I'll list down below todays affirmations, self-care strategy and daily quote. I hope you all are enjoying this small little segment focusing on self-care with me! Daily quote: "Try to say nothing negative about yourself for three days, for forty-five days, for three months. See what happens to your life." - Yoko Ono"I choose to eliminate negative self-talk from my life" "When I'm aligned with my higher-self there are no mistakes" Self-care strategy: They say if you don't create goals for yourself, the world will create them for you. Grab a journal and practise this 'free writing' exercise. Without  stopping, for five minutes (don't worry about grammar or making sense), write out a list of goals the world has placed in front of you via social expectations and responsibilities. Then take another five minutes to write out the goals you'd like to override the previous ones with. Think about how you could make this happen and make notes.
