The Boys of Drop Top Chops pay a visit out to the Young OG, George Young, out in Homestead to chop it up with him one time. You can tell the exuberance that Tony has this episode because he has all the questions and flowers to give to this talented rapper/engineer/producer. We discuss his newest project, The Loop, his 6 year hiatus from dropping a new project, and all the in betweens. We also talk Houston sports, culture and news. This is a very healthy and enjoyable discussion we have with GY and we hope to have many more in the future as he continues to be a monumental piece of modern day Houston culture. 

On today's episode, we have a wonderful conversation between grown men and women about how to do relationships in 2020. This could I also be the quarterly relationship review we have on the pod. We're finding our groove again over here at Drop Top Chops as we knock out another episode. The conversation took on it's own life as we dived into a multitude of topics. Drop Top Chops Returns with an episode featuring one of our favorite people, Marc Haize, back on the pod. We have been bullshitting on recording for some time so we just used this episode as an opportunity to get back into the groove of things. Even though the virus hasn't went away completely, a little normalcy as returned to the pod. The boys are back with another episode as we enter into Phase 2 of Quarantine in Texas. Nothing was planned or thought about this episode in detail. We just had diarrhea of the mouth and talked about whatever came to mind. Most of it had to deal with Sauce Walka and his comical rants, the accuracies of the bible, foot sex,  tolerated monogamy, infamous principals in Humble ISD and one of Tony's drugged out stories about one of his adventures.  The featured chops of this episodes were songs from Future's newest album, High Off Life. So this was our first recorded episode via live streaming. We attempted it on Youtube. It worked. Then we got blocked from the episode for chopping Kanye's music. This episode is discussing ALL THINGS KANYE (with a little bit of random tangents and off-topic discussions). It all includes all Kanye chops so enjoy that. It almost feels illegal to be doing this episode. I know we'll probably get judged by someone from congregating in a group of 3 people. The show must go on. We gather to discuss life in Houston as this coronavirus has taken over and readjusted our lives. Naturally, we took a deep dive into Tiger King and that wild ass shit (SPOILER ALERT). The boys are back with another freestyled edition of Drop Top Chops. Today's guest was one of Tony's homegirls (@AshleySimone21 on IG, add an extra "y" for the Twitters) and she came in looking like she potentially had the cooties with the mask she sported the whole episode. So we spent time getting on her ass about that while discussing Meg's contract, girlfriend freaks vs. freaky freaks, DaBackhand that Dababy laid, the coronavirus and whatever other wormhole we fell into. The DTC Boys are back with a new episode with a more transparent and open conversation. Mostly due to Rex drinking and Tory & Tony joining in. This was a special and thoughtful episode of Drop Top Chops. A Near and dear friend of the podcast, Ophelia (@Garden_Of_Freqs), had a surprise podcast scheduled for her by her boyfriend, Lawrence. He hit us up knowing that she's an avid listener of DTC and had us in his spot with a whole bartender and food and all the workings. Backed by the Twat Thompers (that's what her clique of friends are called lol), this episode is hilariously drunk. We had topics that we barely touched but it essentially turned into a group chat conversation recorded over chops. So enjoy.

Drop Top Chops takes the podcast on the road to Austin, TX for the first time as we visit a mutual friend in DJ SuperJay. He gassed us up into thinking we were about to get the livest Austin experience that was available to us for his birthday and BOY was we in for a rude awakening. DJ AudiTory & Tony Del Freshco are back with another episode discussing relationships in the current year of 2018.  We have a panel of seasoned singles, long-distance daters and a lively young couple to help give a wide range of perspectives that help us understand where the mentalities towards dating are currently. We also intertwine that with chops that all speak on relationships in ways that helped us love what it was to be in love.  I believe this conversation is one that anyone can benefit from listening to if you decide to take a listen.

This was my first attempt at recording my own podcast. I invited a couple friends over. I set up some mics. We got drunk (got drunk). and I pressed record and let it all happen on its own. It got real nostalgic and real hilarious.  I also made an attempt to chop again after taking a 5-Month Hiatus from doing it (due to my website being blocked behind it).  Sometimes you just have to jump right into things.
