BH Sales Kennel Kelp CTFO Changing The Future Outcome

Grandpa Bill's Harmony Music House-"Workouts for Geriatrics, AKA, Silver Streakers"! "The BH Sales Kennel Kelp Holistic Healing Hour," hosted by Grandpa Bill. The Silver Streakers' Symphony of Health: Music's Magic for All Ages!Grandpa Bill: Welcome ALL-Silver Streakers and Kids from 1 to 92! BH Sales Kennel Kelp Holistic Healing Hour! Today, we're not just moving our bodies, we're moving our souls with the incredible power of music! And we're going to make it stick in your mind with a super cool Memory Palace!"Grandpa Bill says: "Alright, close your eyes (not if you're driving, folks!), and let's imagine our Memory Palace. We're going to call it the 'Harmonious Health Hall'. Picture it: a grand, beautiful hall, maybe with stained-glass windows shimmering with musical notes, and the air just hums with good vibes. This is where we'll store the secrets to music's health benefits.Grandpa Bill: Now, we're going to use a special trick called PAO – Person, Action, Object. It's like a mini-story for each benefit, making it super sticky. Here are three key benefits we'll place in our Harmonious Health Hall:Memory Palace Location: Imagine this right at the entrance of our Harmonious Health Hall.PAO:Grandpa Bill's Story: "As you step into our Harmonious Health Hall, there's Elvis Presley, cool as a cucumber, crooning a gentle lullaby. He's standing next to a Giant Soothing Lavender Lamp, just glowing with peace. That's right, folks, music, especially choir singing and dancing, helps reduce stress and anxiety! It's like Elvis himself is telling your worries to 'Return to Sender'!"Memory Palace Location: In the center of the Harmonious Health Hall, perhaps on a grand dance floor.PAO:Grandpa Bill's Story: "Now, look straight ahead into the heart of our hall. Who do you see? It's Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, absolutely twirling with pure joy under a magnificent, Giant Sparkling Disco Ball! They're having a blast, laughing, totally connected. This reminds us that music, especially dancing and singing in a choir, boosts your mood and strengthens social connections! Get up and move with your fellow Silver Streakers!"Memory Palace Location: At the far end of the Harmonious Health Hall, near a stage or grand piano.PAO:Grandpa Bill's Story: "Walk with me now to the other end of the hall, near the stage. And who's up there? None other than Albert Einstein, with a big smile, conducting an invisible orchestra with incredible focus! Next to him is a Glowing Brain-Shaped Jigsaw Puzzle, with all the pieces perfectly fitting together. That's music, folks! Engaging with music, whether it's learning an instrument, singing, or dancing, actually enhances your cognitive function and sharpens your memory! Keep those brain cells boogieing!"Grandpa Bill: "There you have it, my magnificent Memory Palace mavens! Elvis soothing your stress, Fred and Ginger twirling with joy and connection, and Einstein conducting your brilliant brain! Remember these images, and remember the amazing health benefits of getting musical! Whether it's humming in the shower, joining a choir, or busting a move in your living room – make music a part of your daily 'Workout for Geriatrics'#WorkoutsForGeriatrics,#SilverStreaker's,#GrandpaBill,#BHSalesKennelKelpHolisticHealingHour,#MusicAndHealth,#MusicPsychology,#ChoirBenefits,#DancingForHealth,#MemoryPalace,#PAOMnemonic,#CognitiveHealth,#StressRelief,#MoodBoost,#WellnessJourney,#HealthyAging,#MusicIsMedicine,GB-Setting Up MY Memory Palace Location: The "Harmonious Health Hall"The PAO System for Music's Health Benefits1. “Praise and blame, fame and shame, gain and loss, pleasure and pain come and go like the wind. To be happy, rest like a giant tree in the midst of them all.” ― Buddha We're exploring a truth so simple yet profound it almost feels like a secret; every problem we have comes from just one thing, our own mind. Specifically, our problems come from misperceiving reality: we see our worries, fears, and stresses as big, immovable mountains. In reality, they're more like clouds, shifting and changing with the winds of the mind. Nothing is as fixed as it seems. Everything depends on perception (even that thing you're stressing about right now). The mind of worry conjures up what we fear. The worst-case scenario hasn't happened, may not happen, but we let these figments of our imagination torment us. Instead, we're going to practice a beautiful little mind trick: instead of thinking, "What's the worst that could happen?" we'll try asking, "What's the best that could happen?" Perhaps everything will play out in ways that are incredibly healing or positive...there's no way to know for sure. So why not plant seeds of hope instead of fear and watch what grows? This small shift that can open up a whole new way of experiencing your life. What do you think the top health issues facing us today are? You may not land on being "overwhelmed" - but when you think about what that does to our systems, you'll quickly realize that our bodies were made for brief moments of "fight or flight" - but the world we live in today keeps us ever-stuck in this state.  Overwhelm over time = dis-ease. Dis-ease over time = Disease. What's worse, when we focus on the symptoms instead of the process that led to the disease, we generally end up creating MORE problems!  It's definitely part of life to get "overwhelmed" - but we've got to realize there's a difference between being overwhelmed and living in a state of overwhelm.  The BrainStim gang is discussing how we get ourselves out of constant states of overwhelm.  As always, visit www.invisionchiropractic.com for more information or to schedule a complimentary 15 minute phone call with Dr. Richard Aplin!

