Today as promised, I am bringing you our official welcome to "F it We Ball Fall".  Summer ending doesn't mean the fun stops.  Join me in truly adopting everything Fall has to offer, while I encourage you (and myself) to put the phone down a bit more this season.  I am excited for Fall, and I want all of you to be too!

It's the official kick off to "F it we ball fall", and I couldn't be more excited to talk to all of you.  We start with a caller who is struggling over some bad photos of her, and needs a shift to help get out of the negative thoughts.  We also dive into the societal problem of judging women with cats but loving men with dogs, and I create a Eutopia for all of us to go to get away from the grind.

Labor Day Weekend is here and I am headed to Martha's Vineyard for some friend time, and a DJ gig.  To wrap up the summer I present to you my favorites from the month of August!  Have an incredible (and safe) long weekend, and I will talk to you all live on Wednesday.

It's the final show ahead of Labor Day Weekend, but as we mourn the death of Summer we are ready for one more fun weekend.  We have a few callers who circle back around about some true horror stories about cleaning up after your dog.  We give some advice to a Senior in college about how to soak up the fun during her final year, and end with a great framework theory from one of our many brilliant callers.

"And Just Like That..." aired its series finale, and I have a lot of thoughts, feelings, and questions that I need to get out.  I know you all do too!

It is my first AMA out of vacation, and I am so excited to hear from all of you!  We have someone call in who is dating a man who has 200 dog toys, and she is turned off (I can confirm she is not exaggerating I have seen the pic).  Then we deal with a cheater and a woman in a shame spiral after a weird occurrence during a hook up.

I am back from my annual 2 week summer break, and I have a lot to catch up with you all about!!!  We take some calls including a woman who shared one of the happiest summer of outside stories I have ever heard, and why I need all of you to start watching "The Hunting Wives" on Netflix.

At the start of this year I stressed to everyone how important it is to be writing down your goals for the year, and now it is time for us to check in where we are with them.  We are half way through 2025, so lets have an honest look at where we are and how we can use the next 6 months to accomplish them all.

Also watched the new Mariska Hargitay documentary titled "My Mom, Jayne", which is so good and tragic and a must watch. I tell you about a bad recent date where this guy wore statement shorts and had shrimp cocktail on my dime. Lastly we help a community member out of a dry spell and give her tips to get laid after a recent move to a new city.

Todays callers were dealing with some lying men, but in two way different instances.  The first dealing with a love bomber who every time caught in a lie blames his very own sister.  The other, is dealing with a gay best friend who used AI to craft a lie as to why he couldn't come to the bachelorette, but forgot she had his location.
