#291 This episode is all about helping you move the needle in your business and finances in Q4. Most studio owners treat Q4 as a time to coast but there's no reason you can't grow 20% and go into 2026 on fire. Using the same three strategies my most successful clients follow, you'll create momentum like you've never had before. Specifically, we'll cover: ✅ How to set a clear top-line goal — what it is, why it matters, and how to take action on it. ✅ Identifying your Big Rocks — the key priorities that actually move your business and finances ahead. ✅ What you need to be doing daily so you have something to celebrate when January 31st rolls around. Whether you've had a strong year or a challenging one, there's still time to make this your most profitable, purpose-driven quarter yet. P.S. If you're ready to take control of your numbers and grow profitably, here are a few ways I can help: Money Map Session – Get clear on your cash flow and next right steps. Profit Growth Mastermind – Build profit and accountability with other gym owners. Private CFO Coaching – Personalized strategy to scale with confidence.
You've outgrown the version of you who needed to make her pricing palatable. If your numbers still reflect who you used to be—no wonder they feel off. In this episode of The Money Coach School, we're cutting ties with outdated pricing patterns and rewriting your rates to match the woman you've become. You'll discover how to spot when you're still quoting numbers from an outdated version of yourself, and what it takes to set prices that hold without explaining or softening. Because your price isn't just a number. It's a line in the sand. It's power. It's clarity. It's a declaration of who you are — and who you refuse to be anymore. In this episode, I talk about: Why pricing isn't just about dollars - it's an energetic expression of your self-concept. How to know when your rates are clinging to an old identity (and how to catch up fast). Why emotionally clear pricing creates confidence and attracts aligned clients. 4 steps to shift from pricing from fear to pricing from leadership. Why holding your standard is the real challenge - and the real key to financial authority. 3 coaching questions that anchor your rates in power. ~~ For full show notes, transcript, and to grab Kendall's free pricing guide, click here: www.themoneycoachschoolpodcast.com/106

You weren't meant to soften your power to make your price more palatable. You were meant to lead with it. In this episode, we're going deep into the emotional patterns that keep even ambitious women plateaued in pricing that reflects who they used to be—instead of the identity they're stepping into now. If you've ever padded your offer with extra bonuses “just in case,” quoted a price and felt a pang in your stomach, or stayed at the same rate a little too long—this conversation will shift everything. Because your pricing isn't just a business decision. It's a declaration of who you're becoming. We'll break down: 6 signs your pricing is still protecting, pleasing, or playing small. Why even successful women shrink their numbers—and how to stop. How patriarchal money conditioning sneaks into your offers. Key coaching questions that reconnect you to your power. What emotionally clean pricing actually looks and feels like. ~~ For full show notes, transcript, and to grab Kendall's free pricing guide, click here: www.themoneycoachschoolpodcast.com/105

Your income isn't a reflection of your effort, your talent, or even your strategy. It's a reflection of your identity. If you're still operating from the version of you who doubts her capacity for six figures, or who unconsciously sabotages opportunities to stay “safe”, your self-concept is out of alignment with the money you're meant to create. This week on The Money Coach School Podcast, I'm revealing a simple, four-step process to upgrade your self-concept into the million-dollar coach you're becoming. You'll learn how to stretch your sense of what's possible, uncover the sneaky thoughts that keep you under-earning, and create powerful new bridge beliefs that collapse time between where you are now—and the Overflow you're here for. Because when you claim your next-level self, you don't just make more money. You step into your worth, your certainty, and your power as a woman who leads with million-dollar decisions. In this episode, I talk about: Why self-concept governs everything about your earning potential, and how to elevate yours right now. The four-step process to create a million-dollar self-concept. How to create bridge thoughts that your brain can actually believe without immediately rejecting them. Specific questions that move you from self-doubt to self-trust, no matter where you are today. Why celebrating small wins is essential to scaling to your next income level. How changing your self-concept can happen overnight. ~~ For full show notes, transcript, and to explore the Overflow workshop, click here: www.themoneycoachschoolpodcast.com/104