What if your brain's "operating system" is running on outdated software? In this transformative episode of Productivity Smarts, host Gerald J. Leonard sits down with Agnes Chau—award-winning transformational coach, aerospace engineer, and founder of the nonprofit Empowered Heart—to explore how neuroscience, subconscious reprogramming, and heart-mind alignment can unlock unparalleled productivity and fulfillment. From sound healing with gamma waves (backed by MIT research on Alzheimer's prevention) to muscle testing and Psych-K techniques, Agnes reveals actionable strategies to bridge the gap between conscious goals and subconscious blocks. Discover why 95% of behaviors are subconscious, how to "cancel" limiting beliefs in real time, and why stress relief isn't just self-care—it's a non-negotiable for peak performance. Packed with metaphors (think "Dead Sea vs. Mediterranean" for energy flow) and Gerald's personal vertigo comeback story, this episode is a masterclass in rewiring your mind, elevating resilience, and leading a life of purpose. Let's get into it!   What We Discuss [00:00] Introduction to Agnes [07:26] The importance of understanding subconscious behaviors and beliefs [08:28] The role of the subconscious [11:31] Upgrading the human operating system [18:28] The importance of achieving inner peace for positive life changes [21:04] The size of conscious vs. subconscious [22:22] Team alignment: football analogy [23:24] Heart and brain coherence [26:57] Practical application of alignment  [30:06] The Empowered Heart nonprofit organization [35:04] Stress impacts on physical and mental health [41:20] The Dead Sea vs. Mediterranean Sea analogy [45:08] Closing remarks Notable Quotes [10:42] "The subconscious is like that high speed train, whereas your conscious mind is like riding a bicycle. Well, if that high speed train is pointed in the wrong direction, you may get there faster." — Agnes Chau [11:49] "To upgrade your human operating system, you can tap into the powerhouse which is your brain, and align it with your divine heart, which is your intuition, your higher self, the holy spirit within the superconscious, and also tapping into and harmonizing the heart, the mind, and the body intelligence to create that life that you want." — Agnes Chau [32:26] "I'm not proposing that it's just all positive thinking. I'm proposing balanced thinking. And the challenge is that we have too much negativity and that's why there's this whole push towards more positivity to balance ourselves out. But at the end of the day, what you want is accurate thinking." — Agnes Chau [35:27] "If we're not constantly rinsing and washing out our brain with positivity through meditation and taking care of ourselves, then over time, stress will create a physical issue." — Gerald J. Leonard [39:25] "The importance of learning is about neuroplasticity. And it's always important to learn something new, whether it's physical or mental." — Agnes Chau Resources Agnes Chau Empowered Heart Website: https://www.empowered-heart.org/about-5 Website: https://www.agneschau.com/agnes-background LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/agnes-chau-llc Productivity Smarts Podcast Website - productivitysmartspodcast.com Gerald J. Traveling during spring break can feel tricky because we can't necessarily take time off work when our kids are off from school. And trying to join a Zoom meeting from your hotel room or your in-laws' kitchen doesn't always feel great. This is why I love Airbnb when we travel–I can find a place with plenty of room to spread out, including a desk or table for dedicated work time, making it easier to have dedicated connection time with my kids. And, if you're thinking of traveling for spring break, consider hosting your home on Airbnb, too! It's a great way to help offset the cost of booking one yourself while opening up your space for another family also traveling! Your home might be worth more than you think.
