When you want something bad enough, obstacles don’t really matter. When adversity comes into your life that’s a sign for you to level up! The transition into life after sport is often rough because as athletes we grow accustomed to doing one thing but no one really prepares us for the day when that one thing is over. We spend so much time devoted to our sport that we don’t take the time to develop our other gifts and talents. The one thing that gave us all of our confidence is stripped from us and it seems like it happens overnight. Many of us struggle to figure out what sort of value we have if we can no longer score points. You do not want to miss this episode with special guest Yolanda Moore.