You weren't born to shrink around money - you were born to lead with it. In this episode, I'm walking you through 10 subtle but powerful ways ambitious women unconsciously give away their money power, and the million-dollar shifts that instantly restore clarity, cash flow, and confidence. These aren't just habits; they're the lingering residue of patriarchal conditioning that wants to keep women hesitant and under-earning. From “just this once” discounts to deflecting your own money wins, each leak costs far more than dollars—it drains your leadership energy, momentum, and sovereignty. Tune in to discover how to clean up your money power leaks and start leading with unapologetic pricing, authentic generosity, and sacred structure that builds real, sustainable Overflow. In this episode, I talk about: Why clarity with money isn't something you wait for—it's something you generate. The hidden cost of outsourcing financial decisions to partners, coaches, or team. The hidden cost of "just this once" discounts and undercharging. Why avoiding your numbers makes your business feel emotionally unsafe. The importance of normalizing your financial wins instead of deflecting them. Why sacred structure (not hustle) creates sustainable wealth. 10 practical, identity-level shifts to stop leaking money power and start rising. ~~ For full show notes, transcript, and to explore the Overflow workshop, click here: www.themoneycoachschoolpodcast.com/103
#287 In this episode, I share a recent frustrating experience I had with a coworking space (spoiler: I'm no longer a member). But more importantly, I'm using it to highlight 3 key lessons every business owner needs to hear. Here's what happened… Miscommunication, unaddressed billing issues, and inflexible systems turned what could've been a minor hiccup into a lost relationship. Whether you run a gym, coach clients, or sell products, the principles apply: Communicate clearly – Say what you'll do, then do what you said. Radio silence breaks trust faster than anything. Fix billing mistakes fast – There's no such thing as a “small” billing error. Own it. Stay flexible – If your system can't make room for your customer, they won't make room for you. I wrap up with a challenge: What's one policy, habit, or touchpoint that might be quietly pushing your best people away? This one might sting a bit but it'll sharpen your business. Let's dive in.
Most women weren't taught to feel at home in their financial power. We were told to play it safe, be grateful for “enough,” and follow rules that were never designed for us to thrive. So it's no wonder that when money wobbles, we do too. But that ends today. In this episode of The Money Coach School Podcast, I'm showing you what it means to become anti-fragile with money – a skill that is non-negotiable for ambitious women. You'll learn how to lead through cash flow dips, unshakably own your worth, and stay grounded in overflow no matter what life throws your way. I'll also show you how to decouple your identity from your income, build cash-first standards that anchor you in peace and power, and use every challenge as an upgrade. In this episode, I talk about: Why most women wobble during financial dips - and how to rise instead. Specific cash-first standards that create overflow at every level of income. Why anti-fragile women lead their money (not the other way around). How to use every challenge as a calibration tool to elevate your money power. What it means to create safety, clarity, and confidence no matter what the numbers say. ~~ For full show notes, transcript, and to explore the Overflow workshop, click here: www.themoneycoachschoolpodcast.com/102
#286 This week's episode is extra special. Melissa joins me for a conversation we originally had on Marriage Therapy Radio. Together we share how our marriage has grown from survival mode into something we both call a “ten.” You'll hear about the systems we use to stay connected (date nights, family meetings, Sunday check-ins), the role of faith in deepening our relationship, and how moments of crisis shaped us for the better. We even talk about Jiu Jitsu and how the mat taught me lessons I carry into our marriage. If you're looking for hope and practical takeaways to strengthen your relationship, this one's for you. Key Takeaways: “Ten” doesn't mean perfect—it means committed. Systems build connection: date nights, marriage meetings, family rhythms. Initiating connection is a skill Melissa had to practice. Transformation starts within—personal growth changes the relationship. Faith deepens when life gets harder. Jiu Jitsu taught humility, discipline, and emotional control. Money leaks don't start in your bank account—they start in your power. Like that $97 offer you keep selling out of habit? Or the long-time client still on your old rate? Those aren't strategy—they're signs your business is running on outdated decisions. In this episode of The Money Coach School, we're getting unapologetically clear about how to stop money power leaks—and how to shift into clean, confident, cash-generating leadership. Because when you plug the leaks, you don't just keep more cash flowing into your bank account—you reclaim your power, your clarity, and your momentum. In this episode, I talk about: How to spot the 3 emotional origins of money leaks. What if your past numbers don't get to decide your future? And they definitely don't get to dictate how you feel about yourself today. In this week's episode of The Money Coach School, I'm showing you why tracking your numbers isn't the problem—it's how you use them. Too many high-achieving women quietly punish themselves with revenue comparisons, spiral into shame when income dips, and let spreadsheets dictate their confidence. That ends today. We're unpacking the hidden cost of what I call the Spreadsheet Smackdown—and how to reclaim your power by leading with numbers instead of chasing them. You'll learn how to shift into making clean, forward-facing financial decisions that reflect the woman you're becoming, not the one in your rear-view mirror. Grab your notepad because you'll want to catch the coaching questions included in this episode. In this episode, I talk about: The subtle ways women use past revenue to second-guess themselves. Why your spreadsheet isn't the CEO—your million-dollar identity is. The mindset shift that turns tracking into expansion instead of contraction. Three powerful coaching questions to stop comparison and fuel bold money moves. Why your next level starts with forward-facing numbers and future-driven leadership. ~~ For full show notes, transcript, and to explore the Overflow workshop, click here: www.themoneycoachschoolpodcast.com/100

What if security didn't mean staying put in a familiar job or city?My client Jenn Jamali is a first-gen money coach who, like many of us, was rooted in immigrant “play-it-safe” mindset: buying a house, making six figures, saving hard. But even after checking those boxes, she still felt like something was missing. When a Pinterest contract ended and she was eight weeks pregnant, Jen could have panicked—but she didn't: she'd saved, invested, monetized her skills, and built financial cushions outside just a salary. She declared her dream—to move back to her family's motherland in Colombia, to live in alignment—before knowing how. Months later, a mix of family loss and a crazy opportunity to live in Bogotá led her to actually do it. She and her family just moved a month ago but it was ANYTHING but easy. She worked through first gen guilt, family not understanding, fear and unexpected losses in her family. But through it all, she never made herself wrong for her move. She and I talk through:How she made intentional, easier choices that felt like raises—without earning moreWhy values-first decisions opened pathways she hadn't expectedThe emotional truth of leaving family behind (and still staying connected)How she deeply reshaped her mindset—and her money—to live on her termsIt's a story of trusting yourself, choosing freedom, and resisting the urge to wait until you have it all figured out. It's exactly the kind of conversation I want more of in this community.About Jenn:Jenn is a Financial Empowerment Coach, former tech recruiter, and first-generation wealth builder who helps women—especially fellow first-gens—rewrite their money stories and take bold action toward financial freedom. Through her signature coaching framework, she helps clients make more, keep more, and align their finances with their values so they can live with more ease, purpose, and autonomy. After navigating career transitions, investing in multiple properties, and self-funding her maternity leave, Jenn recently made her boldest move yet—relocating her family from Texas to Bogotá, Colombia. In this episode, she shares how getting clear on her values, building financial systems, and trusting herself made it possible to build a life abroad rooted in connection, nature, and intentionality.Connect and work with Jenn:InstagramLinkedInWebsiteSign up for Payday Club
