It's the official kick off to "F it we ball fall", and I couldn't be more excited to talk to all of you.  We start with a caller who is struggling over some bad photos of her, and needs a shift to help get out of the negative thoughts.  We also dive into the societal problem of judging women with cats but loving men with dogs, and I create a Eutopia for all of us to go to get away from the grind.
