Why do we see the same failures reoccur? What is the new development in the scene of Numbers 20? What happens as a result of Moses' and Aaron's disobedience?

By looking at Numbers 15 Lee discusses what is meant by intentional and unintentional sins, how the sabbath breaker illustrates what intentional sin looks like, and what tassels have to do with any of this. Questions that are considered during the message are: Where are we in the narrative? Are there different kinds of sins? How is the death penalty for gathering sticks justified?
