Nintendo had it's quarterly financial briefing this week with it's shareholders, and the resulting Q & A session had some insightful stuff. For instance, they want to release 20-30 indie games A WEEK. They also have a lot more to release this year, and a lot more to announce with Switch Online. There is a Switch UI mockup floating around that has some interesting ideas. ArenaNet fires Guild Wars 2 writer for twitter controversy. Fans think that Mario Tennis Aces was a "Lazy" development job. San Diego Comic Con is going to have some GREAT exclusive toys. Lando is BACK in Star Wars Episode IX. There is an awful looking Mortal Kombat movie reboot in the works. WWE 2K will NOT be on the Switch this year. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is getting an expansion season pass and the Switch UI and console details have leaked - let's talk about that! CHOO CHOO!

We're back to normal this week, neither of us are ill, it isn't game night and we're ready to talk about some games mate. This week, we try to resolve the age old dispute – Steering wheel stand or Rice cooker? Ash has been installing windows applications, and reliving his yoot with a collection of 90s and 00s punk pop classics. We've talk of PES, Deus Ex's rubbish ending, and does anyone actually give a toss about Watchdogs 2? More interestingly, the Switch UI looks like the UI of a games console, Mass Effect Andromeda is on access, and Lord of Games (the boy Phil) has been playing on his brand new games console, named after a snake or something. Finally, Funk wants to know what we'll be playing in the future, Chris has switched to a proper football game, and Mel has some very strong thoughts about what some considered the game of 2016.
