Each week we’ll discuss how to navigate life’s ups and downs and give you tools how to have more gratitude, more joy, which leads to a more fulfilling life.
As Tony Robbins say, “If you want ongoing joy and fulfillment in your life the secret is progress.” Today we discuss how to make progress in the areas of your life that are most important to you. 1) Determine the areas that are most important to your core being and write them down. We are looking for no more than 3-5 (examples: Health, Finances, Career, Family, Spiritual) 2) Rate each of these areas (from 1-10) on how you feel you are doing in these areas today. 3) If you have areas that scored 8,9,10, make notes on what actions you are doing right now that is causing your score to be great. We want to continue these things so we don’t slip. Give yourself props for rocking in these areas!! 4) Pick 1–2 of your lower scoring areas and put a plan in place around them to move the dial in the next 3-6 months. 5) Come back to this list in 3,6,12 months later and re-evaluate how your progressing. Remember, any progress is progress in the right direction. You got this friends!
