Episode 011. Nancy Sewell out of Baltimore, Maryland. She bought her first property in 2002 and built her portfolio up to 25 units. During the housing crisis in '07-'08 all her loans were called due and she lost it all. That followed up with personal tragedy with her husband. She's reinvented herself and has been very successful in Wholesaling and flipping houses. She works for ‘Make Wealth Real' in which they help people with bad credit build it back up and purchase a house of their own. They have a goal of getting 1 million renters to purchase a home of their own. Nancy is about to venture out to Colorado to take on a flip of $1.2 mill in renovation costs with an after repair value of $5.5 million! Episode 010. My guest this week is Nick Gray. He's a graduate of Stanford and Cornell for Aerospace Engineering and he is also a member of the Air National Guard. Nick found out early that the W-2 life wasn't for him and moved into Rental Income Investing. After getting a couple properties under his belt he left Engineering and became a Real Estate Agent.
