Start engraving the William Webb Ellis Cup - Bill's coming back to Australia in 2027.We know this to be true without a lick of sarcasm following a roughly 40-minute passage of pristine rugby from the Wallabies in Townsville that ensured a 56-17 win over Japan.Sensationalism aside, there's a lot to like about that Game Two performance - Massimo De Lutiis scoring a try as Wallaby #1000 among them - but what's most exciting is the rise of a genuine centre option in Isaac Henry. There's also some big news in the Wallaroos world with a new coach (who won't start until 2027) and a new squad for the 100th Test coming up this weekend - plus an update on our Kiwi compatriots on tour in South Africa.Join Mitch and Lachie to break it all down!Patreon - https://patreon.com/ScrumbagsRugbyWallaby Shop - https://wallaby.sjv.io/WyRyVGLinktree - https://linktr.ee/Scrumbags_rugbyInstagram - https://www.instagram.com/scrumbagsrugby/Twitter/X - @scrumbagsrugby Hosted on Acast. In this sermon, Lachie explores Psalm 32 and the incredible joy that comes through confessing our sins to God. While we may hide our failures from others, nothing is hidden from God. Yet instead of condemnation, God offers forgiveness through Jesus. Looking also at Romans 4, Lachie shows how Christ's death and resurrection mean our sins are no longer counted against us. This is the good news of the gospel: when we confess our sins, God declares us righteous, lifts the burden of guilt, and gives us every reason to rejoice.

Real life is pulling you in every direction: work, kids, mortgage, relationships. And the old approach, training hard, recovering fast, bouncing back, isn't cutting it the same way anymore. In this episode, I walk you through the 5 pillars of a strong body for men over 35, and why missing even one of them causes the whole thing to wobble. This isn't about becoming an athlete. It's about building the physical capacity to keep up with your life, now and in 40 years. You'll learn:- Why fitness after 35 has to be measured differently (stop comparing yourself to who you were at 25)- Pillar 1 - Capacity: how to build your ability to meet life's daily physical and mental demands without breaking- Pillar 2 - Sustainable Energy: why sleep beats every recovery tool you're using right now (including ice baths and saunas)- Pillar 3 - The Resilience Loop: The 4-step framework Lachie developed during 58 marathons in 58 days- Pillar 4 - Longevity: how to train for the man you want to be in 40 years, not just two- Pillar 5 - Objective Performance: why competing (against yourself or others) changes everythingAnd the training template that works for men without a specific event goal:→ 2x aerobic sessions per week→ 2x full body strength sessions→ 1x VO2 / high intensity sessionFree Life Performance Scorecard (under 4 minutes) → https://scorecard.lachlanstuart.com.au/Support the showTake the "Life Performance" Scorecard: HEREFollow Lachlan:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lachlanstuart/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LachlanJStuartLINKEDIN: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lachlan-stuartmtc/Website: https://www.lachlanstuart.com.au/Newsletter: https://lachlan-stuart-tmtcp.ck.page/profileDo Something Today To Be Better For Tomorrow

With two weeks of Super Rugby Pacific remaining, Aussie fans are facing more questions than ever before. The Brumbies and Reds remain in the top six - but only just after the Tahs (7th) and Force (9th) closed the gaps with vital wins over the Drua (50-35) and Reds (19-14) respectively.Queensland coach Les Kiss was left red-faced after a swathe of Wallaby resting came back to haunt his side while the New South Wales backline seemingly sparked to life without injured superstar Joseph-Aukuso Suaalli. What about the Force undoes a Queensland side (barring a woeful lineout) - and where has that attack been from the Tahs?Join Mitch and Lachie to unpack all the Round 13 and ask - which Aussie teams will make the finals in 2026?Patreon - https://patreon.com/ScrumbagsRugbyWallaby Shop - https://wallaby.sjv.io/WyRyVGLinktree - https://linktr.ee/Scrumbags_rugbyInstagram - https://www.instagram.com/scrumbagsrugby/Twitter/X - @scrumbagsrugby Hosted on Acast. We all knew Carlton had one good half of footy in them - I just don't think any of us expected it to be the second half! After a scratchy finish at the Gabba, we're just glad to have banked the four points, recovering from a bumpy 0-2 start to the year to make it to 6 and 3 as the fixture starts to get a little trickier. The table-topping Dockers, the always-tricky Giants and Damien Hardwick's annoying Suns all lie ahead in the next month of footy, but before we get there, it's time for the Grand Final Rematch.Brisbane and Geelong are the two greatest sides of the decade so far, with so many classics amongst our last few years of matchups. And the week ahead gives us the chance all over again to enjoy memories like Cam's prelim goal on the left, the third quarter goal that sealed Lachie's miraculous resurrection, and the final siren at the MCG last year that sealed our place as one of footy's great sides. Also this week:-Maybe our favourite Joe Daniher story yet-Should Ty come back in up forward or down back?-Our thoughts on who Brisbane's biggest competitor for the flag is this yearAnd much more!As we enter the Grand Final rematch week, the Roar Deal is brought to you as always by the brilliant team at Kartable - Kartable Cartage now means you don't have to leave site to collect your parts. Have Kartable collect your order to save you costly time leaving your job site. You can book via the platform, email or text message.
