In today’s powerful and vulnerable conversation, Drs. Zach & Tim Clinton sit down with Joshua Broome to briefly unpack his incredible testimony which includes a journey from being one of the most recognizable faces in the adult film industry to finding true identity, healing, and purpose in Jesus Christ. Together they discuss the devastating effects of pornography and sexual compulsivity/addiction on individuals, relationships, and our culture at large. Joshua shares not only his story but also his passion to help others break free from the chains that once held him captive. This is why in today’s conversation they announce the launch of a brand-new initiative at the American Association of Christian Counselors titled: Walk Worthy. This is an initiative that Joshua will lead moving forward geared toward equipping the church and Christian counselors with resources, training, and discipleship strategies aimed at helping men and women pursue sexual purity, integrity, and deep spiritual formation. Pornography and sexual addiction aren’t fringe issues…they’re mainstream, widespread, and silently destroying countless lives. This conversation is a reminder that hope, healing, and holiness are possible through Christ, and that the church must be a safe, equipped place for those seeking freedom. Ephesians 4:1-16 Gracious Unity (vv. 1-6) A worthy walk Loneliness Gentleness Patience Endurance A unified work One body One Spirit One hope One Lord One faith One baptism One God Gifted Diversity (vv. 7-16) Gifted people Apostles Prophets Evangelists Pastors/teachers Gifting purpose Unified knowledge Stabilized maturity Integrated growth More To Consider All of Pauls letters contain a beautiful balance between doctrine and duty, and Ephesians is the perfect example. The first three chapters deal with doctrine, our riches in Christ, while the last three chapters explain duty, our responsibilities in Christ. The key word in this last half of the book is walk (Eph. 4:1, 17; 5:2, 8, 15), while the key idea in the first half is wealth. In these last three chapters, Paul admonishes us to walk in unity (Eph. 4:116), purity (Eph. 4:175:17), harmony (Eph. 5:186:9), and victory (Eph. 6:1024). Wiersbe, W. W. (1996). The Bible exposition commentary (Vol. 2, p. 34). Victor Books. Attitudes of humility, gentleness, and patience foster unity among Christians. Having stated these three virtues, Paul then stated the manner in which they are to be carried out in ones conduct: bearing with one another in love and making every effort (the Gr. has a, making every diligent effort) to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. Christians are not to make unity but to keep or guard what God made in creating the one new man (Eph. 2:1516). They are to keep this unity through the bond which consists of peace. Concern for peace will mean that Christians will lovingly tolerate each other, even when they have differences. Hoehner, H. W. (1985). Ephesians. In J. F. Walvoord R. B. Zuck (Eds.), The Bible Knowledge Commentary: An Exposition of the Scriptures (Vol. 2, p. 633). Victor Books. "The society into which the Christian is called is not a collective but a Body. It is in fact that Body of which the family unit is an image on the natural level. "If anyone came to it with the misconception that the Church was a massing together of persons as if they were pennies or chips, he would be corrected at the threshold by the discovery that the Head of this Body is utterly unlike its inferior members -- they share no divinity with Him except by analogy. "We are summoned at the outset to combine as creatures with our Creator, as mortals with immortal, as redeemed sinners with sinless Redeemer. "His presence, the interaction between Him and us, must always be the overwhelmingly dominant factor in the life we are to lead within the body; and any conception of Christian fellowship which does not mean primarily fellowship with Him is out of order." Does your walk match your talk?Nobody likes “fake,” hypocritical people. As a Christian father figure and mentor, you need to live out of your faith authentically because people are constantly watching you.I heard about a man who heard that his Christian co-worker had an accident at work. After asking if he was OK, his next question was, “Did he cuss?”How you act is equally as important as what you believe. How is your walk with Jesus right now?Trail Life USA's motto is “Walk Worthy.” Be careful how you live daily so “that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.”For more information about a Proven Process that is helping boys grow into godly men, visit Trail Life USA or RaisingGodlyBoys.com.
Behind all the different identities that the world imposes upon us, there is something deeper and truer: who we are in God's eyes. In today's sermon, we'll be reminded that God has gifted us with a sacred calling, and we'll be encouraged to walk through this life in a manner worthy of our call. Ephesians 4:1- I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called.
Salvation is a gift. Maturity is a response. In Ephesians 4, Paul turns the corner from identity to responsibility, urging us to walk in a manner worthy of the calling we've received. But this isn't a call to strive. It's a call to live surrendered. That means choosing humility in a culture of pride, choosing patience in a culture of hurry, and choosing unity when division is easier. It means refusing to say we love God while harboring contempt for His people. In a world of noise and fracture, the Church becomes a witness to the Kingdom when we walk in love, maturity, and alignment with Christ. You've been chosen, redeemed, raised, and filled. Now…walk like it.
Pastor Rob talks about what it means to walk worthy of the Gospel.
It can be tempting to put our identity in the many callings and roles that God has given us, but at the heart of it all, we are disciples of Jesus Christ. Join us on this month's episode of Walk Worthy as we discuss what it means to find your identity in Christ and how to live that out in the things He's called you to steward.

This week, we explore how to walk worthy of the high calling God has placed on our lives, even when it shows up in ordinary, overlooked places. Whether you're in diapers or deadlines, you're not a prisoner of your circumstances. You belong to Christ, and your life is meant to reflect that truth.
Join Pastor Stuart for the seventh lesson in our series, Walk This Way, about following Jesus. This week, we turn to Ephesians 4:1-3 to learn about . . . "Walk Worthy". In this lesson, we learn: Followers of Christ are to walk worthy of our calling. In and of ourselves, none of us can live up to this responsibility. Yet because of Jesus and by the power of the Spirit, we can grow into it. Walking worthy of our calling in Christ looks like: Humility Gentleness Patience Bearing with one another in love Eagerness to maintain unity. All these qualities reflect the goodness of our Lord Jesus. So by the work of the Spirit, let's continue to grow in walking in a manner worthy of our calling in Christ. On this month's episode of Walk Worthy, we're discussing the prosperity gospel. The true gospel is the good news that Jesus Christ came to earth to die to save sinners and restore relationship with God the Father. Unfortunately, people often pervert and manipulate this message for personal gain. Join us as we discuss the difference between the two, some commonly manipulated passages, and how to guard against false doctrines.

"Walk Worthy of the Lord"
On this month's episode of Walk Worthy, we're talking about humility. Pride is often the root sin that stems into many others—selfishness, jealousy, anger. But how do we fight against it? Join us as we discuss what humility is and how to pursue it.
Dr. Jordan Stone preached on Ephesians 4:1–6.
What prayer does Paul offer on behalf of people he has never met? He desires for them to be characterized by their relationship with Christ and to walk in a manner fitting for those who claim to be followers of Christ.
God has called us to life and immortality in His kingdom. To achieve that goal, we must conduct ourselves in this life in a manner worthy of His high calling. This message shows that Christ and the apostles told us how to do that.

As we begin to examine Ephesians chapter 4, we see what Paul means by 'walking worthy of the vocation to which we are called.' Paul wanted the Body of Christ (made up of Jew and Gentile) to understand that they are called into a Fellowship defined by the One Spirit of the Head of that Body. He implores them to walk in accordance to this wonderful work of grace with a true sense of humility and meekness towards one another.
