I will be discussing a few things that I believe many people suffer from in relation to self-sabotaging. I know a lot of my other self-care episodes focus on strategies you can do to better your mental health. However this episode is really focusing on self-reflection, something I am very big on. Once listening to this episode take the time to self-reflect and see if you can see any toxic traits you have within yourself or just listen to my discussion and consider if you agree or not!

This was such a fun and interesting episode to record and I most certainly learnt a lot especially about myself. We discuss the importance of teaching, communicating, learning, motivation and how it can all lead to positive change and growth ESPECIALLY for the LGBTQIA+ community. I hope you all really enjoy this episode and be sure you take the time to do a little bit of self reflection once you have finished listening to this weeks ep!
Welcome back to another episode! On today's episode we are focusing on Gratitude. It is really important for us to take the time to take a step back and look at all the things we are grateful for. I'll list down below todays affirmations, self-care strategy and daily quote. I hope you all are enjoying this small little segment focusing on self-care with me! Daily quote: "Try to say nothing negative about yourself for three days, for forty-five days, for three months. See what happens to your life." - Yoko Ono"I choose to eliminate negative self-talk from my life" "When I'm aligned with my higher-self there are no mistakes" Self-care strategy: They say if you don't create goals for yourself, the world will create them for you. Grab a journal and practise this 'free writing' exercise. Without stopping, for five minutes (don't worry about grammar or making sense), write out a list of goals the world has placed in front of you via social expectations and responsibilities. Then take another five minutes to write out the goals you'd like to override the previous ones with. Think about how you could make this happen and make notes.

Feel its warmth and its life-giving properties. Let yourself breathe easier, emanating gratitude for the joy of the present moment. Think about what you can do to step even more fully into who you really are. then go do it.
