Aloha, today I continue my journey with the Mind Space club at a local high school. We are discussing the benefits of mind-body awareness through meditation. Benefits include, but are not limited to: Improved academic performance, brain functioning, & athletic performance. Increased creativity, memory, self-confidence and self-actualization, as well as decreased hostility, decreased depression and reduced anxiety.
