Happy Monday everyone! Today I tell you about some great dates I went on with a guy who was weird at texting and couldn't hang well with my friends. My intuition was right about him, and if he wanted to really date me, he would. We also hear some Summer of Outside stories from boats in the Midwest and professional athlete flings in the Northeast. And lastly, Steve did a survey of 100 single women and made a game for us about the biggest red flag names for guys (Sorry 'J' names).  

I am kicking off my second weekend in the Hamptons, and I couldn't be more excited for a boat day.  It feels like summer is moving a little too fast, but regardless we remain steadfastly OUTSIDE!  Also, I give you my full list of all of the things I loved in June.

Some quick dating updates for you before I jump into your calls for the day. A woman calls in with an absolute first regarding a hot hook up with a 25-year-old and why the chicken tenders he ordered really turned her on? Happy Monday everybody! Today I talk about two movies that you should all watch ASAP. I saw F1 the Movie and I loved it, didn't look at my phone one time. And Javier Bardem is so sexy. Also watched the new Mariska Hargitay documentary titled "My Mom, Jayne", which is so good and tragic and a must watch. I tell you about a bad recent date where this guy wore statement shorts and had shrimp cocktail on my dime. Lastly we help a community member out of a dry spell and give her tips to get laid after a recent move to a new city.  

First and foremost I love my entire community, but today's episode is only for the single girls! Married girls, see yourselves out. Single girls, let's get into how I got over the "hump" and how you can too. 

Quick catch up on my life including an outstanding dinner with my mother, and getting the team pumped for "organization day"!  First caller is a woman who broke up with a boyfriend only an hour ago.  The emotions were raw, and being able to help talk her through it meant the world to me.  Another caller brings up a potentially shady situation where her BF after a night out ended up at her best friends apt where they were alone, and the bestie at first was less than honest.

I am fresh off my weekend away in the Hamptons, where Lucas and I DJ'ed together.  I sincerely needed that after one of the worst dates I have had in quite sometime....not exaggerating.  Also I am all caught up on "And Just Like That" and I have some thoughts.  Oh and the cutest caller, brings the girls a fun game to break the ice with men for Summer of Outside '25.

I'm back from Italy, and I missed you all desperately!  I let you know about my trip and how my lack of chill was not meshing well with the laid-back attitude of Italy.  A listener calls in to discuss mediocre men and their inability to communicate via text and lets us know that she slid into Lucas's DMs.  Finally sharing this theory from two amazing members of the community.  All men can be broken down into 4 groups…..

I taped an all new episode before heading off to Italy, and I am excited to let you know all the things I loved in the month of May!  Of course I have the standard beauty and food, but I do get a bit into my newest couple obsession.  Timmy and Kylie are the absolute cutest and make me truly love, love, again.

I am loving our new Monday time together, so I can give you a fresh debrief on my weekend.  I had a boring date, got hit on by a guy with a girlfriend, and I ended up sending a less than acceptable anti ghost text.  UGH, note to self never outsource to your single guy friends for help.  We also talk about some summer of outside successes, and bring up a viral Tik Tok where in shocking fashion the man posting it is in the WRONG!

I am fresh off the Beyonce concert, and I give you my full experience.  Then I discuss Hailey Bieber and the news that she has sold her company for 1 Billion (with a B) dollars, and how inspiring that is.  It really has me in my thoughts about tuning out the haters, and pressing on with what I love doing.

Todays callers were dealing with some lying men, but in two way different instances.  The first dealing with a love bomber who every time caught in a lie blames his very own sister.  The other, is dealing with a gay best friend who used AI to craft a lie as to why he couldn't come to the bachelorette, but forgot she had his location.

We are headed into the unofficial kick off to summer, and I hope all of you get to enjoy a long weekend!  Todays episode is about friendship.  Probably the topic I get the most questions about.  I wanted to focus on how friendships aren't tit for tat, and what it means to truly show up for someone you love and consider a friend.

Today is my very first LIVE Monday show, and I am so excited for everyone that missed it on the radio to hear it right now.  This weekend was incredible as I got to enjoy watching the Knicks playoff game in NY, and finally reunited with Pig for a Sunday funday.  Then things take a turn into some dating updates, cringe texts, and a caller gives us the most epic Summer of Outside story involving male Greek strippers.

On todays episode I welcome Summer House's Jesse Solomon.  Jesse has been quite the lighting rod on social media during this current season for his relationship with cast newcomer Lexi Wood.  We get into all things relationship discussing why he thinks it all went so south.  Don't worry it isn't all Lexi, we talk about the other cast members, where he stands with Ciara today, and even take a look at the time I slid into his DMs (many years ago).

I am back from book tour, and I can't put into words how happy I am to talk to all of you again!  First I catch up with the woman who got engaged at my book tour stop in Chicago, and how hard it was for me not to ruin the surprise.  The call of the day?  That goes to our friend Sarah who's current hook up loves the backseat of cars, and embarrassed girls in the woods (not a joke).

I am back from Coachella and I have a full update for all of you including my fav performances.  While at Coachella I was really feeling myself, and it got me thinking about how this positive mindset and feeling "hot" came later in life.  So I want to talk about my experience of being a late bloomer, and hopefully my fellow late bloomers all feel seen.

I know you are expecting an Office Hours episode today, BUT I couldn't wait until Monday to talk about the "White Lotus" finale.  Everyone is breaking down every turn & outcome, but what I am obsessed with is the female friendship storyline.  I take these three women who I have loved watching so much (flaws & all), and apply my theories to them.

Coachella is upon us, and I couldn't be more excited to get out to the desert.  Every year I wonder if I want to go back the following year, and I found out the answer is always YES, I do.  Also I haven't done it in a while so I am bringing you some of my favorite products, places, and things from the month of March.

I have been talking about doing this episode for a while, so I am finally happy to bring you the friendship episode. Who better to join me than my real life bestie, Jyoti!  We are talking the splinter era, kids, distance, and every single factor/pressure we feel as women on our friendships later in life.  It doesn't matter at what age or what the circumstances are there is no excuse to not show up for a friend, and we want everyone to know it!

Back by popular demand, it is my bestie, my ride or die, my go to for a Tuesday night martini....PIG!  We had so much fun the first time, that I welcome Pig back for round 2.  We play a fun game in which we decide if we are hooking up with a potential suitor or running far far away. Then give you a peak behind the curtain of our weird, wild, and incredible friendship. 

Well I haven't said it too many times, BUT we have a first!  We start off with a caller who works for a major corporation in which hugging is prevalent.  She explains not only between friends and co-workers, but direct reports and managers, HUGGING....AT WORK!  Oh and some outfit suggestions for a rage weekend in Miami, and a 22 year old who is deciding whether to take the leap of faith and move to NY.
