाई घोषित कर देते हैं और अगले ही दिन उनके घर तबाह कर देते हैं - वो घर जो उन्होंने सालों की कमाई जोड़-जोड़ कर बनाये। ये वो लोग नहीं जो आलीशान बंगलों और colonies में रहते हैं। ये वो लोग हैं जो दिन की 2 रोटी के लिए भी रात-रात भर काम करते हैं। ये समझने के लिए कि ये बुलडोज़र कार्यवाही कितनी हानिकारण साबित हो सकती है, हमें और आपको हिन्दू या मुस्लमान नहीं बल्कि सिर्फ इंसान होना होगा। जानकारों का कहना है कि ये नैतिक और कानूनी, दोनों तौर पर गलत है। मगर फिर भी अगर ये हो रहा है तो ये हमारा और आपके जैसे नागरिकों का फ़र्ज़ है कि हम कुछ नहीं तो सवाल तो करें, जवाबदेही तो मांगे। Rahat Indori साहब सही कह गए  “लगेगी आग तो आएंगे घर कई जद में, यहां पे सिर्फ हमारा मकान थोड़ी है” मैं हूँ Sahiba Khan, पॉडकास्ट की sound-designing की है lalit ने और आप सुन रहे थे ABP Live Podcast की पेशकश - FYI  Host and Producer: @jhansiserani Sound designer: @lalit1121992 Guest: @Vakeel_Sb

Rahat Indori is a well-renowned Urdu shayar and lyricist. He was born in 1950 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh and passed away on 11th August 2020. When he was just 10 years old due to financial difficulties he took the job of a “sign painter” He worked hard and completed his MA in Urdu literature from Bhopal and then went on to complete his doctorate(PhD) from Bhuj University of Madhya Pradesh. He had a phenomenal journey from being a painter to a professor. He was extremely popular in mushairas and was treated like a rock star. Well-known Urdu poet Rahat Indori, who had tested positive for coronavirus infection, passed away. At an Indore hospital on Tuesday after suffering two heart attacks, said doctors treating him. Rahat Indori was 70 years old. “He suffered two heart attacks today and could not be saved. He was admitted to hospital on Sunday, after testing positive for coronavirus infection.
