A very honest, considered & motivating conversation with today's guest, James Blackwell. James Blackwell is an expert recruitment mentor, owning both a 7-figure recruitment agency specialising in the tech space, and his online education company, The Agency Blueprint. Born and raised in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, James started his recruitment career in 2010 working for Frank International . Over the course of the next 12 years, he moved from a trainee to a high performing recruiter, smashing every target along the way. In 2015, James left the comfort and security of his recruitment role to start up the Ronald James Group; with nothing more than a £10,000 credit card limit and the drive to make his agency a success. Over the last 7 years, Ronald James has scaled to over £1.5m a year with a team of 10 employees, and is now a well-oiled machine that functions without him in the day-to-day activities. Having invested well over £300,000 in his education and personal development, James now runs both of his 7 figure businesses remotely from Dubai, and has set his sights on new heights over the coming years. We talk through the journey, the early days, the motivations and ambitions – who do you need around you? What do you need to do? A fantastic podcast episode, with huge amounts of value – tune in and let me know what you think. In this giant-sized episode, Erin Oliver-James and Ronald James help clean up after recent horrific events in the world of Jimmy and Kim. Have a smoke on the balcony and get ready for a detailed dissection of "Fun and Games," the deceptively-titled installment of Better Call Saul that answers several long-running plot questions in typically heartbreaking fashion (and gives us a combover for the ages).
