We're BACK!!! Happy Juneteenth and father's day! We  are so happy to launch season 3 and to do so celebrating "freedom" with  Patrick Stephens, who after 24 years in prison was finally able to come home to his family. On this episode, we have a candid conversation with Patrick and his biggest supporter (his sister Alana ). LIfe is constantly changing.  Sometimes we are forced to rest and sometimes that dream that you had years ago (and in Elkin's case 4 years ago), finally comes into fruition. It is our consistency in fighting the good fight, doing the hard but good work and getting into "good trouble" that sets the talkers apart from the doers. Listen as she informs us of the importance of this role in our criminal justice systems and shares her specific ideas for how we can reform our system to better serve us ALL.
