The Seattle Seahawks had another dominant defensive performance this week against the Pittsburgh Steelers. We're celebrating a 31-17 win and some of the standout defensive performances. We discuss the emergence of Josh Jobe, Byron Murphy's impact, and how Mike Macdonald's coaching is shaping a resilient, and seemingly plug-and-play, defense. The impressive road win streak continues, but can they find a way to bring that success into Lumen? On offense, we highlight JSN's big play, the impact of Cooper Kupp, Ken Walker's explosive day, and the adjustments made by Klint Kubiak to get the play-action game rolling. Stick around for “Do Better” and “Better at Life” as we call out NFL conspiracies, production team blunders, and pay tribute to podcasting pioneer Todd Cochrane.

Psalm 23 is one of the most beloved passages in Scripture, but it is also a powerful prayer that reminds us who God is in every situation of life. This message will walk through what it means for the Lord to be our Shepherd, Provider, Peace, Healer, Righteousness, Constant Companion, Defender, and Sanctifier. We will be reminded that God answers prayer not based on who we are, but on who He is.

Leslie Groff, a former executive assistant to Jeffrey Epstein, is alleged to have been a central figure in facilitating his criminal enterprise. Groff is accused of managing Epstein's daily operations, including scheduling appointments and arranging travel, some of which allegedly involved underage girls. Survivors of Epstein's abuse have identified Groff as a gatekeeper who ensured Epstein's access to his victims, highlighting her role in maintaining the infrastructure that enabled his predatory behavior. Critics argue that her administrative skills were weaponized to serve Epstein's illicit activities, raising serious concerns about the extent of her complicity in his crimes.Defenders of Groff suggest that she may not have fully understood the scope of Epstein's criminal activities, claiming she operated under a professional facade and followed orders without questioning their implications. However, critics contend that her long-term association with Epstein and her active management of his personal affairs indicate at least a willful ignorance, if not direct knowledge, of his abusive conduct. Groff's role, whether seen as that of an unwitting accomplice or a deliberate enabler, underscores the systemic nature of Epstein's criminal network, where trusted aides played pivotal roles in insulating him from scrutiny and perpetuating his exploitation.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Wake up, wake up, the first international break of the season is over! First, we refresh our memories of what happened in Gameweek 3, including Liverpool's tight victory over Arsenal, West Ham's upset over Nottingham Forest, and Manchester United's last-gasp win against Burnley (which contributed to Jiayang's somewhat successful spontaneous Free Hit that featured all three of Bruno, Mbeumo, and Cunha). For our Dilemma Deliberations, we contemplate the viability of Liverpool's attacking options following Isak's arrival, then extensively explore the effect that Defensive Contributions are having on the defender meta. It seems like this new route to points for cheap center backs may enable them to rival—even supplant—cheap attacking fullbacks, which have been a true FPL staple for years—even decades.

I should have said that Gurihiru's work with Marvel goes back to their work on Power Pack which is also great. Also apparently the offbrand Godzilla was just never refered to by name and its new look was explained in the comics as a mutation. I thought it had been given a different name in a character handbook or something but after looking into it I think I'm just wrong. The “Autopen Pardon Scandal” House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer announced that the committee is wrapping up its investigation into President Joe Biden’s alleged use of the autopen to issue thousands of pardons. Records suggest Biden’s aides, including Chief of Staff Jeff Zients, authorized pardons using the autopen without Biden’s direct involvement. Critics, including Donald Trump and constitutional attorney Mark Smith (on Fox News), argue this raises questions about presidential authority, legitimacy of pardons, and executive power under Article II. Defenders claim the use of autopen is legal and Republicans are politicizing the issue. US Military Build-up in Puerto Rico Amid Venezuela Tensions Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Joint Chiefs Chairman Dan Kane made an unannounced visit to Puerto Rico. The visit coincided with rising US-Venezuela tensions following a US military strike on a Venezuelan cartel vessel. The Pentagon is considering Puerto Rico as a hub for counter-narcotics operations, deploying F-35 jets, Marines, and multiple warships to the Caribbean. Officials emphasize the move is not for regime change but to combat narco-terrorism and drug trafficking networks. Puerto Rico’s strategic location is highlighted as key for intercepting drug routes.
