Kellz and Stevie B share their thoughts on current events, trending topics, and pop culture
Kellz and familiar guest Dan Leahey talk about how the Hollywood strike has impacted his work and how a shifted mentality can help in these tough times. Dan has been a friend of the show through each season and it was great having him back on to talk his experiences in the industry.
Kellz got a suggestion from a buddy to talk about the fear of looking stupid in your field. He goes on a bunch of tangents about why it's important to try and worry less about what others think and more about what is important to you. This episode continues down a similar path to try and think of another perspective to re-work your confidence.
Kellz tries to break down some mistakes he has made in the past and give his advice on the topic of gear. It's one of the toughest questions to answer; what gear should I purchase? It's not a one size fits all and a lot of times what works well for one won't always work for another. Make sure if you're spending money the gear will work for your and your needs.
Chris breaks down how he views failure and certain limitations he has put on himself. The creative field has a lot of nuances that don't guarantee your "success" unless you redefine what that is to you. Hope you enjoy and tell a friend to tell a friend to tell a friend.
Chris dusts off the cobwebs and speaks on the vulnerabilities of being an artist and working through his own self doubt, the feeling of imposter syndrome and trying to have a healthier outlet and way to approach sharing art.
