The Breaking Bad Podcast With Dave and Jeff is Here. Every week we will watch 3 episodes of the hit show breaking bad and discuss it. This Weeks Episodes"A No-Rough-Stuff-Type Deal" At a high school PTA meeting, Walt fondles Skyler beneath the conference room table, gradually arousing her. In the parking lot, the two of them have explosive sex in the back of Walt's car – Walt is beginning to get off on the danger of his situation. Jesse, who is now living in the RV, puts his house on the market because he is too traumatized by the deaths of Krazy-8 and Emilio to continue living there. Walt tells him about the deal with Tuco, but Jesse says producing two pounds of meth a week is impossible. His "smurfs" – people who supply him the pseudoephedrine needed to cook the meth – can only supply so much a week.Seven Thirty-Seven"In the junkyard, after his purchase of meth from Walter White and Jesse Pinkman, drug kingpin Tuco Salamanca viciously assaults his lieutenant, No-Doze, after he speaks to Walt in Tuco’s place. After Tuco then departs, Walt calculates the amount of money he will need to provide for his family, concluding that the figure is $737,000. Tuco suddenly returns demanding that Walt save an unresponsive No-Doze. After he dies, Gonzo, the other man in Tuco’s employ, states that they should move the body, but Tuco refuses and leaves it in the junkyard."Grilled"Having been kidnapped by a crazed Tuco, Walt and Jesse are held prisoner in a desert hideout where he takes care of his sick uncle, the seemingly-mute Hector Salamanca. Hector was once a drug kingpin but now is incapacitated because of a stroke, but can communicate with a desk bell. Hank and the DEA have rounded up Tuco's entire organization, and Tuco thinks that one of his associates ratted him out. He intends to keep Walt and Jesse in the compound until his cousins take them all across the border to Mexico.
Character Crunch is here. This week we are coving the next 3 episodes of Breaking Bad. Season 1 Episodes 4-6 This Weeks Episodes "Cancer Man" Hank and his DEA team have a meeting over the disappearance of Emilio and Krazy-8, the latter of whom is revealed to have been their informant. Hank also reports on their discovery of 99.1% pure methamphetamine. Although the DEA had no leads, Hank believes the product is good enough to make someone Albuquerque's new meth kingpin. Meanwhile, Walt tells Hank, Marie, and Walt Jr.; Skyler has already been told. Jesse smokes Walt's meth with two friends, and flees his house the next morning when he hallucinates that two religious evangelists at his door are armed bikers. "Gray Matter" Walt and Skyler attend a birthday party for their wealthy acquaintance, Elliott Schwartz. Walt and his then-girlfriend Gretchen had formed a company called Gray Matter Technologies with Elliott years before, but Walt opted to sell off his share. Subsequently, the company had flourished off Walt's innovations, and Elliott married Gretchen. Walt is tense at the birthday party due to this troubled past. When Elliott offers him a job and tells him Gray Matter has excellent health insurance, Walt realizes that Skyler told him about his cancer and gets upset with her. "Crazy Handful of Nothin'" Walt and Jesse come to an agreement: Walt will be the cook and silent partner in their meth operation, while Jesse will sell their product on the street. Walt also demands no further bloodshed. Meanwhile, as Walt's chemotherapy continues, he tells Skyler that Elliott's check came and he deposited it, when in fact he is struggling to pay for the treatment and plans on using his meth profits to cover it. At a family counseling session, Skyler tells Walt that she is concerned about his missing hours, but he explains that he just likes to be alone sometimes and take walks. follow the show on Twitter - https://twitter.com/CharacterCrunch Follow Dave on Twitter - https://twitter.com/Dacespace Follow Jeff on Twitter - https://twitter.com/jeffreydaley

Tonight on Character Crunch Jeff and Dave are talking about Thor Ragnnarok Thor: Ragnarok is a 2017 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Thor, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is the sequel to 2011's Thor and 2013's Thor: The Dark World, and is the seventeenth film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film is directed by Taika Waititi from a screenplay by Eric Pearson and the writing team of Craig Kyle and Christopher Yost, and stars Chris Hemsworth as Thor alongside Tom Hiddleston, Cate Blanchett, Idris Elba, Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson, Karl Urban, Mark Ruffalo, and Anthony Hopkins. In Thor: Ragnarok, Thor must escape the alien planet Sakaar in time to save Asgard from Hela and the impending Ragnarök. A third Thor film was confirmed in January 2014, with Kyle and Yost beginning work on the screenplay. The involvement of Hemsworth and Hiddleston was announced that October. Waititi joined the film as director a year later, after The Dark World director Alan Taylor chose not to return. Ruffalo joined the cast reprising the role of Hulk from previous MCU films, which allowed elements of the 2006 comic storyline "Planet Hulk" to be adapted for Ragnarok. The rest of the cast, including Blanchett as Hela, was confirmed in May 2016, with Pearson's involvement revealed at the start of filming in July 2016. Principal photography took place in Brisbane and Sydney, Australia, with the film also having exclusive use of Village Roadshow Studios in Oxenford, concluding in October 2016. Thor: Ragnarok premiered in Los Angeles on October 10, 2017, and was released in the United States on November 3, 2017, in 3D, IMAX, and IMAX 3D. The film received largely positive reviews, with many critics declaring it the best film of the Thor trilogy and praising Waititi's direction, the cast, action sequences, music, and humor. It has grossed more than $450 million worldwide.
